Holiday rentals with lake access in Praia da Ferrugem

We had a long stay working remotely, the house is beautiful and quiet. Ideal for families or couples. You can walk to the beach. We had two markets and a gym nearby. It is also minutes away from Praia do Rosa and Garopaba. We used Uber as we went without a car. The house is great for a good vacation, more beautiful in person.

Second time when my family and I stayed at Daniela's house. Charming place. On the edge of the sea, the noise of the waves, the pleasant balcony integrated with the living room, the private beach where you can swim, ride sup or simply contemplate the sunset. It was another perfect family weekend!

Special place, cozy and with a beautiful view! The super new and clean accommodation. Maicon was very helpful all the time which made the experience much more enjoyable, we will definitely return and refer to friends.

Great location, large house very clean and organized, easy to find and very close to the beach and the center. Everything was very clean. Quiet and very cozy place! We are already planning to return.

The blue window house is wonderful, super well divided, with an equipped and functional kitchen! Well-built barbecue and wood stove. We spent incredible days as a family, watching the spectacular sunrise. Even with a few rainy days, we enjoyed it a lot. Sandro is very helpful and a great host. We'll be back!!

The property is on a quiet street and the house has a lovely garden. The place was super nice, so much so that I stayed there for two months and many days I didn't even leave there. The house is impeccable, everything brand new, there is nothing obscure or crusted dirt. Less than 5 minutes walk away there is a beautiful lake that you can swim in. Up to 5 minutes by car is the beach, gym, markets, pharmacy, etc. And less than 30 minutes by car has numerous other beaches to visit. I recommend this house to people who value comfort, and I would stay there again.

The place is very quiet, ideal for resting and detaching from the madness of the big city. It has a wonderful swimming pool and plenty of nature. The bottom lagoon is also sensational!

Hosting IS unique and exactly like in the pictures. Espaçosa, illuminated, cozy, ventilated... Very equipped kitchen. Internet worked well. Perfect house for long stays. It is in a very quiet region, with a wonderful lagoon at the back of the houses. Finally, the Kinza host is super helpful and kind. We recommend 100% and will be back for sure in a future opportunity.

To be in Ferrugem, you have to be here. Privileged location, comfort and safety. We loved it and will be back.

The stay was simply perfect! The inn is charming, very clean and well cared for, with a quiet and cozy atmosphere. Everything is done with great affection and attention to detail. The Hosts were amazing! Super considerate, kind and always available to help with whatever it takes. They made us feel at home from the first moment. I recommend with my eyes closed and I hope to return soon!

The accommodation offers everything one could want for a relaxing holiday: very nice, perfectly equipped rooms with spacious terrace, an exotic garden, beaches, as far as the eye can see. The hosts are responsive at all times, extremely warm and helpful.

This was, without a doubt, one of the best and most beautiful places we have ever stayed. Simply wonderful, the pictures show it's amazing, but in person it's so much more! Everything excellent and Andresa is a solicit host is very friendly! Every cent is worth it, a complete and wide structure that provides a unique experience! We'll be back soon 🙏

Amazing days, the cabin is wonderful, a structure that met all our expectations, Mr. Ernesto and his wife are very attentive and helpful. The red beach is wonderful, it was not our first stay in the region, it is worth it for those who want comfort and rest.

Excellent place, calm , with excellent location almost in front of Surfland. Gated community of houses, with a 24-hour guard. We feel super secure. House with fenced , being possible to let the pet loose to play in the grass. Internet with excellent signal. Large TV in the living room and comfortable couch; the host did not have cable TV, but as it is Smart TV, NETFLIX and Globoplay were available. Excellent rooms, organized, as well as the bathrooms. The kitchen is complete, great space!!! Excellent barbecue on the back of the house, very good, with skewers and grill available. This space lacked a pia /balcony next to the bbq but we saw all the plumbing ready and will probably be installed soon. Excellent rest area also in this place, very calm and quiet. We leave there thinking about when we'll be back !!!

The site is wonderful, if you go to rest your head and the body is going to the right place, really private, don't forget to bring repellent, preferably in cream that makes more effect, taking poison and spray poison (sbp), because it's a place has a lot of insect and mosquitoes, I think that's it, it was special days, we enjoyed the pool and outdoor area a lot. We miss a stove in the outdoor area, since you spend the longest time there.

The accommodation surprised us. Quiet place in the midst of nature. We were very welcome, the house well equipped, clean and everything in great shape. We had a great experience, we loved the stay and we certainly recommend it.
