The apartment is very well located and the condominium is a real resort. All tasteful, clean and furnished with new equipment and furniture. Excellent quality, not to mention the service that was always requested and describing everything that was needed.

The views were breathtaking, worth every penny.

The Flat is wonderful, super well located near markets, bakeries, restaurants and laundries, not to mention that it is very close to the beach and the view from the flat is wonderful. In the building there is also a breakfast option, separate, very well served. I'd go back a thousand times!

The leisure area of the condominium is wonderful, many restaurants/bistros near the condominium and has an express market that helps a lot in quick needs. Access is given by facial recognition at the entrance of the condominium and the keys are in a safe in the house. The house was clean and well organized. It has several utensils. The location is good, but it is a little far from the best area of Ponta Negra, but nothing to be desired.

The apartment is excellent! We love our time staying in Carmem's apartment a lot. The location is perfect, close to everything, we just walk. In addition, Carmem was so careful that it even left some pampering for us like beer and cold ones. The view is incredible, comfortable bed, well-equipped with towels, beach towels, among other amenities. Whenever we need something, Carmem responded promptly. If we return to Natal we will stay there again if we have the opportunity.

The apartment is so clean and great value for money. Eva was so proactive and helpful with recommendations. It was my husbands birthday while we stayed and she recommended where we could watch a Brazilian football match and have a lovely dinner. Would definitely stay again if we come to natal!
