Holiday rentals with lake access in Praia de Guaratiba

It was an excellent stay! Although the pool is shared with residents/visitors from two other houses, this did not cause us any discomfort or lack of privacy, we were well attended and Neander is an easy-to-communicate person and very kind!

Barbara is an excellent host, she was flexible about our arrival, gave good guidance, was helpful, a quiet place, excellent for rest. I recommend it. 10/10

The house is perfect, modern, well airy, rooms with privacy. Ideal for those who have water transport; boat, jetski and loves good fishing. Super quiet place and Laís very helpful.

Great accommodation. Safe, accessible condominium and great stay. However, a less busy place, you can go to Prado where there is more movement. But a 10!

The house is wonderful, super spacious and with an almost private beach. The kitchen is super equipped and you can see the care with every little thing, even in the decor. Heloísa and Bruno are also wonderful hosts, super helpful and trying to do the best all the time for guests. I recommend anyone who wants to spend quiet and invigorating days in a beautiful place!

Very good. Clean and organized house. Pool always clean with caretaker doing constant maintenance. Great location, very close to the beach, you can walk there easily. My family and I liked it very much and we intend to return.

The Hostess was extremely attentive at all times, a lovely person. The apartment is well equipped, has useful kitchen appliances such as air fry; the air conditioning was not in the listing because it had just been installed and it was a pleasant surprise; common use pool that was well used. The hostess even gave up the beach chairs. The location is great, close to the beach, which by the way is the best in the region, besides being quiet, it's beautiful! Overall, we had a good stay in Guaratiba and we intend to return!

My stay was fantastic!! The super new house, exactly as described by the host, extremely clean, the pool and the garden are cleaned daily, perfect house for those with children/pet, all walled, safe gates, flat garden, lawn, does not have any type of plant that offers some kind of risks to them , house near the beach, the condominium is totally safe, 24-hour concierge, has a bakery, grocery store, ice cream shop, burgers, pizzeria, in addition to a playground , a pond and a trail to the beach. The host always very friendly, kind , considerate. I will definitely come back in this paradise, and I recommend it to everyone who knows it.

Well-maintained, cozy house with large and airy rooms, extremely functional kitchen with household and electrical utensils necessary for a good stay. They can book without fear, everything on this Airbnb is perfect, the super clean and cozy house, clean and new bedding, large backyard area around the house, who goes with a kid will enjoy it a lot, the wonderful pool tbm pq has a shallow area for children and deepens for adults, all perfect! The architecture of the house is simply sensational, the decor, great taste! The very kind and helpful hostess, always giving local attention and instructions. In the Tbm condominium there are restaurants, snack bar, grocery store. It has everything for all tastes! O conômino very safe, nearby beach region, to go on foot and the beach is wonderful! I'm in love in this place, I want to come back many more times!

Very well located house, all equipped with kitchen and barbecue utensils. Clean pool, very nice leisure area, tree-lined house and very close to the beach. Much better than the pictures. Thiago was extremely helpful.
