Hello, I spent 7 days with my family at João's house and it was just wonderful. The house corresponds perfectly to forró. It is large, ventilated, has comfortable beds, swimming pool always clean and cared for. But the cherry of the cake of the stay, was to hire the service of Nice. What a polite, helpful, kind woman. Makes you feel at home, cooks with love of everything a little. He is always smiling on his face. A true gift of the stay. Thank you so much, Nice, for taking care of myself and my family. The location was received as shown in the images. The neighborhood is very quiet, you can go without any fear! The house is very private, very cozy, it has everything you need to spend many days and months there! Luciano was super helpful at all times, gave us several tips on places that delivered to the door: markets, pharmacy, roast chicken, water, everything you need has someone who can deliver to your door. There is a barber next to the house. It is close to a mall, there is always an Uber in the area and on the way back there is always an Uber that accepts right away to return. The place far exceeded expectations, I highly recommend it!

The experience was very positive. Afonso is really very attentive, always available to explain and answer any questions. In addition, he was very helpful in helping us when there was any issue. He informed us in advance of the rules of the apartment, and the surroundings, recommending nearby markets and possible restaurants. About the apartment, outstanding, the balcony is amazing and we even ventured to sleep in one of the hammocks available. The pool and the view from up there, no words!!! The bed is also great, the shower is amazing, only compliments for the structure of the place. We felt at home. The 24-hour concierge makes the experience even better, which allowed us to have the feeling of security of being able to leave and enter at any time. We highly recommend it, it will be a unique experience. We will definitely be back.

The location is good for those who like beach tents but it ends up being a little far from the seaside, but nothing that Uber / car can't solve. Great apartment, it was clean and the view is beautiful. Alberto gave all the necessary instructions and we had no problems. I recommend it!

Perfect location! Pleasant, quiet neighborhood, decoration and amenities available better than many 4-star hotels. Location that is not far from the waterfront, but also not close enough to be bothered by traffic, for example. You can walk to the beach and there are good beach bars near the apartment's street. The host was super helpful, sending us directions to places that we visited and were really worth it. Returning to Fortaleza, I will definitely stay at João's place!

Great stay! Perfect location, a few steps from Iracema beach (the apartment even has a sea view). Well furnished, spacious, 3 air conditioners. Nothing to complain about.

Raquel’s place was absolutely beautiful ! She truly thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and welcoming. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Its location is ideal—just a short walk to the oceanfront promenade (orla), and the highlight: the breathtaking view. Waking up each morning to the sight of the ocean was simply priceless. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

First, thank the host for everything. All messages are answered immediately. New, clean, fragrant apartment, great bed and pillows. Excellent location, 2 minutes' walk from the Meireles waterfront, several restaurants and bars nearby, as well as a market and pharmacy. Condominium with a good structure, polite and helpful employees. Nothing to complain about, I felt at home the 6 days I was in the apartment.

The apartment is large and very ventilated, the service area is good, the appliances work well, the hammock on the balcony is a delight. It is possible to go to several walking sights, the place is quiet and well reserved, complete apartment. The improvement points: when you sit on the sofa you can feel the wood, the towels are thin and very small, there is no face towel available, there was no support in the bathroom box to put shampoo and in the building was only working 1 elevator. Overall, even with points of improvement, the hosting was very good. The host, although not on site was proactive, helped us a lot in relation to check-in, is kind and asked for a number of questions, also indicated several points of interest. We also had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Carmen, she does the cleaning of the place, is wonderful and has given several tour tips. Overall it was well worth staying in the apartment and met our needs.
