The apartment is very spacious, organized, well-equipped and is a short walk away from the beach. During my stay, there was a small maintenance in the building, of which the host warned me in advance to let me know, showing attention and cordiality. Voltaria more often for sure. The stay was excellent! The site is very well located, which made our tours a lot easier. The space was exactly like in the pictures: super cozy, clean and well-organized. Adriana's space was excellent. Amazing view, really beautiful. The apartment is well ventilated and very well lit. Excellent location, it can be very close to Natal and at the same time far away to have tranquility. Adriana helped me with everything that was possible. Clean bed and bath linens, clean bathroom accommodations. Everything was clean, except for the kitchen objects (cutlery, pots and glasses) and appliances (blender, sandwich maker, etc...) almost all dirty and greasy, it was necessary to clean them well to be able to use them. I also point out the lack of cleaning on the window panes, which are in horrible condition. However, the experience in Adriana's space was excellent. I definitely recommend it

Everything as mentioned in the announcement. Only one point of attention, the condominium has very strict rules, otherwise very cool, extremely well cared for environment, kind and considerate employees.

This place has Alma. It's one of those spaces that not only live in, they feel. The surfer vibe is breathed in every corner: the breeze coming through the windows, the sound of the sea nearby, the details cared for but relaxed… Nothing to spare, everything invites you to stay. To flow. To lower a change. I felt right at home from day one ( it's the second year I book it for a long stay). It has what you need (and more) to live comfortable, cook rich, rest deep and go surfing as if you were local. It's simple, but wavey. With soul. As I like it. I would go back a thousand times...

I loved staying in the apartment. When I arrived everything was clean and organized. Good bed and bath linens are available. The kitchen is well equipped. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and peaceful. The view to Morro do Careca is beautiful. Elton always responds to messages very quickly and is very requested. We didn't have any problems. It was a great lodging!

Of great location, the front beach is very good for bathing and dining. Cozy hotel structure, easy access, leisure options for adults and children. Apartment according to the listing, cozy too, basic and essential utensils available, hot water, electric shower, spacious. In the evening the surroundings are not very busy, but in the day is well centralized, close to several sights, including the front beach that is beautiful and great for bathing and food. The leisure area of the hotel offers a swimming pool, hydromassage and sauna, super quiet and clean. I forgot a bag in the parking lot and everyone's return was super fast in location and care, leaving everything saved until someone I trusted to pick up.

The seclusion is very well located, close to taxis to go to the nearby beaches, close to restaurants for lunch or dinner. It was not necessary to rent a car. If you had any questions, the answer was very quick. Very nice pool and facilities. Highly recommended.

Loved the flat! João Vitor was very receptive from the reservation to the end. The place is exactly like the photos. Very tasteful decoration, good quality bed and bath linens, hair dryer, bathroom with wonderful shower, super organized, very cozy. Easy access, quiet street, close to bars, grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. We will definitely stay there when we return to Natal.

The house was just like the photos. Super comfortable beds, rooms with blackout, where no light came in. Isadora responds instantly! The house has 3 levels, so there are a lot of stairs. It could only use 1 oven, my daughters love to bake cakes and they couldn't. Each room has its own bathroom, so it was quick to bathe the 11 people who stayed. I recommend this house!

We love staying in the apartment! Luciano was great always responded quickly, polite and organized. The location is perfect, facing the sea and next to the hill of the bald! Air conditioners cooled very well! The only observation is that, to get to the apartment, you go down a long staircase, so for those who have difficulty locomotion can be a point to observe. Our group liked it a lot, I definitely recommend it and would come back other times!
