The apartment is super cozy, spacious and very well located, close to the beach, markets, pharmacies and great restaurants. Everything was very practical and comfortable. Gabriel was an excellent host, always helpful, attentive and full of good tips. He quickly answered all our questions very clearly. We would definitely come back!

Positive points: The property itself surprised us positively, it is very spacious, especially the area. In a small, well-maintained and tidy condominium. In the photos, it even looks smaller than it really is. The beds are good, each room has its own bathroom, essential for group travel. If you're looking for a more secluded place, this is the right choice. Even more so for those who have animals, as was my case. Wifi City works. Negative points; Cleaning of the cutlery and needs maintenance on some doors. Lots of mosquitoes (bring plenty of repellent!) and having to cross the road to get to the beach, in our case it was “easy” because it was low season.

All the communication with Ricardo, Mari and Simone was very well done, they gave us local recommendations and a lot of information. The apartment is very nice, with an airy space and excellent leisure area. The only burden is to the toilets of two suites, which are very small, but small people will have no problem with that. The whole check-in and check-out process was very easy, and they even let us put our bags inside the apt before check in time. Overall an excellent stay.

Our stay at André's apartment was spectacular. From the first moment, their predisposition and kindness made a difference. Beautiful house, all clean and with an incredible look. The fact that it has 05 suites is great, as it brings comfort and privacy to guests, in addition to being well equipped and having breathtaking views. The outdoor area is just like the photos with a pool-beach, functional furniture and a barbecue with all the skewers and grills. Apart from the infrastructure, Bruno was a great host, always proactive and available in case of questions. The employee Lindaci is a sweetheart. I hope to come back more often.

Lélia welcomed us very well, very nice, giving all the necessary instructions, we had no problem. The house was well tidy, the accommodations and the utensils met our needs. It is in a good location, to go to the beaches of Cabo Frio and also Arraial do Cabo, we love the Foguete beach that has some beautiful natural pools!

Spectacular, We are a family that was amazed by the apartment and its privileged view. Regarding cleanliness, you can tell a lot of worry, all the artifacts are in perfect condition. I'm delighted! Paula was super solicitous, a love of person, with a unique and welcoming vibe. I answered all my questions quickly and clearly, and made me feel right at home from the first moment. The chalet is simply amazing, cozy, with a wonderful view and equipped with everything we needed. Everything was neatly clean and organized. I hired a wedding surprise aside, and both Paula and her daughter prepared everything with great care and attention to detail. It was exciting! On Saturday, we had the privilege of having Vitor, Paula's son and chef, for a private dinner. Without a doubt, it was one of the best decisions we made. Dinner was perfect! The best food I've ever tried! The atmosphere was carefully prepared, with a beautiful decoration and a perfect playlist, making the night magical. Without a doubt, we will return more often. Gratitude for everything!

My experience at Casa Athens was excellent! The house is exactly like in the pictures — spacious, well-equipped, clean and very cozy. A highlight aside is the wonderful view of the balcony, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. In addition, the Host was very considerate, helpful, and always available to help with any questions. The view of the house is spectacular, it feels like a dream to wake up, open the curtains of the room and come across the sea view. The house is well equipped with several utensils in the kitchen. The bed was comfy and the bathrooms, although small, were very beautiful. Access to the site is complicated, but well worth it. The host is extremely helpful and easy to contact. I can't wait to get back.

We get in love in the house, it's all very beautiful. The house itself is already beautiful, well-equipped, smelly, super comfortable. The view then is not even mentioned. Guilherme's reception was out of the ordinary, very dear, receptive and answered quickly about our doubts. On this trip it was just me and my husband and we are already planning the return to bring our daughter together.
