Beautiful apartment in a fantastic hidden spot in the northern beaches of Florianopolis. The inside is newly renovated with great taste and has everything you need for a fantastic stay. The views are stunning and the complex gives direct access to the beach. Highly recommend !

I loved my stay at the apartment! The location is perfect, right in the center of Floripa, with an incredible view of the Hercílio Luz bridge. The apartment is super comfortable, just like in the photos, and had everything I needed for a quiet stay. The supermarket is in the building, as well as several other shops and restaurants, which made everyday life much easier. Access to the building, apartment and parking space was super easy. I highly recommend and would certainly stay here again!

The apartment is lovely, well done and near the beach and restaurants. I stayed there for 10 days with my husband and my baby and we had a great, peaceful time. Gustavo went above and beyond to meet our needs. The beach kit is an extra that makes a huge difference!

I stayed for the third time, and as always, only compliments! Marga's apartment is great! Exactly as in the photos, quiet nights even though it is on the main avenue of Canas, Marga equipped her apartment with an acoustic window, there was no noise from the avenue. In addition to being a cozy, isolated room, with an ideal temperature. I recommend it to everyone. See you soon!!!

This place is perfect for a pleasant rest, in front of the English beach and a few minutes from the dunes of this same place. The resort has many unique amenities such as infinity pool with ocean views and temperate pool. The apartment offers everything you need to be quiet during your stay. I thank Michelle for her communication and clear instructions regarding everything and also always be available to answer questions , I will return to this place again for a next time !

I spent a week at Julia's apartment and everything was great! The apartment is very nice, organized and spacious. The building has a good structure and is relatively close to the center, but by car. I didn't find many nearby restaurants that I could walk to, but the supermarket next to the building has a good restaurant and bakery inside, even with sushi. Going to the Center is only by car, in my case it was Uber, around 15 reais. All the utensils worked and the apartment is very well equipped with several details that show Julia's care for guests. I recommend it!

I went to celebrate my birthday and watch the sun rise on the beach. The view from the room is beautiful and I ended up seeing it from the balcony itself. All very organized and the hotel staff very attentive. The very comfortable sheets! Everything was amazing!

This was such an amazing stay. I am adult with two parents, and we each had our own bedroom/bathroom suite. The apartment is modern and very comfortable. We found a seafood restaurant and a burger place just a block away, and we went to both twice because they were so good. I came for the Ironman, and this was a great location, within comfortable walking distance to the supermarket, and a short drive to the Ironman Village. The host was incredibly communicative, and I felt very welcome. It was a great trip to Brazil for us, and we would come again.

The apartment is just like the photos, very comfortable and spacious. It has everything you need for a good experience. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, paddles, a deck of cards, books, even sewing items. It's not luxurious, but it responds to everything the photos offer and more. In addition, Flavia and André responded to our concerns and quickly resolved what we requested. The building is safe, comfortable, impeccable and the neighbors are very friendly. We recommend this apartment without a doubt.

This is a beautiful place. The beach nearby is great. It serve as a base for my family visit, and was easy to go to any recommended place in Floripa.

The apartment is very comfortable, it was spotless clean and with everything you need. It would be nice to have beach chairs. The location is good. The entry was not easy given the digitized system and it did not recognize the faces. Everything else is perfect.

William was a very good host. The place is perfect for resting, close to restaurants, beautiful houses and buildings. There's a little noise in the week and from early on around as they are remodeling all the buildings but nothing terrible. It has beach chairs and a parasol for guest use. In our case, the sunshade was missing a part and Williams bought a new one. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use it because it started raining, but he was still quick and kind. The kitchen light didn't work, but we were able to manage the little we used it. Recommended place

their space Carlos is even more beautiful than in the pictures. It was extremely clean and complete, it has absolutely EVERYTHING. Colchao and IMPECCABLE bed and bath linens! Ateinha de cabelo. Carlos was a very dear host and responded quickly the times I needed it! If you go to Floripa and want to stay in a beautiful and quiet place, here is your place. I'll always come back!

Airbnb with hotel structure, with daily maid service, towels and beach chairs available, etc. Space exactly as in the pictures. Hotel restaurant with high prices, but within the average of Jurerê.

Giovana was a great host, gave us clear instructions and was always available. The apartment is great, very complete and the common areas of the condominium are also.

The apartment is very nice and bright, the balcony with a jacuzzi grill and an incredible view of the hill and its vegetation. The neighborhood is quiet and has good food a few blocks away, and supermarkets for cooking at home. Highly recommended !!

The Lucineia space, is exactly as described . Everything is neat and clean. Very well equipped with everything we need,and even more . The leisure area is very good , has the jacuzzi that has a heating system, for the children it was great . It was a pity that it was very windy, but we still enjoyed it. The space has a booklet with all the information on how to proceed. Lucineia was always very helpful , responding very quickly . I stayed on many Airbnb , but this one was undoubtedly the most equipped . Madcas, barbecue utensils and even games for children . Without a doubt a very welcoming space that is worth hosting .
