Richard’s unit was ideal for our two-week stay in Hua Hin. Comfortable furnishings, good shower with hot water. The unit is well-located in the La Habana complex, on the 7th floor with an inside view of the pool. The entire complex was very clean, extensive pool, good fitness room. The location was perfect for us, 5-minute walk to the beach, Cicada and Tamarindo markets. Richard was very quick to reply when we had questions. We will definitely want to stay there when we return to Hua Hin.

Stayed for two weeks and everything was great. Clean, secure and quiet. Handy to everything. Has everything you need and hosts were extremely helpful.

It's a new building on soi 94. Walkable distance to one of the nightlife spots in Huahin. Free covered parking for motorbikes. Relatively quiet at night. The apartment is very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. It has everything you need even for long-term stays. Very quiet AC units. The bed is comfy and you will even have a nice comforter! Sven is an excellent host. One of the best hosts I have ever dealt with during my 13 years on airbnb. Great reliable internet connection. I was getting at least 400/300. In my opinion, well worth the price. Highly recommended.

WOW! This place is perfect. It’s a ground floor condo right in front of the pool that overlooks the ocean. The grounds are immaculate and condo is superbly well maintained. The beach is spotless - no garbage at all, soft sand and very clean water. There is no rip tide or undertow and, as such, is perfect for kids wanting to crash about the waves. At night, it is absolutely silent except for the crashing of the waves. While there are a few local restaurants, I’d recommend having a car to get into town as there is no public transport (at least none that I was aware of). Overall a beautiful stay.

really amazing, next to 2 local markets & a beautiful beach with in 5 minutes walk. nimnual. is very friendly and goes above & beyond to make sure everything is ok. the condo is a lot better than most condos in the area. from the furnishings to the pillows & the bedsheets, a real home away from home. there were also 5 large bottles of water in the fridge which I really appreciated. I would definitely book this condo again. 5 stars all around. very clean pool & nice gym with a drinks vendor machine outside. 711 around 10 minutes walk.

We had an amazing time in Hua Hin staying at this penthouse condo. The views were awesome. There are so many kite surfers to watch. We loved hanging out on the balcony playing cards and feeling the ocean breeze. It is a large 2 bedroom unit with plenty of space to move around or to just kick back and relax. The location is just down the road from the main shopping mall, Market Village. Make sure to get lunch in the lowest level of the mall as their food court has a vast array of options and the cost is very low. The staff at the property are super friendly and helpful. We would definitely return here.

Outstanding location walking distance to Night Market, Market Village and even Bluport. Super clean apartment with all the amenities and a super responsive host. Fast internet, soft bed, great water pressure with access to the gym and swimming pool.

Heike condo is functional, stylish and practical. Heike has put careful planning into making sure her guest feels at home. The bed, pillows and towels are comfortable. You will sleep so well. You don’t need to rush to the shops on arrival as Heike has essentials in the room. Yoga mat for morning stretches Basket for your washing Towels for the pool. If you want comfort stay here. Great stay it had everything required to meet our expectations Would recommend for others to stay at Somphop’s Condo or just at La Casita itself. During our stay we meet other fantastic people from other countries and enjoyed their experiences.

Annie was super helpful host good communication with clear instructions on how to access accommodation as we were arriving late evening. Location is on main rd easy to walk to beach restaurants .. apartment is small and balcony to .. comfortable bed. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Although I decided to go to Hua Hin on a last minute basis, Alex was very accommodating. He managed to get the condo ready for my arrival and provided the necessary assistance required. Would definitely recommend and would rebook if I visit Hua Hin again!! Thanks Alex.

Toujours un plaisir de revenir à « La Casita ». Condo très bien situé, paisible et avec de bonnes infrastructures. La piscine est propre et grande, la salle de sport est bien équipée et il y a assez de places de parking.

From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by everything this property had to offer. The amazing pool was undoubtedly the highlight. It was beautifully maintained, sparkling clean, and incredibly inviting – the perfect spot to cool off and relax under the Thai sun. We spent hours enjoying its refreshing waters and soaking in the tranquil atmosphere. The apartment itself is incredibly comfortable. It was evident that a lot of thought went into the design and furnishing, providing a true home-away-from-home feel.  The location was ideal, not far from the beach, allowing for easy access to the soft sands and gentle waves of Hua Hin. We enjoyed leisurely strolls along the shore and the convenience of being close enough to enjoy the coastal beauty without being right in the hustle and bustle. Final

This is a great little spot easy for everything in Hua HIN, couldn’t believe when arrived Gary had left some drinks snacks and fresh frui, great touch.

This is the third time we've stayed at one of Oyvind's properties. Both of his properties are in the same development and this was the first time we'd stayed at this property. As previously the property was well maintained as were the facilities and amenities. The villa is located in nice quiet chilled out development. There are enough local shops and restaurants located in walking distance If want to stay local Ordering food in is easy using the local apps we never had any issues. Also transport to the main town is easily accessible by local apps or the villa contact. Thanks Oyvind see you next year 🙂

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful property, and I can confidently say it deserves every single one of its 5 stars! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The host was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location of this property is absolutely perfect! It is just a short walk to the beach, making it ideal for families like ours who love spending time by the water. The convenience of being so close to Blue Port Mall was also fantastic – we could easily shop, dine, and explore without worrying about transportation. The house itself was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could ask for. The kitchen had all the essentials, which made preparing meals a breeze, and the cozy living areas were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable, and provided everyone in our family with a restful night's sleep.

This property was amazing! We were 7 guys in hua hin to play golf and the house accommodated us really well. 7 bedrooms, great pool and garden. Staff were extremely friendly and great cooks too! Will def come back!

This is our second stay at Rassamee’s house. It’s in a quiet location away from town but close enough to get there whenever you want. Easy to get grab and bolt and close to shops and good restaurants. We will stay with Rassamee in the future.

Huis lag heerlijk direct aan een rustig strand. Zo vanuit de tuin op het strand. Op het terras/tuin was een klein bubbelbad wat fijn is met kleine kinderen. Huis was voorzien van allerlei kookgerei etc. Wel handig als je zelf wilt koken. Dit ook veel gedaan. Restaurants waren op een paar na allemaal gesloten. Geen seizoen. En dat wat open was gaf niet de Thaise kwaliteit die wij gewend zijn. Als vrouw van het gezin een goeie Thaise kok is zijn we natuurlijk ook verwend. Is wel een bestemming waar het fijn is als je voorzien bent van een auto. De brommer is leuk maar voor bezoek aan restaurants/markten/wat groter plaats voor Makro/Lotus is een auto gewenst. Je hebt ook dan de mogelijkheid om de omgeving wat te gaan verkennen wat de moeite waard is als je buiten de toeristische paden wil gaan. Er is zoveel meer als Bangkok etc. Al met al voor een “falang “ inwoner van Thailand met zijn familie was dit weer een gedeelte van Thailand wat we verkend hebben wat goed kon vanuit dit strandhuis

The house was absolutely gorgeous as was the garden. The complex was safe and peaceful and beautifully landscaped and laid out. Although the house had its own pool we tended to use the main communal pool, it had a better shallow area for the toddler that was with us and it was bigger. The house was well equipped, especially the kitchen and I was able to make proper meals. Tukta, the housekeeper was brilliant at helping us with anything we asked. Also the security guards were so friendly.

nochmals lieben dank für alles. ich hatte wunderbare tage. die gegend ist ruhig, sicher und gut zu fuss erreichbar. einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich gleich vor der haustüre. die wohnung ist klein aber fein und sauber. das internet ist sehr schnell, alles top.

Schönes, einfach ausgestattetes Haus in einer gepflegten Wohnanlage mit grossem Pool. Restaurants am Strand und im Ort sind leicht zu Fuss erreichbar. Phantastischer Strand.
