Jorge and his son André were super sympathetic, passed.confidence from the first contact, house complete of everything, very good space, had the cleaning and sanitation in day, nothing to do, came and already enjoy. Practically 100 meters from the Beach, last for all ages, in my case it was a wonder with the children. Grato for welcoming and companionship, I hope to keep in touch with you.

I, my husband and our 2 kittens were very well received by Marlene. The house is great, with a very pleasant atmosphere. Close to the beaches. Quiet street, silence and safety. We felt at home. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at the house was wonderful. Great location house, facing the sea, with full kitchen. Great BBQ area. Large , comfortable and smelling rooms. We returned home renovated.

Regência is a paradise. Imagine sleeping and waking up to the noise of the waves of the sea, taking a walk by the sea and a pleasant walk through the Doce River. And, on top of that, live in a quiet village, with nice people and a simple and welcoming gastronomy. All of this in a wonderful, cozy and well-equipped home. This was my weekend in Regência. About the location, couldn't have been more perfect. The house is steps from the sand, in a quiet and quiet area. At night you sleep listening to the sea. Great days of rest and relaxation!
