Very well located apartment, close to bakery, supermarket, ice cream parlor, restaurant, all rooms have sea view, and what a view!!! The accommodations are good and Romário is an excellent host, always available, and very polite. It was a great family experience, I'll be back for sure.

The stay at Mr. 's apartment Vicente was wonderful! Everything very organized and clean, in the heart of Caraguatatuba near the trade and building facing the sea! At first, the host is simply exemplary!!! Quick to respond, always very polite and kind, made check-in and check-out time easier. The whole apartment was clean and smelling, living room with TV, very complete kitchen, a very cozy atmosphere. However, I would like to make two observations : The air conditioner works and works very well, but on the days we stayed (which were of intense heat) we did not feel the air conditioner arriving in the room or in the kitchen, which was very hot. The second point are the sockets of the room, which in addition to two not being functioning, are still of the old format, are not three pins (the newest). To solve this, we bought an extension, call in the kitchen socket that are already new and problem solved. Overall, it was a great experience and I plan to come back more often.

The house is a delight, very large, amazing and well located view. The sea in front of the house is brave, but with a 10min hike you get to Cocanha, which is an excellent beach for bathing. The beach in front of the house is not full even during holidays, giving a lot of privacy. The house next door can host noisy guests.

Facing the beach, from the balcony of the apt looks like you are inside the Sea, beautiful the view. On the beach there are Bolt, Lancha and jetski banana tours. 3 bedroom apartment, 1 suite, televisions and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. The apartment is exactly the one presented in the photos, the place is very calm, we stayed at the carnival and the movement only until 6 pm while people were enjoying the beach, the carnival mess was on the downtown beach, about 5 to 10 minutes by car from the place we were. We had a great stay.

Everything is good, no comments, because the building is at the foot of the sand, where the seawater hits the building, and the apartment overlooks the entire sea and its surroundings. From the apartment you can see Pedra do Jacaré and the beautiful island.

Simply in love with my stay! The apê is super clean, organized and has a view of the sea that even looks like a movie setting. There was everything I needed there, every detail thought out with affection. And Cesar, the host, is out of order! Super good people, always available and made everything for my experience to be perfect. It was all so amazing that I'm already wanting to come back! Undoubtedly one of the best accommodations I've ever had.
