Ideal for 4 people, but additional 2 people can use living room sleeper sofa. Elevated ground floor, 15 stairs have to be mounted upon entering the building entrance.

A beautiful studio in the heart of Prague. Directly next to the stunning National Theater. It provides a romantic view of the Vltava river and it's lush green islands. Offering comfortable, flexible check-in from early morning! The apartment is on the 4th floor with an elevator. In the building is a cafe and restaurant where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and our famous beer. Parking is excellent considering this is the city center.

I spent a long weekend with my partner. The apartment was ideal for two people, large enough that you can also retreat. We immediately felt comfortable, and realized that someone really lived there, and it was not just set up for airbnb. The apartment was very quiet, yet well connected to the tram within 5-10 minutes' walk. The Lidl directly on the street also has everything. From there, you can easily explore Prague, but also relax after a busy day. Miroslava was a very courteous and friendly hostess. Gladly again!!

We loved staying at Vaclav's. The apartment is very large, and very well equipped. It has everything you need! The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and we were able to do everything on foot. I would highly recommend it. Excellent value for money and very nice host.

Natalia was a great host, who communicated with us at all times, with clear instructions and helpful advice. She made sure that we knew exactly how to make our way from the airport into the city, and how to make it from the city to her apartment, with pictures and maps to guide us. The apartment was an ideal location for a few days, close to a tram stop with routes all over Prague, with a Lidl near by to stock up on anything else you needed, all only a few minutes walk away. Natalia also suggested some sites to see too! Apartment was clean and comfortable to use as a base for a busy few days exploring lovely Prague. Nice strong hot shower, tea/coffee facilities with a fridge to store milk etc, washing machine if you need to wash, comfy bed, tv… all amenities as described. Would book again if we are coming back as it suited what we needed perfectly and we had a great trip!

The apartment is very nice, clean, modern, and well equipped. Convenient location, just a few minutes walk from river, Tesco super market and tram station. Only approximately 20 minutes tram ride to the center of Prague. Communication with Sonja is easy. We highly recommend this place and would stay here again during future visits to Prague.
