Bright, spacious, and brand new apartment 15 minutes from downtown and a minute's walk from the Vltava shore will surprise you with its location and activities. There is a golf and tennis area in an uninterrupted area, you can rent a boat, kayak, paddle board, or even a bicycle, and a verdant restaurant overlooking the river. It is possible to park around the building without zones and fees. Tram stop around Vltava to the heart of the old town is just a minute's walk away and offers a nice ride.

The apartment was renovated and completely newly furnished in December 2023 suitable for short or long stays. Less than a 5 min walk is metro station allowing direct transport to the historical centre of Prague in 10-15 mins. Within a walking distance of 4-10 mins are pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, a department store, bus station. Parking in front of the house Fri-Sun free, other days for a fee.

Everything is great, check-in is simple. The host responded quickly to messages and was helpful. Location is a plus, a short walk to the subway, 10 minutes and you are in the center. Next to the store, if I'm in Prague again, I'll definitely come back. I recommend it with all my heart.

The place is nicely decorated and just right for two people. There is a great view from the balcony and lots of nature in the surrounding area. Downtown Prague can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Although there is no coffee maker, a small pastry shop less than 2 minutes away where you can get it. Everything was great!

Well designed studio apartment, in a new building. The apartment is super equipped. Very clean and quiet. It has a cozy balcony with an amazing green mountain view, open your day with a morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine... The old town is half an hour away on Prague's convenient public transport... We had a great time!
