Great! The house is very good, and communication with the hosts was very easy. The house was clean, with everything working well. There is not much to do on the outskirts of the house because it is located on the edge of a highway, but nevertheless it is well located. I recommend it!

It was a good experience! We were a group of 6 and the space complied with absolutely everything necessary to make us feel comfortable and enjoy to the fullest. The place is really beautiful, with a decoration that left us impressed, and the atmosphere was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place for future occasions. Our stay was perfect! The house is wonderful, clean, functional and comfortable! Renato is a lot of good, kind and nice people, willing to help us who need it. the view is not even mentioned, too beautiful!! the kitchen had everything we need, nice beds and bedding, good showers, great features! we're sure to come back for more moments of peace on this amazing airbnb:)

We stayed during the holiday and the experience was excellent! The house perfectly met our expectations and even had more amenities than we expected. Everything was clean, well organized and comfortable. Guilherme was super helpful and attentive, always available to help us with whatever we needed. The house was in excellent condition inside a peaceful condomínio. The spaces are just as described and every part of the house is in good condition. It is worth renting a car to stay in this area as there are not many things to do within walking distance.

Wonderful villa with a super view, a beautiful garden, and an equally beautiful relaxation area with a pool, jacuzzi, spa, barbecue area, armchairs and sun loungers!! The villa is composed of a nice living room with kitchen, 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with 1 bathroom, and a suite upstairs with bathroom and jacuzzi. Near the pool, another little house with 2 double beds, a bathroom, and a kitchen (to go to a bedroom, you have to go from the first bedroom). Negative notes: At our request to the host if the climb was difficult (to understand which car to rent, and because we had read uber that they refused to go up), we were told that there was no problem!! In truth, 4 uber (comfort) in 5 days refused to go up and the rental car (fortunately taken 1.3) came up barely... The house lacks maintenance and the suite lacks a door to isolate it from the living room, if someone opens the fridge and how to have it next to the bed. Cute but bumbling monkeys!!

My stay was simply perfect! The site is exactly as described, very clean, cozy and well located. The host was super helpful and attentive from the start, always available to help with any questions or needs. I would definitely stay again and strongly recommend it to those looking for comfort and a great reception!

Genuinely the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. To start off, Jessica is the best host, always responsive and very kind. She even added an extra day to my stay for free when she heard about my travel plans changing. The house it self is old but that gives it charm. Her grandpa built it and you can tell it’s treated with care. Although it doesn’t say it on the listing this house could technically sleep 9. The view is stunning and they even have sign for a lookout point. The view alone is worth what you pay. It is very private and you are the only house on the mountain. The walk on the beach is maybe 30 steps, so don’t let that deter you from booking. Jessica’s mother is also very sweet and created me with a big hug. Jessica gives you recommendations on food and deliveries. The house is also near the popular sand dunes. Overall book this Airbnb if you want to have an amazing stay!

We had a great stay. The place really is wonderful, with beautiful landscapes. The house really has everything in the descriptions and photos. Aldo was very receptive and agile. I highly recommend! And I hope to return.

Beautiful Suite in Florianópolis! The view is incredible and gorgeous, the room is spacious and the bed is very large and soft! The coffee maker is very nice! We had treats like fruit, cold cuts, breads and stuff in the minibar. The bathroom is very beautiful, with a wonderful view and was made in harmony with the natural rocks, fantastic construction! Gabriela and her husband Júlio welcomed us very well and were always available to help us! Lucimar was always attentive with the stay and giving us directions. We hope to return soon and we highly recommend it to everyone!

Beautiful place, perfect for a short trip as a couple. Beach reachable in 100 m, shop in 200 m and center in 300 m Neat hammock and material for the Szrand on site. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The sofa was slightly uncomfortable.

We absolutely loved this house. Our time was amazing and Dario was a very responsive and nice host. The views are incredible. The plants are beautiful. Viajamos en Abril 2025. We were 3 friends, we were 9 days. Both for check-in and checkout were very flexible, which is appreciated. The house was in perfect condition, with all amenities including lounge chairs and beach umbrella. Very comfortable beds, clean sheets, and excellent condition of the kitchen and its utensils. The complex has an exit to the beach, it was beautiful and very comfortable to be able to go to the beach as if you are going out to the patio. It is very easy to locate, it is 1 block from the main street of Barra, where all the necessary shops are located and there is public parking. We were greeted with chocolates and a welcome letter. Both Fabiola and her husband were always attentive and predisposed to help us with what we need. They are genius! Highly recommend it. Thank you!!

Refuge is an impeccable space for those who like to relate to the environment and want to enjoy a quiet place with an amazing view. It was my second time on Costa da Lagoa, a still preserved place where it is possible to approach nature and elemental beings. Boat transport is efficient and sustainable, which transforms the entire experience. I will return when possible ✨

We were very satisfied about our stay at Licia's house. It is a peaceful place in the mid of the nature, and at the same time it is well located for the groceries, beach and restaurants. We had everything we need and Licia and João were available and at the same time discreet. We enjoyed the kayak on the lake and the swimming pool. I recommend to stay at this place to explore the island!

This was a great place, it was a very well-maintained house with a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful views. Very quiet and surrounded by birds, butterflies, and monkeys. The location was good - just steps from a public boat stop and about 20 minutes to walk to the main part of the area with many good restaurant choices. Great hiking or trail running options in either direction. Joe met us in person, was very welcoming and responsive, and was very flexible for check in and check out. We would recommend this stay to anyone.

I used to date this house for a long time, I was planning to go because the photos are breathtaking, I can say that personally is even better, a show apart, it was the best house I've ever stayed quietly We did not want to leave there, we did shopping and spent 4 whole days there cooking, enjoying the beach, view, hammock and more If you think about making that investment in your life: do it! You won't regret, the noise of the water it makes is addictive Gilberto is super helpful, had a day that even swept the beach to us, only compliments, I will come back more often.

Luiza’s house was amazing! I highly recommend it. It’s quite spacious and the view was amazing, It’s located on top of a hill and it has a balcony that overlooks the lake. It’s also within walking distance to the beach and near bars and restaurants. So it combines the goods of both worlds. Luisa is a great host, very responsive and well coming. I will definitely stay there in the future!
