As a foreigner, it fulfilled the main thing, safety. My wife and my 8 and 10 year old children felt safe at all times. It is a private and very safe condominium, the facilities of the place, its restaurant and direct and private access to the spectacular beach. On the other hand, the apartment is what you see in the photos, it complies with the stipulations and more, the air conditioning and the kitchen work perfectly, the bathrooms are very clean. The only moderately low point was the small beds in one room, very hard, it needs to renew the mattress, but it didn't affect my stay at all, it was 10 wonderful days. For foreigners like me, it's important to rent a vehicle since the supermarkets are approximately 3 kilometers away and obviously other tourist attractions. In short, the best place I have stayed in Brazil and it is already my 8th trip. I would clearly repeat the destination and above all the apartment, which is 100%.

The location is excellent! The space exceeded expectations, being accessible for shopping in markets, as well as bars and restaurants nearby. The house is exactly like in the photos and has perfectly met the needs of everyday life.

The location is another great highlight, with easy access to several restaurants, bars, nightclubs and the beach. Simply perfect! From the first contact, the host Pedro was extremely attentive. He clarified all my doubts quickly and cordially, which made me much more relaxed before the reservation. The apartment was well equipped, with clean and comfortable utensils, towels and sheets. We also received a treat from the host, which showed special care for the guests. Upon arrival, we were very well received by the doorman Marcos, an exemplary professional: polite, kind and very patient. He guided us on the building rules and made himself available to clarify any doubts, with a simple call. A spotless service!

The apartment is exactly as in the photos, everything very clean, organized. The view of the sea is something wonderful, a calm, tranquility. The hostess was super polite, answered all my questions and was super friendly. Me and my husband love the place. We will definitely come back more often.

The house is great , big , new, it fits many people , it has everything we need in everyday life . The checkin was flexible, the cleaning was great, the place is not close to the beach to walk . When we arrived the Wifi was not working, but soon they got it done and fixed it. We arrived on a farm and only came to clean the pool on Saturday . Other than that , everything went well, everything in the listing had in the house and is even more beautiful than the photos .

I loved contact with Thiara, helped me a lot, advised me on quieter days to stay on site, I am autistic and hypersensitive on many issues. Cedinho, I walked on the beach with my 2 pets. At night I walked on the waterfront and inside the very safe condominium. It was just across the street and it was on the waterfront. Wonderful location. Inside the house only needs to change the couch. The 2 fans noticed, I slept in the living room where there is the TV. The kitchen with a good stove, good fridge, has all the pans and dishes. I really like it I felt a lot of peace. I think of coming back soon in weekdays. Gratitude Thiara and Lila.

It was a wonderful stay, my family was very happy in the house. The house is excellent, complete, has a barbecue kit and kitchen items such as a baking pan, couscous maker, sandwich maker and blender! The privileged view of the sea is a work in itself and the location for us was great, we were able to explore the north coast of Bahia by car. Fernandes is an excellent host, he quickly answered any questions, helped and gave several nice tips on tourism. We have nothing but praise for the house and the host, who provides excellent service. We will definitely return more often!

A cozy, organized, clean and complete apartment. The condominium is quiet, has a great swimming pool, good parking, is safe and well located. The hosts, José Carlos and his wife Ana, are super attentive, kind, concerned and available (from check-in to check-out). It was a great stay!.

Great moments, the location is amazing, in the heart of Alameda de Praia do Forte, in front of Igrejajinha and easy access, plenty of privacy and without bureaucracy and inconvenience to access the accommodation. The villa is very well taken care of, common areas always clean, people of the discreet and requested concierge, a safe place, with 02 parking spaces. The view and location are sensational, despite 3 days of rain, we were able to take advantage, the residence has all the main necessary utensils and the equipment and appliances are all functional. Without discrediting the quality of the property, our stay and our satisfaction , we recommend the following: have a greater amount of bath towels; face and cloths; promote the separation of the garbage in the residential area and schedule the repair of small gill (justified by the amount of rain). We only have to praise and thank the host, we recommend it.

The apartment is extremely cozy. The location is great, allowing you to access the best places on foot or by bike, available for rental at the condominium door. The view is really impactful. I'll be back soon.

This was my first experience using Airbnb and I can say it was great! Tânia is extremely kind and communicative, always responded quickly and has prepared a gastronomic and tour itinerary that made all the difference in the trip. The space is great: very clean, well planned and cozy. Beds are comfortable, the two air conditioners work perfectly, and the kitchen is super well-equipped. Without a doubt, I intend to go back again. I highly recommend!!!

Very wide and cozy space, I felt at home. The perfect location, close to supermarkets, bars/restaurants, a few meters from the house, not counting, with the support of the condominium employees for guidance inside.

Excellent stay, everything extremely clean and organized, easy access to the beach and the village. The host was extremely kind, helpful and courteous, very careful with our baby, leaving a crib and bathtub. We really felt at home, and the feeling we had was that we wanted to come back and stay again!!
