Great house, very spacious,clean, very good swimming pool, all the rooms suites, the very kind Cláudio, received us very well, close to the beach of Porto das Dunas and the beach park! There are several markets and shopping options nearby!

The house is wonderful, just as it is in the photos. Perfectly clean, very organized and beautiful, inside and out, and has everything you need, as well as being quite spacious for those who need to park more than one car. The location is great, easy access and super quiet Lucas is an excellent host, very helpful, always ready to help, attentive and flexible. He paid attention to everything we needed and was still very kind to our needs. I highly recommend it!

Very good house, well located and comfortable. Great cost-benefit as it has seven dormitories. Excellent option to have fun with family and friends. The view is the most beautiful in the region. I highly recommend it. You have the entire structure of a beach house close to Fortaleza, without having to waste a lot of time on commuting. We managed to walk to a supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, even to the beach and Beach Park. Administrator Raimundo is very helpful and the great host. We'll be back for sure.

Myself and my family had great lodging. Lucilene and her sister-in-law were extremely gentle and greatly facilitated our stay, quickly responding to our demands. We were greeted with affection, cake and juice, even though it was late at night. The house is quite comfortable and well located. Super recommend!

The stay was quiet. The studio apartment is simple, but it met my needs well for one night. It was clean and organized, with everything working properly. The location is good and check-in was easy. Ideal for those looking for something practical and fast!

My stay at Casa Aguaí was satisfactory. The location is good, the accommodation is cozy and met the needs. My suggestion is to invest in more screens or curtains for the high openings of the house. A blender would also be a good addition to the kitchen. I recommend it for people familiar with nature, animals, etc. I would come back again! ☺️

Wonderful house, met our expectations and not to mention the owner Mery who received our family very well, I will return more often for sure.

We loved the house, good location, and large outdoor space, one issue is that there is a huge construction site next to the apartment and it makes a lot of noise from 8 am to 5 pm. Other than that, everything is fine, I recommend it

It was a wonderful tour to visit Fortaleza. Alessandra an excellent host helped me in everything, it was graduation of the My son in the navy is close to the navy barracks in front of the very cool fashion center. The stay at Thays' place was amazing. We were very well received. The house was SPOTLESS. Clean and smelly. We felt in a Hotel. The house is excellent. Both in size and in accommodations and supports. It's close to everything. Very well located. We had no problem with anything from the house. Everything was very perfect. We were a group of 18 people. Everyone was very accommodating.
