Double sofa-bed, single bed, and two extra inflatable double mattresses. Outside we have a deck on the sand in front of the sea, a shower, a hammock swing under a treetop, tables, and benches.

There are building buildings nearby, there is noise that may disturb you. We are not allowed to charge an electric car. Sunday-out until 17h.

Do lado esquerdo da suite, fica o espaço gourmet com pia, churrasqueira, forno a lenha, forno de pizza e frigobar e utensilios para cozinhar. Em outra área da propriedade temos um deck de piscina com espreguicadeira.

Cozy and newly renovated apartment in front of Martim de Sá beach, with air-conditioning in the living room and in both bedrooms, and a 42-inch TV with Netflix released for you to watch. Our apartment does not have a view of the beach, but as soon as you leave the building, just cross the street and you will already be on the beach without the need to be driving around in traffic. We have a preference for renting to couples and families. We do not rent to groups.

TV with all channels, Netflix, Globoplay, Prime Video, and Max. 500mb Wi-Fi throughout the house. Fully equipped kitchen and parking for 3 cars, with garage and electronic gate.

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
