Holiday rentals with a patio in Prague-West District

The apartment was better than what the pictures showed, its spacious, welcoming and pretty. Top appliances, extremely comfy beds, it has everything you might possible need. They give you lots of recommendations of places to eat, shop etc. Our kids were pleasantly surprised to find toys in the apartment. The building has 24h security and underground parking space. We didn’t use public transport but it’s right in front of the building. By car the city center it’s 15 minutes away. They welcome you into the apartment with granola bars, croissants, water, marmalade and cheese. We met Irina in person and Alex over messages and they were both nice and respectful and easy to communicate with them. We will definitely come back and also recommend them 100%

This was an absolutely perfect stay. Plug adaptors were provided which was a very thoughtful touch. There were soaps, shampoo, and conditioners for the shower. Tea, coffee and milk were also provided. They even left a small bottle of wine! Hana and Jakob clearly care a lot about this place and sharing Prague with visitors. If you're trying to decide whether or not to book here, definitely go for it!

We had a wonderful stay in Prague! The apartment was in the perfect location. It was located near transit and it was walkable. The Pub and Grill around the corner had great food and drink and very affordable and fun atmosphere. Would definitely stay again! Jana was great to answer questions in a timely manner!

We had a pleasant stay at Andrea's in Prague during our 2 days, it is very responsive and remains very affordable, the accommodation is functional and perfectly suited to photos and accessible 4 minutes walk from transport to the city center and 30 minutes by Uber from the airport

The stay was peaceful. Instructions were given, even recommendations. It’s in great location. I can imagine in hot summer it could get a little bit warm, but other than that- superb. Thank you.

We stayed in the accommodation for 4 nights and enjoyed the space. It was more than big enough for all of us. It was right in the middle of the city centre with trams and buses only metres away. It had a lift to the entrance so you’d be able to stay if you couldn’t walk the stairs (as it’s on the top floor) All the bedrooms were clean and tidy and the open spaces were large enough for everyone in the group to meet and socialise. Our only gripe was that the cooker hob only had 2 knobs out of four, and one of the remaining knobs wouldn’t remain on when primed, so we couldn’t use it to cooking meals. We had plenty of bins for recycling our rubbish and loads of outdoor space to enjoy the wonderful views of the city. It’s obvious that this accommodation is well used and looks a wee bit tired in parts. We had loose floor tiles upstairs and a banister on the stairs leading up to the first floor which completely came off, when someone pulled on it walking up the stairs which is dangerous.

If you like special places quiet and having certain level of privacy do not hesitate and go for it! Location is perfect, the area is beautiful. House is very well equipped with everything you need. Alena is a great host. You will enjoy the romantic atmosphere, warm fireplace green territory and small nice sauna. Fantastic time here. My recommendation!

Kornelia doesn't just rent out a place to stay, she rents out a home. From the beginning, everything just fit: - Personal check-in with explanation of all necessary things - She fulfilled individual wishes - Everything was clean and in good condition - The furnishings could not be better, especially in the kitchen. In addition, extra bed linen and many towels. - Fast and friendly communication before and during the stay I can only recommend it to everyone, especially if you come with family and want to stay longer. There is a small playground with soccer goals and a basketball hoop within 2-3 minutes' walking distance. We left a soccer ball and basketball there for the next guests. Cornelia, thank you for this great and relaxing stay!

A quiet home near Prague. Perfect for a familiy weekend to chillout and see some new places

Very comfortable, even used swimming pool and lovely spacious garden with BBQ House had all the comforts. No TV, but we didn't need one. A 20-minute drive from the city center with your own car. And 5 minutes drive to the large supermarket Billy.

Very nice house conveniently located to Prague. Clean and we'll equipped. Five minutes walk to Sbusani train station, from wich you can get to the center of Prague in 15 minutes.

The host communicated with us quickly, the instructions for the place are accurate. The apartment is located on a quiet street where you can park easily. The advantage of the neighborhood is the shopping center, cafes, a lot of restaurants and also very good accessibility to public transport (tram and metro). As for the environment of the apartment itself, we were slightly disappointed, especially when we arrived at the apartment. There was a strange smell. It would probably be necessary to clean the sofa, which has stains and the pillows that are on it, once in a while, given the frequency of use of the apartment and other guests. It was a very strong smell. It's probably not the host's fault, as they have a hired cleaning company, which obviously doesn't matter. It would be good for future guests to give the cleaning company more care even with the cleanliness of this type of equipment. The cleanest room was the bathroom. In the bedroom, we were struck by the lack of drawers by the bed. The drawer by the door could not be used. The TV didn't work. The other amenities in the apartment were fine.

We had a great short stay. The flat is spacious with a small bathroom and a nice balcony facing the backyard. We liked that it’s in a walkable distance to the old town, the river and even the central station so we actually never had to use public transport in the end.

Very nice, clean and tidy apartment. Had what we needed for a 4 day trip to Prague. Nice location, close to restaurants and shopping street. Not too far from the old town. Terrace from the bedroom with sun in the morning/morning/early afternoon. Towards quiet backyard. View of cathedral and castle from skylight. Easy check-in/out with a code lock. Recommended and I/we would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious, stylish apartment in the heart of Prague. The location is ideal - just a short walk to Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, and great restaurants. The two huge bedrooms were perfect and the apartment was spotless and well-equipped, with nice touches like quality shower gels and hair products. We loved the cute balcony with a table and chairs for four - it catches the evening sun and was a great spot to relax before heading out. The host was incredibly helpful, arranging early luggage drop-off and providing a great online guidebook with local tips. On our last day, we stored our luggage securely in the building for just 100 CZK, which let us enjoy a full final day. Reception staff were friendly and informative too. Overall, a smooth, comfortable and memorable. Would stay here again!

You were so kind, and the accommodation was clean, pretty, and comfortable. 10 out of 10 points. It was very close to tourist attractions such as Carol Bridge and Clock Tower, so it was convenient. There are also many pretty cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. It was also convenient because Tesco was close. Anyway, I highly recommend it.

Had a fantastic stay in this lovely apartment! It was spotlessly clean on arrival and check in was a breeze. Jan & Sarah were kind enough to let us check in early when we had an early flight which was incredibly helpful. The bed was super comfy & balcony was the icing on the cake. Location was great, with most of Prague’s main attractions within a very walkable distance or easily accessed by cheap and very regular public transport. Would 100% recommend!

Very good host. Quickly answered all questions. The apartment has a great parking space in the underground parking, which was very important for us. The apartment is located very close to the metro station and tram. There are many cafes and two supermarkets Lidl, Billa nearby.
