Vitor's accommodation is perfect! Cozy house, lots of kitchen utensils, I dare say, all of them! Comfortable! Clean! Sea turtles giving us good morning! Attentive host! Anyway, anyway.... we want to come back!

The house is very good, great location, faithful to the photos, clean, spacious! The hostess is a sweetheart, I've rarely traveled and found someone so helpful, promptly answering all questions and suggesting nice tours! I just have to thank you for this stay and we'll see you next time, you can rent without fear.

I loved spending the weekend in this wonderful house, the view is really stunning. The house is complete and perfectly met all my needs. Cons: The shower in the suite and bedroom on the 2nd floor had heating problems, we had to take a cold shower.

Nina's space is loyal to the ad and communication flowed super well! The cordiality and availability of Dizinho was a differential. The beach with calm sea, it was great for my son to play. Because we went on holiday, the beach had movement/music from other groups and schooners, but even then the days we spent in the Nina space were great!

It was an amazing weekend! For those who like a family atmosphere, tranquility, fishing and beach, you will love it. All very clean and organized. Mr. Luís is super helpful. One thing that caught my attention was having detergent, sponge and toilet paper in the bathroom. We often leave in a hurry and forget to buy and arrive at a house that the host has available is super valid. They were wonderful days and we will definitely be back. Amazing view!!! Not to mention the hammock to rest with a beautiful landscape! Congratulations, great house!!!

I and my family, we had an excellent weekend at Mr. Ricardo's house and his wife ,Mrs. Maria. We were greeted with a fruit basket and a welcome card. The house besides beautiful and cozy, was extremely clean . And when the accommodations and features, they correspond exactly to the listing description. Not forgetting to mention that the property is glued to the beach and the place is wonderful, with a clean and beautiful beach. When we had any questions ,Mr. Ricardo always answered us with education ,kindness and speed . We are very pleased and we will definitely come back more often. Note 10

I've had an excellent experience in this house! The property is exactly as described in the listing: clean, well maintained, comfortable and very well located. The rooms are airy, tastefully decorated and extremely functional. The kitchen was complete and equipped, the rooms had clean and comfortable bedding, and all the spaces conveyed a welcoming feeling of home.

Me and my family were pleased by the emergency service at the times when it was necessary. I couldn't help thanking the houseboy Luis Paulo, who was very attentive and always catering to us and remembering that he is the boatman who takes us to the house in complete safety. Amazing home with great access to Ilha Grande. Andre and Ledianne were fantastic from start to finish, helping to plan days out with a speed boat, a masseuse for our return and delicious meals during our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Adriana and her husband were kind and solicited with my family, soon upon arrival we were graced with snack, beer and soda. The condominium is very quiet and 10 minutes from the beach on foot by the train line, but my family and I find it a little dangerous there but for those who are not afraid is the best way. The stay was good, clean house and good structure for 4 people and despite the incident with the box, which broke and hurt my father-in-law, we like it very much.

I went to the Accommodation with 1 pet and 1 child, plus 2 more adults. We just LOVED it, we didn't want to leave. The house is a dream for those who, like me, love to be immersed in nature: living with animals and “in the middle” of the woods, but without giving up the beach and the city (shops, restaurants, hospitals, etc.). The house surpasses the photos. View of the sea and mountains, open concept, beautiful decor, authentic, full of life and love, everything clean, air-conditioning in the rooms (very important to me kkk) and lots of grass, with the right to a hose for showering outside. Ivan is super attentive, always available and willing to answer questions and give tips. We felt at home, very safe and with a lot of privacy and freedom. We will certainly return to visit Luiz the goat (officially the 6th member of our trip) and Clarinha the sheep!

A great condominium for families and children. Quiet and very organized. Associated beach and nature. House with all infrastructure. It looked like it was in my house. Careful hosts and left even a Mother's Day treat. I will always return I can.

Amazing accommodation! Cozy space with a beautiful view. As for the cleanliness and organization, it was impeccable. We arrived at night, but the arrival instructions to the apartment were clear and so we found it easily. The location is great, as it is close to a lot of shops, as well as being relatively close to good beaches in Mangaratiba. I intend to return with my family!

The house is super well equipped, with various utensils, bed linen, internet and even games! The decor is beautiful and cosy. Despite being located on the island, access was very easy. Ronaldo gave us great tips, which we followed and loved! The check-in and check-out were super flexible, which made it very easy. I recommend it too much and would definitely come back!
