Extremely nice place, very clean and comfortable. The condominium is great and the location too, near the center of Pipa, for those who have some kind of reduced mobility, be careful because to get to and from the center there is a good climb. Rogerio is extremely attentive, we loved the space and we recommend it a lot!!!

The place is amazing. Without a doubt, when I return to Pipa, I will return to Martin's accommodation. The apartment is even better than in the photos. It is spacious, bright, and very well equipped. The location is unbeatable: close to Praia do Amor, the area is very quiet and a 10-minute walk from the center of Pipa. Special mention for the host Ulf, he was always very attentive and helpful. Excellent stay!!

The space has everything you need for an excellent stay, a hot shower, strong water, a bed, wonderful air conditioning, everything you need for a stay the apartment has available. Condominium infrastructure, security, leisure area. Pleasant, attentive and helpful doormen. Massimo and Suellen, always polite and willing to make your stay the best experience in Pipa. Adriana's space was excellent. Amazing view, really beautiful. The apartment is well ventilated and very well lit. Excellent location, it can be very close to Natal and at the same time far away to have tranquility. Adriana helped me with everything that was possible. Clean bed and bath linens, clean bathroom accommodations. Everything was clean, except for the kitchen objects (cutlery, pots and glasses) and appliances (blender, sandwich maker, etc...) almost all dirty and greasy, it was necessary to clean them well to be able to use them. I also point out the lack of cleaning on the window panes, which are in horrible condition. However, the experience in Adriana's space was excellent. I definitely recommend it

We had a lovely stay in the rain season with Vanessa. It was very quiet for this town and was a little oasis with a private zoo ;-)

josery only compliments from your house I really loved spending these days in this huge house. There are 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioning. charisma and area that fits more than 4 cars, good price, great location, close to shopping, markets, gas station, 4 km from Ponta Negra beaches, thank you very much I can assure you that if you come with 6 or more people, you won't find a better place in terms of price and comfort.

We had a wonderful stay in this house! As a large family (5 adults and 3 children), we are always looking for a place that offers plenty of space and comfort, and this house was a wonder (view, pool, space, etc.). The kitchen is very well-equipped and we did a barbecue. The house has old wooden furniture, which gives a unique charm, but it also has a strong smell inside the drawers. Marilia was super helpful and always available. The location was perfect, quiet and walking about 15 min (with child) we were in Pipa's little center.

My family and I love the Nazaré space! We felt at home. Nazaré is a lovely person, she communicates very kindly and always very quickly! About the apartment, the location is impeccable, it is next to the Natal handicraft mall and everything is close by, you don't need to do anything by car. The space is very well equipped, both the kitchen and bedding. Anyway, I recommend it with my eyes closed and I will return more often since I have family in the city 🤩

The appartment is Amazing. Super clean, tidy, with very cozy decoration and care. The location is very good, the security of the condominium is also good. I simply loved my stay at Rodrigo's apartment! The apartment is super cozy, well taken care and exactly as in the pictures. It faces the condominium's largest pool, with a beautiful view that relaxes us just by looking. The location is excellent: next door there is a supermarket (which makes everyday life much easier), as well as being close to restaurants, bars and the wonderful beach of Baía dos Golfinhos. I will definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!
