Alessandro's apartment is even better than the photos advertised, incredible view. Cozy apartment, great rooms, lots of bathrooms, perfect cleanliness, good beds, wonderful showers, very good space! Our group was very well accommodated and we loved the accommodations. We already knew the condominium, it has great swimming pools, sauna, spa, good beach and the best of all, it is always without crowds of people. Our stay at Alessandro's accommodation was very worthwhile. I can't help but mention the kindness of Alessandro and his wife, who always responded quickly and did everything to please. The experience was incredible, a place of great peace and tranquility, the space is exactly as advertised. It was impeccable when we arrived and Ricardo was extremely attentive from the moment of arrival until our departure. I loved the place! Safe, easily accessible and well-known location. It was my first trip to Angra alone and I loved it. The place is a large condominium, which has swimming pools, an area for the sea, a restaurant and recreation options. I really loved it!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and exactly as described. The kitchen was super equipped, with all the necessary utensils, and the bathroom even had a hairdryer. The location is perfect – you can get there by car and just relax. The beach with access through the condominium is amazing, and the apartment provides a cooler, chairs and a cart, which made it a lot easier. In addition, there is a great bike path for hiking and running, and, nearby, a trail in a park with stunning waterfalls, perfect for those who love nature and adventure. The adult game room was also a plus. The hostess, Juliana, was super attentive and sent us all the information, passwords and details in advance, making everything even more practical. We'll be back for sure and highly recommend it!

Our stay was wonderful. The house is in excellent condition and fulfills the promised, very clean, organized and with perfect decor! We have good beds, good air conditioning and a beautiful pool. The gourmet area is very good and well-equipped. Pedro was very attentive and answered promptly any of our questions.

It was an amazing weekend! For those who like a family atmosphere, tranquility, fishing and beach, you will love it. All very clean and organized. Mr. Luís is super helpful. One thing that caught my attention was having detergent, sponge and toilet paper in the bathroom. We often leave in a hurry and forget to buy and arrive at a house that the host has available is super valid. They were wonderful days and we will definitely be back. Amazing view!!! Not to mention the hammock to rest with a beautiful landscape! Congratulations, great house!!!

An awesome place. The house is big and comfortable, and the space is very well kept. We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. The house is private and yet has incredible views. Everything in the house was in working order, and the hosts were great to speak with, giving very good instructions and advice. Would stay again!

What most caught my attention about the space initially was the extremely affordable price, and in view of that I can say that it was worth every penny. My biggest concern was the cooling of the place, since it did not have air-conditioning and I would spend an entire month of summer in it. But the host's description of it as a cool place is 100% accurate, the ceiling fan gave us more than enough support to feel comfortable amidst the region's heat. Although the neighborhood does not have great leisure offerings nearby, with knowledge of public transportation or a car, you can easily access the beaches and waterfalls of much of the Costa Verde. The host was very helpful in meeting our demands during the stay. I would definitely stay again.

The house is great, super cozy and has everything you need (pots, cutlery, towels, ironing board, coffee strainer, sandwich maker, etc.). Bernardo is great, very nice, responds quickly, attentive and made great recommendations! My family and I love it and look forward to returning.

Great apartment, it has all the necessary utensils and appliances to prepare your meals. It provides bed and bath linen, a differential from other accommodations in the same region. The host Patrícia was very kind and proactive in all contacts, before and during the stay. Condominium with security and good structure for leisure. It is close to Conceição do Jacareí (2 km away), where we can find good shops to buy necessary things during the stay and to eat. Pharmacies and restaurants in this region deliver to the condominium. Anyway, it was a great cost benefit, returning to the region, I will stay in the apartment again.

The apartment was exactly the one shown in the announcement. All equipped with various utensils,TVs in all comodos . Clean and well-maintained. Communication with Carla was very easy . I intend to return at another time
