Holiday rentals with a patio in Prague 1

L'appartement est idéal pour deux personnes, la cuisine est fonctionnelle et la situation est très pratique, non loin des trams. Je recommande sans hésiter.

We had a great stay overall! The space was super clean and only a 10-12 mins walk to the centre, which made it very convenient. Its in a nice area with a park around the corner. The room was spacious and had a small but nice balcony. The kitchen had a few dishes, some cutlery and couple pans. We didn't cook much, so was fine for us. Suggestions: a few very basic things like salt, pepper, sugar in the kitchen would be great; some laundry detergent for wash would be super helpful (so guests don't have to go looking or buy a massive pack for one or two loads) and a drying rack would be convenient.

Bylo to opravdu hezké, hostitelé moc milí. Cokoliv jsme potřebovali, byli tu pro nás. Určitě doporučuji a při další návštěvě se určitě vrátím☺️ moc děkuji za takový přístup !

Wir waren zu dritt in der Unterkunft. Sie war sehr schön, für uns völlig ausreichend. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral aber trotzdem ruhig. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und hilfreich! Vielen Dank dafür!

Beautiful apartment, beautiful view, the bed and furniture are comfortable, we had everything we needed for kitchen, laundry, etc. Easy to walk to Old Town, if you want to get further public transportation is close and easy. Hosts were warm and friendly. Highly recommend!

Really spacious lovely flat old building with upgraded flat. Very thoughtful and responsive host Perfect location I did make some recommendations which the host seemed to take in, like extensions around the plugs as you can either charge your phone or plug in the light. One of the beds was very firm and a memory foam on top would work very well I did miss a microwave Washing machine and rack were great and the balconies were beautiful Host left sweet little gifts for us and I’d definitely recommend this place

El apartamento es muy práctico, limpio y ordenado y muy cuqui Andrea muy atenta en todo, enseguida respondía a nuestras dudas Y esta a tan solo 30 min del centro, cogiendo el tranvía que esta la parada a 2 min del aparcamiento La mejor forma de viajar y no perderte nada de la ciudad Praga es preciosa, impresionante.

Sehr schönes und ruhig in einem Wohngebiet gelegenes Doppelhaus. Die Erreichbarkeit von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nach Prag ist sehr gut. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Unsere Vermieterin Pavlina war sehr freundlich und hat auf Anfragen immer recht schnell geantwortet. Ich kann diese Unterkunft vollauf empfehlen.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, jedoch nur wenige Gehminuten von einer U-Bahn- und Bushaltestelle entfernt. Auch eine Billa-Filiale sowie mehrere Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Es bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen – ob im Sessel, auf dem Sofa oder draußen auf der Terrasse. Auf der Terrasse laden eine Hollywood-Schaukel, ein Grill und stimmungsvolle Beleuchtung zum Verweilen ein. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich vorbereitet. Kornelie hat uns sogar eine Vase mit frischen Tulpen hingestellt – eine schöne Geste, die den ohnehin schon einladenden Aufenthalt noch besser gemacht hat. Die Küche ist großzügig geschnitten und bestens ausgestattet – sehr gut zum Kochen. Das Highlight für unsere größeren Kinder nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt war der riesige Fernseher mit vielen Streaming-Möglichkeiten. Kornelie ist äußerst freundlich, und hilfsbereit.

Alexandra was truly helpful with every question. The place is homey, comfortable and spacious. You can work remotely with comfort, feel like home while you enjoy the city of Prague.

Ein rundum wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft überzeugt mit stilvollem Ambiente, makelloser Sauberkeit und einer besonderen Liebe zum Detail. Der Gastgeber war aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und stets erreichbar. Eine Adresse, die man sich merken möchte. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We stayed at Richard’s place to celebrate New Year’s Eve in Prague, and it was an exceptional experience. The apartment was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Richard’s communication was excellent throughout. He provided clear instructions for check-in, accurate details about the property, and even surprised us with complimentary wine and cookies, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the metro and tram, making it convenient to explore the city. The apartment truly felt like a home away from home, offering all the amenities and comfort we could ask for. A highlight was the barista-grade coffee machine, which allowed us to enjoy café-quality cappuccinos every morning. I would highly recommend Richard’s place to anyone planning to visit Prague—you won’t be disappointed!

Skvelé ubytovanie, krásny a čistý priestor. Veľmi útulné a vkusne zariadené. Hostiteľka bola pri komunikácii veľmi milá. Som nadmieru spokojná.

Es war wirklich toll. Die Unterkunft war wunderschön, die Aussicht ist klasse und es gab sogar kostenlose Kleinigkeiten im Kühlschrank. Kleiner Hinweis: Auf Nachrichten über die AirBnB-App wurde nicht geantwortet, aber am Telefon war dann alles sehr unkompliziert und schnell - also lieber anrufen. Janet spricht auch deutsch, also ist das kein Problem :)

Hostitel s námi komunikoval rychle, pokyny k ubytování jsou přesné. Byt se nachází na klidné ulici, kde se dá v pohodě zaparkovat. Výhodou okolí je nakupní centrum, kavárny, spousta restaurací a také velmi dobrá dostupnost na městskou dopravu (tramvaj a metro). Co se týče samotného prostředí bytu, tak jsme byly mírně zklamané a to predevším hned po příchodu do bytu. Byl zde cítit zvláštní zápach. Nejspíše ze sedací soupravy, která má fleky a polštáře, které na ní jsou, by bylo potřeba jednou za čas vyčistit, vzhledem k četnosti využití daného bytu i jinými hosty. Byl to velice silný zápach. Za to nejspíše přímo hostitel nemůže, neboť má najatou úklidovou firmu, které je to očividně jedno. Bylo by dobré i pro budoucí hosty, aby si uklidová firma dávala větší péči i s čistotou tohoto typu vybavení. Nejčistší místností byla koupelna. V ložnici nás zarazila absence zásuvek u postele. Zásuvku u dveří nebylo možné používat. Nefungovala zde televize. Ostatní vybavení v bytě bylo v pořádku.

복잡한 프라하 시내를 몇걸음 안에 도착할 수 있는 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 반대로 집에 들어가면 거리와는 다르게 아주 조용하고 아늑한 위치에 있어요. 동유럽 가전제품들과 엘리베이터, 출입구는 다소 낯설지만 알레스님이 상세하게 미리 알려주셔서 아주 수월하게 들어올 수 있었습니다. 엘리베이터가 신기해서 아이들이 좋아했어요. 침대는 편안하고 주방은 내집처럼 넓고 좋았습니다. 제공해주신 커피도 맛있었고 엽서도 감사했습니다. 10년만에 다시 온 프라하는 굉장히 복잡하고 활기 넘치네요. 다음에 꼭 다시 방문드릴께요. 건강하세요.

Schöne Wohnung. Riesige Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Eine Kaffeemaschine und ein Toaster waren allerdings nicht vorhanden. Grosse Terrasse. Auto kann auf dem Hof abgestellt werden. Fußläufig bis zum Wenzelsplatz gut 2 km. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen.

Lieber Adam, wir haben uns mehr als wohl gefühlt in Eurer schönen Wohnung! Die Zimmer waren groß und luftig, trotz der Lage an der Straße ruhig genug um auch auszuschlafen. Das Bad sauber und auch für sechs Personen gab die Wohnung genug Raum, um sich sehr wohl zu fühlen. Die zentrale Lage ist nicht zu toppen und wir waren vollkommen begeistert und mit allem zufrieden, bis auf die feiernden Nachbarn am letzten Tag! Was allerdings an einem Feiertag vorkommen kann. Also ganz herzlichen Dank für alles, besonders auch für die durchgehend tolle Unterstützung, die immer sehr freundlichen und schnellen Antworten und die Tipps!

Amazing location in walking distance to the main square. Big clean space with amazing high ceilings and balcony. Having two bathrooms and a washing machine was very useful. Would recommend.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Zusanna,l appart était níquel, très bien agencé avec 2 belles chambres spacieuses et de la très bonne literie A chaque fois que nous avons eu besoin d'un renseignement elle a tjs répondu très vite Vraiment je recommande vivement cet appartement Béatrice F

El departamento es precioso realmente, con absolutamente todo lo necesario y además diseñado con muy buen gusto y comodidad. El barrio es tranquilo y con todo el comercio necesario, muy cerca de la estación de tren y caminable hasta el centro de Praga, muy recomendable!
