Hello! My family and I stayed for 10 days at the home of hosts Carolina and Whellington. House with great structure according to advertisement. Sanitized and well-packaged bed and bath linens are available. The beach is so close, it's almost in the backyard. We are still grateful for the kindness and availability of the hosts, who welcomed us very well. We recommend and look forward to coming back soon.

10/10 I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Vila Velha, an impeccably clean, well-decorated apartment, modern, beautiful view, there is a little market inside the building if you don't want to go to the market… worth every penny. The apartment is great, super complete and clean, the location is also excellent, quiet and with markets, pharmacies and places to eat nearby. The view is simply beautiful, the only thing I thought was lacking was the cleanliness of the air conditioning in the suite, which is one of the simplest window ones, it was very dusty, I preferred not to turn it on. The host Tainá is very attentive, responds quickly and gives instructions in advance so that everything goes well.

Excellent. Well located, facing the beach. The host accompanied our arrival, which was at a time outside the agreed time due to a delay in our trip. It remained available throughout the period. I highly recommend it, excellent value for money!

The hostess is very solicited and of good treatment, answered everything quickly. Apto is excellent, less than 1 minute walk to the beach, great nearby restaurants, pharmacy and other essential shops. All very clean and organized, large rooms, bathroom the new showers, full kitchen, service area and beach chairs. It's definitely a place that would easily get back to hosting.

The apartment matches the photos. It is facing the beach and cozy. Renata as a host is wonderful (proactive, always respond fast and local tips in the region). It's worth it.

Clean place with a great bed and cotton sheets 🙏🏼 The only detail that is not even a bad thing but in my view it bothered me a little, it was the protection screen that hinders the view and prevents from appreciating such a blz... Good apartment for families! I went with my husband and my 3-year-old daughter! Very quiet building, very polite reception staff (all of them), very good building structure. The photos are very true. The location is good, a little far from everything we were doing, but nothing that an Uber couldn't solve. We had a setback on the penultimate day, but it was communicated very quickly and resolved. I highly recommend this apartment for rent.

Everything was as described , the beach was a few metres away , all the local amenities were with a few blocks and very easy to walk too . Apartment was super comfortable, and any questions were answered with minutes .. highly recommended

Great experience! Very nice space, close to everything! The village is clean and with all the necessary utensils. The receptionist, a super nice and friendly person, treated us very well. About the check-in, it was super flexible because I had an unforeseen event and Wilson solved it, granting us the space earlier. Super quiet place, clean pool and perfect view from the penthouse! I'd come back more often.

Jorge was a very attentive host, even from a distance. He responded quickly to questions, helped us with any doubts that arose and was always very polite and courteous. The apartment is well structured, has everything you need for a quiet stay, the neighborhood is good and there are 2 laundries nearby that help a lot when you have very thick clothes that take longer to dry. I recommend everything.

The house is wonderful, pleasant, cozy, has a wonderful view of the sea, very well equipped, a few meters from the beach, with several things nearby to visit, it is very worth it.

Internally with very airy spaces, bedding and bathrooms of excellent quality. Amanda takes very good care of the guests.
