What a delightful trip! The house is even better than in the photos! The house is such a great event, a house that looks like a house, you know?! Everything clean, very good structure, equipped kitchen, appliances, white towels, sheets, fans, cutlery, dishes, everything very good! Ana is a very accessible, flexible host, a lovely person, she responds promptly, answered our questions and helped us when needed! High point: beautiful beaches near the house. Praia do Sol is a 6-minute drive, perfect for families. Beautiful beach 14 minutes by car, wonderful too. Negative point: sometimes the bad smell from the lagoon got a little stronger.

We had a perfect weekend. The house is exactly as pictured. It was clean. Smelly towels and bedding. Kitchen with complete utensils. Tânia was super attentive, answered all the messages and we had no problems. I didn't enjoy the pool because there wasn't enough time. I hope to return soon.

The residence is wonderful, even better than the photos!!!It's all for your group to have fun with comfort inside the house! Besides everything is very close to the beach of Geribá, easy to go on foot. Castro was extremely kind, being very flexible with check-in and check-out times. You don't want to leave!!! The house is new, very beautiful and exactly as described in the photos, 3 suites and a bedroom without a bathroom, plus a bedroom with a sofa bed and bathroom on the ground floor, organized and clean. Very large and super complete kitchen and room to receive a lot of people. The gourmet area has barbecue and cooktop already with gas, very nice place. The pool is small but it answered what we needed. One point of improvement would be to change the curtains or include a light cut, because in the morning there was a lot of clarity. Great safe condominium house and helpful host, super recommend!

We love the accommodation, we feel at home. We were very well received by Jorge, with a flexible check-in and check-out and many kindnesses such as mineral water in the refrigerator and tourist tips. Wonderful shower, excellent bed and bedding, the pleasant surprise was the sofa bed in the living room, which is as comfortable as the bed, which is already so good. Oh, the pillows, super comfy. On the street of the residential area, a non-swimmable canal with a beautiful view and many boats, including stools to watch the sunset. Also a bakery that sells a perfect French bread, on the same sidewalk. Close to beaches and shopping malls, about 10 minutes by car. I found it great value for money.

We love the loft, very clean and organized hotel comfort, great staff, with an apartment hotel price. Very comfortable, great bedding, good kitchen utensils, also good. It was worth every day and with a great price.

The apartment is gorgeous, well decorated with two smartvs and several amenities. Arrival instructions are clear. The condominium is excellent, with a beautiful pool. The porter is helpful and nice. It was a great experience for my family.

Great apartment, it has everything you need

Our hosting with Valmir and Fatima was excellent! From the moment we closed with them, they have always shown a lot of attention. We gave us recommendations for tours, nearby locations! The atmosphere of the apartment is excellent, close to many shops, it is very nice. I highly recommend it .

We spend excellent family days. The house is extremely pleasant, very ventilated, foot in the sand, as well as being beautiful. We were served in everything we need. The beach is very quiet, great for those who like a good walk, with warm sea water. we love the stay!

I will try to summarize here what my stay was, as there will be few words to describe Ana Paula's hospitality. Cozy room with smartv and the best wifi I've ever had in any bed and breakfast I've ever been to. Super clean kitchen with everything to make us feel in our own house. The location is practically on the edge of the São João River, on the corner of Andrade Silva street, which has several houses listed by the historical heritage, and is possibly the street with the best restaurants in the city. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

The house is a space of peace and tranquility, very well equipped and spacious. The rooms are great size, we rest a lot. The house has its own style, super cozy and full of details that we have been discovering a little each day. What I liked the most was the silence and at night, I went to the balcony of the suite to smell the sea breeze. César is an excellent host, always available to meet our demands.
