Luana always responded quickly. Very friendly and attentive. The apartment is super well located, the pools and the beach, incredible. We had a great time. The apartment is about 1 h from the center of Fortaleza and we rent a vehicle (I recommend them), and we select some places to visit, wonderful.

The host was extremely helpful from the beginning, providing all the information we need to find the location with ease. It also gave us great suggestions of nearby restaurants, which was a difference. The apartment was in perfect condition, with a well-equipped kitchen and all the utensils needed to prepare meals. The room was comfortable and cozy. Our stay was quiet and no problem at all. I highly recommend it for sure!

We spent 2 pleasant nights... the children love the space (swimming pool). The apartment is refrigerated from the living room to the bedrooms. There is a 24-hour convenience store that met all our needs. Full kitchen. Very good space as a whole, I recommend it. I'll be back one day.

For those looking for a good place to rest for sure, Casa Odoyá is an excellent option. The access is very easy, very close to the beach and without much effort you find small markets that have everything. Within the city has options for everyone. We feel at home in Michael's house. Very clean, all organized. The INTERNET is excellent. We feel safe at home and in the surrounding streets. The host was 100% attentive all the time.

My family, including the dogs, loved our week at Dani's house. She and the caretaker Amaro were very helpful, quick and made our stay very good. There was an unforeseen event that was resolved very quickly by them. The place is quiet, there are neighbors who did not bother us, the beach is 3 minutes away and it's beautiful! I recommend it!

We had a very nice stay in the house with three rooms and a private pool. The accommodation was clean, well equipped and exactly as described – ideal for relaxing days. The pool in particular was a highlight and was used by us every day. The host was very friendly, easily accessible and always responded quickly – thank you very much! A small minus point was the lack of wardrobes in the rooms, which made storing clothes a bit impractical. The handover could also have been a bit more personal or structured – that would have rounded off the positive overall impression. Overall, however, a very nice accommodation that we would like to recommend – we would come back!

An excellent stay worthy of being part of a vacation period. The property corresponds exactly to the photos, the host is super proactive and the location is impeccable (being a few meters from the beach and 5 minutes from the center of Cumbuco on foot. The spacious balcony with a hammock and sea view is a differential. I recommend it.

Anderson and I talked very little, at first glance, it seemed to me little flexible. My greatest contact was with host Camila, who was very kind and polite. The house is great, large and spacious, it was very clean. The pool works 24 hours. The beach in the back of the condominium is beautiful and quiet. The only negative point was that I was charged more by a guest who did not account for the app. I didn't see any sense in this, since the listing reported a possible X amount of guests. Also, the stay was great.

Natália and Luana were incredible hosts, always attentive and available to help us with whatever we needed. We were even more delighted with the reception: we were greeted with special treats, which made the experience even more welcoming. We felt very welcome and would certainly come back. We recommend to those looking for a pleasant stay full of affection!

Excellent price, well above expectations. Very nice resort. Wonderful pool! Super clean and large. I highly recommend it. I found the house clean, the sheets smelled. The house has 4 en-suite bedrooms, accommodates everyone comfortably. There is space for a hammock, which is also available in the house. At night the resort is beautiful with the pool lit up They respect the law of silence after 10 p.m. The restaurant inside is great too. Fair prices. Luís responded quickly, easy Check-in and Check-out. I left there wanting to come back. I was with my parents, husband and daughters, one 7 and the other 12, they loved the beach at low tide to see the little fish in the natural pools. Super recommended!
