The apartment is a 10. BEAUTIFUL !!! Super comfortable, spacious, with everything you need to spend an excellent vacation. Our trip was delayed and Raiana is waiting for us despite being very late. Always be attentive to our queries!! We would choose this place again without a doubt. The location is excellent, half a block from the main street and beach, it is not necessary to take the car to get around. Another plus is the pool, always spotless, my children enjoyed it every day when returning from the sea. Thank you again Raiana, we will be back next year

very beautiful beach, the host Neni is super kind and helpful, very quiet place. I do not recommend arriving at night, there is no supermarket and pharmacy near the accommodation.

We were 5 people, one week in Rosane's apartment, and everything was perfect! We've been vacationing in that region for almost 20 years and of all the years, it was the best and most comfortable place we've stayed! Tudol is exactly as the photos show, everything extremely clean and organized, the location is excellent, quiet place, to rest! Rosane is a very dear, helpful host, always available when we need her! It is undoubtedly a place we will return to! Thank you very much!

Host Herlon is extremely helpful. The house itself is a spectacle, we spent a wonderful week, the heated jacuzzi facing the sea was very much enjoyed. The house is spacious and accommodates everyone very well. All rooms have air conditioning, television and iptv. Quiet and cozy place. I recommend it!

Perfect stay. place exactly as in the photos, all very clean and organized. the very friendly hosts. We feel at home. The accommodation has a lot of privacy, I woke up listening to monkeys and birds back there is a preserved forest area, much better than hearing movement from tourists on the street. Easy access to the main street and the beaches, but it's a quiet walk. Safe parking for the car, we don't even leave by car, everything on foot. We will definitely return.

Exceptional place! We loved it from the pictures and when we arrived wow! We were even more surprised. It has absolutely everything to have an amazing time as a family. Comfortable beds and bedding, towels, pristine rooms, clean bathrooms, wide kitchen, the terrace is unparalleled. The place is really amazing to spend a few quiet days where you can breathe peace and you can disconnect from everything, but if you want to be connected from time to time the wifi works perfectly. The house is super located between the sea restaurants and supermarkets…

The only bad part was having to come away! Wonderful house, the pool then? you don't even talk! It is very close to the beach, close to the markets, all easy access, super recommend! Casa Clean, had everything we needed, there was nothing missing… the super attentive Guilherme, always available when we needed, a sweet person! Hope to be able to return soon 🥰

Check-in was self-contained, so check-in times and more are simplified. The place is just like the photos and even better, we had an incredible time. The 2 kitchens (super complete), 4 bathrooms, and outdoor spaces are highly valued. Separate point for the living room with a huge TV and super comfortable armchairs, if you have a rainy day you have somewhere to spend it. You can tell a lot about the effort made at the accommodation, we would definitely come back.

Excellent residence, everything very clean and organized, spacious house, everything as described and photos. Well located, close to shops in general. Mrs. Suely, very helpful and kind, always responding with agility. Not to mention the super flexible check-in and check-out, without charging anything extra for it. We recommend, especially on hot days, to use the pool :)

Perfect studio in great location! I loved my stay at Manhattan Flats. The space is modern, well decorated, comfortable and very clean. The location is excellent, close to the beach and everything I needed. The building has a great structure, with well-equipped gym and a leisure area with pool table that was a plus in the experience. Ideal for relaxing and also maintaining the training routine. Super recommend and I will definitely return!

Mr. German responded quickly to the requests and gave me the proper instructions for the location of the house and pick up the keys. The space is simple but accommodates 4 people well, but air conditioning is only in the bedroom, as the other couple would have to sleep in the living room/kitchen. I understand that the amount I paid is well within what was presented to me. It has a barbecue space that holds 3 people seated. I understand that the space is more for people who want to walk through the day and settle in the night. The place is very close to the beach, about 50m. IN MY case I prefer the least busy place and is close to everything, 3km from 4 islands/ Sepultura and 5 KM from Tainha beach. It is close to restaurants, bakeries, you can even walk, but by car you go to the market and these places in less than 5 minutes
