Holiday rentals with a pool in Praia de Ipanema - Paraná

We met our expectations. We were in 2 families (6 adults and 2 children) and everyone loved the stay. Very close to the beach, great pool and great BBQ area. Vilma is very attentive and friendly I recommend it and we will return at a next opportunity.

We spent four days of great tranquility. The house is with ample environments, it has everything you need in the kitchen (I suggest a small renovation in some closet doors and invest in appliances such as coffee maker and electric kettle) but nothing that prevented us from spending coffee in the strainer. Kkk I also suggest reviewing the ventilation of the room, as it is the only room with a table for meals and it was very muffled. The pool has a very nice size. Larger than it represents in the photos. We definitely recommend it!

Local exactly as in the listing, very comfortable space with everything we need. Great location, super market nearby. Precisei to do late check out and Mara was super solicit. We will definitely return.

Vim commemorating my birthday with my family and I only have to thank Matheus and his Wife, who are excellent hosts, wonderful couple we made them feel like homeowners, welcomed us very well, very active, answer the questions very quickly, not to mention that the house really is wonderful, all new and quality, home very comfort and with excellent space, excellent pool and with protection for small children not to access without an adult. And a very large and very comfortable house with a projector to watch on a big screen. Everything very well thought out and planned. We comment on air-conditioning and Matheus is already preparing to put on the air-conditioning, and will still make a new deck with coverage. Matheus many friends have already asked me for their contact, because they like the photos I posted from the house and will make the reservation with you. I super recommend your home and I'm sure I'll go back to renting again. Thanks for the books I got as a gift and thank you for everything.

excellent accommodation, clean environment, spacious. attentive host and always ready to help. Very well equipped home with everything that is needed. all rooms have air conditioning. many bedrooms, many beds and many bathrooms as well. It was a wonderful stay.

wonderful space. all in very good taste. kitchen utensils for everything, we were in 06 served us with total comfort. sobrado offers bath and bed suits, which makes it much easier. the garment extension on the upper floor of the condominium made it very easy to be well ventilated and with perfect sun position. the beach is fascinating. clean and calm waters. a good space of sand. in the area of commerce are farther away in need of a car. very cute place with condominium monitoring, which gives comfort. we intend to return as soon as possible

The apartment is exactly as described. Impeccable, comfortable. New and clean kitchen utensils. We love the place, condominium with many activities for children even in rainy weather. A Jurema always very nice. I recommend it and intend to return.

The Hosts were kind and thoughtful. The Location of the apartment is excellent, with a beautiful sea view. The Condominium is safe and has several areas for leisure. Great place to go with your family.

I went with a friend to spend a week and our stay was amazing! Everything was wonderful and you can trust the place is exactly as advertised, if not even better. The apartment was extremely clean and organized, Cláudio's wife helped us with everything and was extremely helpful. We woke up every day looking at the sea, the view is very beautiful. Not to mention the space, we really enjoyed the game room and played table tennis until we couldn't anymore. We will definitely come back more often.

Great property, exactly as described. We will be at the attention of the impeccable Nice host, responding quickly to all questioning and request for support. The property's location is wonderful, seafront!!! In a very quiet region and close to the east beach bustle and Ipanema, Matinhos and Caiobá on the other side. The condominium with a very good structure in the outdoor areas, swimming pool and indoor and outdoor gaming structure. Super recommend and we'll be back in the summer for sure!
