Luxury apartment only 100 meters from the beach in Jurere International! Walking distance to the beach clubs, restaurants and shopping. The building has a beautiful swimming pool, fire pit, 24 hour security, 2 parking spaces in the garage. The apt has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room, dining room, full kitchen, Wi-Fi, cable TV, beach umbrella service. We purchased this apartment recently which is why there are no reviews yet. But we have Superhost status on our other two Airbnb properties.

Comfortable apartment 80 meters from the sea

The apartment is 100 meters from the beach. Air-conditioning in the bedroom. Great location on Rua das Gaivotas, close to restaurants, bars and shops. Condominium with heated pool and excellent outdoor pool that gets sun all day, in addition it is also possible to use kiosks for barbecue, condominium has 24-hour market, laundry and outdoor playground. The area is very bohemian, with bars and restaurants. The apartment has one bedroom, a sofa bed for another couple, a bathtub, office, and equipped kitchen, ideal for leisure or work.
