Holiday rentals with beach access in Praia de Ponta Negra

Ingrid's accommodation seemed very appropriate for the price and the photos match reality! Everything was clean. The self check-in was very helpful and peaceful since we arrived quite late. The kitchen is very well equipped and the location is very good because you can do everything on foot. The only detail: there was no blanket or quilt and I'm a bit chilly. They clarified in an email that we should bring something if we were to be cold, but traveling with hand luggage that is impossible. Just that detail... I would definitely stay there again.

Really amazing stay with outstanding customer service. It was such a lovely apartment in a really peaceful area. Close enough to everything and the customer service was the best I’ve had at an Airbnb. I am extremely happy I stayed here in Paraty and would absolutely stay here again.

Great house, super polite host and straight to the point. All perfect. Only point to be aware is that the street on which the house is located is not paved, with this ending with clay at the exit of the house to the promenade of the waterfront. The rest, nora 1000.

I stayed at Márcia's place in Paraty and it was a great experience! The place is very welcoming, well cared for and has that atmosphere of peace that perfectly suits the city. The location is great, close to everything we need to enjoy Paraty well, and Márcia was super attentive and helpful at all times. I highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful place with private beach. A place to disconnect from the daytime madness for a while. Well-equipped house and a boatman who takes you to the special places of the region. You only have to remember to take everything because there are no shops or paderias, but also not to take too much, because it has to have space on the boat. It's well worth it!

Arthur was a sensational host, I arrived earlier than check-in time to enjoy the city and asked only to let me put the car in the available parking space, but he promptly moved up the check-in time allowing me and my wife to put our bags and settle into the space. He gave me several tips and itineraries for our weekend. For the check-out, we intended to leave things in the car and continue the tour, given that the scheduled check-out was at 11:00. When I discussed my plans with the host, and even without asking to extend the check-out time, he told me that it would be no problem to leave at the time we wanted, and so it was done. As for the location, the space is WONDERFUL, large, beautiful, well-ventilated and with the BEST location we have ever seen, it is right in the middle of the historic center, we did not walk more than 10 steps to get to any destination. We will definitely come back more often. Very grateful, Arthur!

Our stay was quiet, I believe it is the best option in Trindade. The house has a beautiful view, it is possible to see the sea and beautiful birds in the trees. Some tips: Go by car (with a full tank, no gas station there), the sill beach is a little away from the center and the best beaches for bathing. Take a market purchase, Trindade's are very basic and the restaurants too. Take repellent!

Romain's house was the perfect place for our stay in Picinguaba. In the left corner of the beach, the house is isolated from the center of the village and you feel alone in nature. From the huge wooden balcony, you can see a beautiful view of the other end of the beach and the entire neighboring stretch of the São Paulo coast, as well as the Serras do Mar and Bocaina on the horizon. The house was impeccably clean, the furniture and kitchen utensils well maintained. Romain was still super helpful and quick to respond, even from afar, and the people responsible for the house (Gal and Cacau) were friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out. The house still has access to a charming and delightful stone beach for relaxing away from human presence. We'll be back more often for sure!

We loved our stay in this paradise on earth. The house is perfect for those who want to sleep and wake up to the sound of the sea. Indescribable feeling of peace and comfort, because the bed, bedding, pillows, towels, everything was very clean and of high quality. The details that make the difference in a stay. Check-in without any problems, super easy to find and communicate, really impeccable!! I'm already getting ready to go back. If you love nature, this is the place!

We had a wonderful stay at this magical place. It’s basic and an escape from modern life - don’t expect modern luxuries but it’s perfectly comfortable and we loved being there. We were lucky enough to see turtles, monkeys and a wide array of birds while there and the views of the ocean and surrounding islands are stunning. Claudia (the housekeeper) is helpful and a good cook, and we made the easy journey to Paraty one night for dinner with thanks to the boat service available. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with the information provided.

We were in 4 friends and the house exceeded our expectations! It is simple but of very good taste, spacious, everything very clean and organized, kitchen all well equipped and functional, great bathrooms, very tasty outdoor space. The view of the house is wonderful and those on the balcony still see a hummingbird show all day. We were very well received by the homemade Tânia, who was super solicitous at all times. I highly recommend it! The only caveat is that it may not be suitable for those who have reduced mobility due to ramp access and many steps. For us it was no problem and we count with help recommended by Tania upon arrival to carry the luggage and food. Picinguaba is a very special place, we fell in love. It is still between two wonderful beaches, Camburi and Fazenda, with very quiet access by car.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Lovely cottage. Loved the outdoor kitchen. Beto took us on a boat trip & fishing. He even took us spear fishing at night in the creek! The house is located in the jungle, so you wake up with birds singing :) Beto & Fernanda are great hosts and have good recommendations and knowledge about the area.

Highly recommend Suzy’s house. Great location in a beautiful garden with a pool. Suzy is very kind and gave us lots of information about the house and things to do in the area. We loved our stay!

Ernesto is an excellent host and the apartment is great. Dealing with Ernesto couldn’t have been easier or more pleasant. The apartment is charming and in a beautiful condominium a perfect distance from the centro histórico. I highly recommend.
