We loved our stay at Affonso's place! It was the perfect place for us to relax in the hammock amongst the lush garden on the property. You can tell so much love and creativity went into this house. We loved being able to get to the beach in just a few minutes walk from the house or ride the bikes around to the market or other parts of town. Affonso is also an extremely helpful and responsive host. He went above and beyond to help us with some travel documents we needed for Guatemala and made sure we got them in time. We cannot thank him enough for his help and for hosting us!

Exactly as described. Jacqueline was exceptional to work with. The location is great. The only drawback was the road noise, but the wonderful setting and sunsets made it worth it! Highly recommend!

We had a beautiful stay at Amadeu’s place. Host was incredibly helpful and responsive making adjustments to suite a family with young children. The house is perfect for family with little kids with a great play area and a mini playground in the shape of a pirate ship - my kids LOVE IT 🥰 the house is in a beautiful location by the lake, very peaceful. The only downside was the showers. Not very hot specially leading into winter and very, very low pressure but wouldn’t be an issue in summer time. Another downside is the neighbours dogs. They have 5-6 dogs that bark all day (and night!) long. We had to get a white noise machine for the kids. Wish the neighbour was a bit more friendly and respectful of their neighbours and manage their pets better. All in all a great stay a Ned we’d book again. Thanks for everything Amadeu - incredible host!

The view is breathtaking! Beautiful, beautiful, blue sea, nature, silence. Nearby oyster farms, in the same easement where the house is located, there is a small house that sells oysters, where I ate the freshest oyster of my life, they had just taken it out of the sea. There is a fishmonger near the fisherman too, everything taken from the sea at the time. There's a little bar by the sea with everything fresh. Far from markets and bakeries, I recommend that you take everything, but IFood delivery :) The house is beautiful, everything is very new and well cared for and it was extremely clean, and I always find fault with the cleaning :D The Jacuzzi is a delight, large, spacious, with a view of the sea. Everything wonderful! Eduardo responds quickly, gave all the support and it was one of the best stays I've ever had.

It was a really nice length of stay The house is exactly the same as in the pictures, it was clean (impeccable) and had all the items in perfect condition of cleanliness and conservation. We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is beautifully designed with a modern yet charming feel, and it had everything we needed for a peaceful getaway. The private pool and outdoor shower were amazing, and we especially enjoyed the barbecue area—with a hammock tucked in for relaxing afternoons. Everything felt brand new and thoughtfully laid out, from the comfortable suite to the stylish paintings throughout the space. It’s just a short walk to great restaurants, cafés, and small shops, yet the area is very quiet and serene. If you’re visiting Florianópolis and want a central location with total privacy, this is the perfect spot. We’ll definitely be back!

Genuinely the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. To start off, Jessica is the best host, always responsive and very kind. She even added an extra day to my stay for free when she heard about my travel plans changing. The house it self is old but that gives it charm. Her grandpa built it and you can tell it’s treated with care. Although it doesn’t say it on the listing this house could technically sleep 9. The view is stunning and they even have sign for a lookout point. The view alone is worth what you pay. It is very private and you are the only house on the mountain. The walk on the beach is maybe 30 steps, so don’t let that deter you from booking. Jessica’s mother is also very sweet and created me with a big hug. Jessica gives you recommendations on food and deliveries. The house is also near the popular sand dunes. Overall book this Airbnb if you want to have an amazing stay!

Very nice and cozy place, Maicon responded super fast to questions and left us firewood for the fireplace. The only problem (which is nothing very serious or glaring) is the parking area. I recommend it, we will definitely come back more often :)

No doubt the best experience we've ever had on an Airbnb, it's charming as well as in the photos, the chalet is very cozy, comfortable and with everything needed for a perfect stay. The chalet is in the middle of nature, it is possible to see several animals around, simply amazing. The owners are very willing to resolve or answer any questions that may arise. Juliana is one of the best hosts I've experienced, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at her home and with her playful and friendly cats. Good location for beach through a exotic and a little hidden lagoon pathway, and good distance to the market for groceries. I would love to come visit again!

This accommodation is a unique experience! Everything was perfect and unforgettable. The hostess was always available, and our family was very welcome, treated, pampered and respected at the same time with great discretion and giving us plenty of space and privacy. All people deserve to have this amazing experience we had, in a totally different accommodation, comfortable and in touch with nature. The bed is a delight, the bath is warm, the kitchen has everything we need. The nights of outdoor cinema, with fire and barbecue will not be forgotten, as well as the visit of the capybaras and the jacare!

The house is really beautiful, well maintained and clean. The contact with nature is total. The space is at the end of the street, so it is very quiet and peaceful. To get to the beach, it's a 6-8 minute walk, but that wasn't a problem for us. The Armação neighborhood is quiet, residential, with many leisure options for those who want contact with nature. Sea, lagoon, mountain, waterfall... The beds in the house are comfortable and the kitchen has the basic items. Unfortunately, there is no filter, so it is necessary to buy and carry water to the house. But this is not a problem specific to this accommodation, but to several Airbnb homes. In any case, I recommend this place and would return other times. The contact with Roberta was excellent all the time! Thank you!!

I would like to thank you deeply for the wonderful experience my girlfriend and I had at Monik's cabin. The place is simply enchanting, the view is breathtaking, the surrounding nature welcomed us with a peace that we had been looking for for a long time. It was a true encounter with time, with animals, and with the silence that renews. The cabin is extremely pleasant, well maintained and equipped, we felt very good throughout the stay. We were able to take advantage of every detail, following the guidelines that were given to us so carefully. We also thank you for the excellent communication with Sheila, who was always attentive and available to help us with whatever we needed. This care made all the difference. Those were very special days of tranquility and reconnection. We warmly recommend it to those seeking a peaceful retreat in the midst of nature. We certainly have good memories of Cabana Sattiva.
