Holiday rentals with breakfast in Prague 1

Friendly host, and the house is close to supermarkets. Only things to note are that the hot water tank is small if multiple people want to shower!

We booked the entire 4 bedroom place and got more than expected. Each double bed included a bathroom, which was not so clearly visible in the photos. One of the 4 rooms is separate and has its own entrance. Since there were no classes in the yoga room, we were able to use everything completely for ourselves. The view from the many windows is magnificent and the huge kitchen table is great for eating in large groups and for board and card games. In the lovingly landscaped garden, we grilled on the in-house barbecue and were able to enjoy the beautiful weather. The beds were quite hard, but you slept amazingly well on them. Since the curtains are quite thin, the sun woke us up in the morning whether we wanted or not - perfect for early risers! There are no windows in the bathrooms and in the kitchen, but there are daylight lamps that do a really good job and are environmentally friendly. A real value wonder to enjoy!

I’ve been solo travelling for over a year now and stayed with many hosts but I have to be honest, never have I come across a host like Olaf. Olaf as a person is extremely open, funny, vibrant, so creative, and so full of energy - and he has a great deal of passion for showing his guests around the beautiful hidden spots in Prague. Everyday was a new adventure with Olaf - and he always curates these plans according to the person. Prague as a city has so much to offer and Olaf is someone who knows much about the best of recommendations, from bars, restaurants, clubs, viewpoints, and other things that travellers might be interested in. Another majorrrr highlight is Olaf’s home, which he has put together with his soul in it. Its filled with creative art pieces, and every art piece has a story behind it. Never once is there a dull moment with Olaf, and even up until my last day he made sure that my stay went well and that I was well taken care of. Much love to Olli <3

One of the coziest homes I've ever visited (and I've been to many). What sets it apart is that, upon entering, you feel as if you're living through the life of its owner alongside her — she clearly lives here with her children, and you could easily spend an entire day just admiring her paintings, books, and her children's crafts. After six hours there, I felt as if I'd known her for ages, and it was clear she’s a wonderful woman, awesome mother and a good person (and obviously cooks a lot)). The tuned guitar was a delightful touch. In short, this house has the soul of its owner, and I can say for sure that she is lovely. Separately, I would like to say that the design was clearly created by a person with taste, and looks much better in life - moreover, the light in the house is perfectly matched, which is rare in Airbnb offerings. So in the evening you can create the perfect atmosphere, which, together with the fireplace, will make you want to come back here again and again.

Michael is an amazing host. Very quick response and help with everything that you need. It’s an amazing quiet place with a lot of green, barbecue zone and even pool. The house was clean and cozy. The weather changed during our staying and we needed central hearing to be on. It was very comfortable temperature down but not in the bedrooms, we were freezing and unfortunately, we didn’t manage to open heater there. I would advice owner to switch it on in bedrooms at the beginning, if it’s chilly outside. Also I would like to mention that there are several big markets, small groceries, gas stations and restaurants not far from the house. I’m definitely recommend Michael and his calm place. We relaxed and enjoyed staying there.

The stay at Laszlos place was amazing! The house is very nicely designed. Our room was cozy and had an awesome view over the garden trough a big glass front. We had our own separate bathroom with shower and bathtub (which you will probably not use - but more to that later). We were welcomed by our exceptionally friendly host Laszlo and immediately felt home. He showed us around the house and explained how everything works. We were allowed to use the spacious living kitchen with everything in it. In the eating area we were presented a lovely breakfast every morning with locally handmade bread and nice spreads and cuts. The garden is exceptionally nice designed and has a wonderful swimming pond (so no bathtub :P) and relaxing area as well as a nice terrace accessible directly from the living room. We didn't use the sauna because it was summer, but that would have been a nice addition for colder days. The location of the house is a little bit outside of the city center of Prague right next to a nature reserve, so you have all the peace to relax here. You are easily in the city center in 15-20 min by public transport or uber. Additionally we were given a lot of tips to check out the area. From the delicious pizza place just up the road (really ask them when you stay there) to a local micro brewery or viewpoints in the area. All in all everything was really delightful and we couldn't image a nicer stay. Can only recommend! Thanks Laszlo

We spent an extended weekend at Edward's place and loved it! The place is very stylishly furnished, everything fits perfectly together. The vacation home lacks nothing. (From washer + dryer to guest slippers, everything is available) The spa is great for relaxation. We immediately felt at home. Eduard is a great host, he is very friendly and was always available for any questions. A nearby restaurant is a three-minute walk from the house. Thank you for everything and we hope to come back someday!

Very nice House. We had quite bad weather but the house was big enough with books, games, space, music room , etc. so we had much fun anyway

Perfect place for visiting Prague, super clean kitchen and bathroom! Really loved staying here had everything we needed and more! Location was perfect, walking distance to the train line straight into the centre of the city. Highly recommend this apartment.

I came to Prague for the first time, and Iva and Josef made the experience so easy! Iva reached out in advance and was very accommodating as my check-in time changed and I had to extend my stay. They are the most kind and welcoming Airbnb hosts I've ever had! The apartment is in a nice, quiet area with a tram stop and grocery store very close. I felt safe and had everything that I needed at the apartment or within walking distance. It was really nice to have a dishwasher and kitchen, however, the refrigerator was not working at the moment. Highly recommend!!

We loved staying at Jenefer's place. The listing was exactly as pictured and in a perfect location for our trip. The neighbourhood is great and the train station is really close by for easy access to the rest of the city. I also appreciated that there were two separate rooms with a pull out couch in the main space. This allowed us to have private sleeping spaces. Would stay here again on my next visit to Prague.

We visited our daughter while studying in Prague and had 4 great days in a beautiful city. We liked to come back to the apartment every day/ evening and spent the nights watching the series Bridgerton, was great to see via Netflix to "beat" our ears. The fridge was stocked with everything you could have needed for a balcony breakfast - thank you very much for that, even if we did not use it. From the apartment you are actually lightning fast on the Vltava and the tram, across the city, reminded us very much of the past and gave us great joy. Thank you! I would have liked to book the apartment again from June 14-16 - unfortunately it is already booked.

This host was supportive & flexible for us to have nice stay.

The apartment is in a great location in the very center of Prague, we walked everywhere and didn't use our car, which we parked on the street nearby. The apartment is cozy, quiet, cool, which is important in the summer, there is everything you need. We really liked it, we will be happy to come back!

Zdenka was the best host i can imagine. Kind, polite, very communicative and did everything she could to make our stay a great experience. It was first time in Prague for me and my girlfriend and everything was perfect. The place is clean, quiet, nicely designed in an artistic fasion and very comfortable, we felt like at home. Everything was great! Clear instructions and an easy check-in made our arrival smooth and stress-free. The apartment was cozy and matched the description perfectly. The only tiny detail — we couldn't find a kitchen towel 😄 But that didn’t spoil the experience. Thanks for the great stay!

I recently spent a few days at Lucie's place. Felt very comfortable in a lovely and quiet room. Located in a peaceful neighborhood it is close to public transportation, so it is easy to get around Prague. Lucie was very responsive that make my comfortable.

Miro and Marketa Are the Biggest heart welcoming the guests into their hearts and their home. They are the most amazing hosts ever to exist, everything around them shines in bright lights. The place is absolutely stunning and the rooms are from another world. The gardens, the pool, the sports utility and endless possibilities around are mind blowing. breakfast are personally served and arranged by theme and so are dinners with the help of a cook. Sometimes we ate outside and sometimes indoors, depending on the weather, surly is a delight either way. We got a lot of trips tips for traveling around and each one of them was perfect. At first when we arrived it felt somewhat rustic but we very quickly fell in love with everything and had tears in our eyes upon leaving. my 10 yo daughter that almost had no WiFi didn’t care about it anymore but just wanted to be in the game room or in the pool or just wander around the garden. I’m out of words and surly will go back.

Petra's pension is about 35 minutes by car away from the city Prague. The pension is located by a forest, which is very quiet and beautiful. The room and the breakfast was made with love. We had a nice time in Prague and by Petra's pension. They were also friendly and ready to help us when we had problems. It was very nice of Petra that she offered us a cheaper room for a group of five persons, even after I have already booked and paid this romantic room. We are by now still working on the return of the money.

Josef's Pension Dientzenhofer is a charming little find right in the heart of Malá Strana. We had the pleasure of having Josef's daughter and grand-daughter as our hosts when checking in and for the first part of our stay – both of whom were extraordinarily hospitable. The room itself is not recently updated but it is entirely adequate and pleasant. After all, it is the location of the Pension and the hospitality of Josef's daughter and grand-daughter that made the stay so extraordinarily wonderful. We could not have found a better place to stay, so close to places like Kampa and Karlův most! Josef himself is a bit or a character ;) There were questions over what was covered by our booking and payment through Airbnb, so be prepared to document ahead of time that breakfast and all taxes and fees are covered with your booking, if indeed these are indicated as included in the terms of your rental. Other than that small surprise, Josef is fun and is a pleasure to meet and to have as one's host.

Marina helped us until we arrived in Prague and when we got home she welcomed us at the door, she helped us with everything and it was a separate beauty to serve us hot coffee, the house is a wonderful place in a peaceful family environment. We also thank you for the breakfast.
