The house is beautiful and cozy!! We were very well received by Hugo, who brought us a delicious carrot cake with chocolate and naturally fermented bread. The place is a true haven in the midst of nature — calm, quiet and surrounded by greenery on all sides. Everything was very clean and well cared for, and you could see the affection in every detail of the house. It was a super pleasant stay, perfect for resting and recharging. We sure want to go back!

Second time when my family and I stayed at Daniela's house. Charming place. On the edge of the sea, the noise of the waves, the pleasant balcony integrated with the living room, the private beach where you can swim, ride sup or simply contemplate the sunset. It was another perfect family weekend!

The house is just as described, it is beautiful, quiet and the environment is amazing, with a beautiful park and private path to the lake. It is 200 mt from the main street and 300 mt from the beach, close to restaurants and markets. Gabriela always responded to all my inquiries quickly, always very attentive. Super recommendable, we will be back

We had a wonderful stay! The house is incredibly family and kid-friendly — spacious, safe, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The layout worked perfectly for our family, and there was plenty of room for the kids to play and relax. The host was very thoughtful and made sure we felt right at home. Excellent accommodation, an incredible view! Communication with the host Paulo was great, they even left a little gift for us to enjoy the days in the space. They were days of quiet and rest, enjoying the sound of the sea.

The place is very quiet, ideal for resting and detaching from the madness of the big city. It has a wonderful swimming pool and plenty of nature. The bottom lagoon is also sensational!

Hosting IS unique and exactly like in the pictures. Espaçosa, illuminated, cozy, ventilated... Very equipped kitchen. Internet worked well. Perfect house for long stays. It is in a very quiet region, with a wonderful lagoon at the back of the houses. Finally, the Kinza host is super helpful and kind. We recommend 100% and will be back for sure in a future opportunity.

UNSPECTABLE is the word that best describes my stay. Everything clean, organized, functional and cozy. The sea view is great, you can see much of the beach, and the breeze that blows from the sea is a delight! The accommodation is able to blend the calm of a retired neighbourhood and proximity to the city center. From the stay to the city centre was about 5 minutes by car, and the nearby beaches are also well accessible by car. The guide elaborated by Giulianno was great, it was able to direct which beaches to visit and, in particular, which restaurants. The nearby beach has an access trail next to the residence, but I recommend walking a little longer and going down the side street, especially if you are carrying the beach gears.

Our stay in Floripa was amazing in this apartment! Very comfortable and cozy! My next trip for sure I will return to the same place! I only note that the jacuzzi is not heated and has no observation in the description of the apt, as we were not in the summer, it was something that bothered because it is the biggest attraction of the apartment that was of no use.

Our experience was excellent! We were received very warmly by Helô and his family, who showed care and hospitality from beginning to end. The check-in process was fast and uncomplicated, with clear and efficient communication, which has made us very comfortable from the beginning. The room was neatly clean and organized, offering exactly what was described in the ad. Everything was in perfect condition, which made our stay extremely enjoyable. Also, when we need some additional items, hosts promptly helped us, further demonstrating the commitment to ensuring our comfort. The surroundings are simply charming! The deck by the Ibiraquera lagoon is a separate highlight. We spent great moments relaxing there, admiring the quiet landscape and enjoying nature. It is the perfect place for those looking for a connection with nature, whether to rest or simply to enjoy a pleasant atmosphere.

Giovana was a great host, gave us clear instructions and was always available. The apartment is great, very complete and the common areas of the condominium are also.

Gênio is very good people!!!left a beer ,bananas (which we share with the marmosis hehehe ,unpayable to wake up and see them )water in the fridge...details and kindness that make a difference....including the Phebo soap that perfumes the entire bathroom !! Place of peace and nature .Recomendo !

Amazing place. Dona Vera is an enlightened person, she treated us super well, as we did not have a 4x4 car, she was willing to pick us up and take us even when we did not ask. The cabin is beautiful, ideal for two people, the view is wonderful. We will definitely be back more often.

We chose the cabin to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. The place is just like in the photos, everything is clean, organized, the kitchen has everything you need and is of good quality, the bathroom is sensational, the bed is good, the bathroom is sensational. A cabin that makes you want to live there, a quiet place, the sound of the stream makes us relax just by looking and listening. There are some dogs that appear from time to time but nothing that bothers you, it is very private, Rangel is a SENSATIONAL guy, very proactive, very attentive, helpful, helps you with everything and a little more with a lot of attention and humility. We like it and we certainly recommend it with our eyes closed. If you seek peace and comfort, the cabin will give you all that and a little more.
