Susana’s place is beautiful. Very well located in a good section of Santa Marta, close walks/rides to many nearby stores, restaurants, and malls. The backyard is beautiful, and the house is perfect for a group of friends to stay at. Oscar was very accommodating and easy to communicate with and always made himself available to help out with any issue we may have had. Definitely recommend if you’re traveling with a group of friends.

We were very happy at Casa Olivia. Everything is new. The bed is 2 meters wide. The bathroom is superb. The pool is awesome with beautiful sea views and sunset views. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. Young children play on the street in the evening. There is one person who does outdoor cleaning every day. She is very kind. Luis lives next door and is always available. We will definitely be back for another vacation.

Impeccable experience with them

We loved our stay at this beautiful house located in the center of Santa Marta. The location was ideal for walking to the lively area near Parque de los Novios. It was far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful, which allowed us a good night's sleep. The outdoor space is perfect! We look forward to coming back one day!

The house is beautiful, as in the photos, the administrator was very good she helped us with messengers, restaurants, but as for the beach it is far from the house not as proposed in the photos, the commerce is very retired from the house, I recommend the place when it takes its own car, otherwise it becomes a little strenuous to pay for vehicles to go to buy food or when other things are needed, in general everything is super well, I have the house in its very complete interior, comfortable and cozy

So, first of all, Taganga is tiny and the apartment is pretty much in the last row. The whole action happens on the beach, so you have to walk a lot, which doesn't bother me. I even think it's great because I can keep track of my steps, but that doesn't apply to everyone. The terrace is simply awesome. So much space and a great view. The rooms all have AC that is also sensibly installed and does not blow directly onto the bed. Once we had no water in the bathrooms, Goeffrey came around at 10 pm and repaired it with his friends. Then we even got a free meal from his restaurant. On the last day, free drinks in the restaurant, that was ultra sweet! Taganga is really peaceful and safe, I must say. Of course, there is misery, beggars and also drugs on the beach, but everything was always peaceful.

The accommodation is excellent. As shown in the photos and description. Pozos Colordos in a quiet area, perfect for resting, walking on the beach. There is a shopping center nearby where you can find restaurants, pharmacies and a supermarket. Access to the apartment is easy. The building has a nice pool and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommended.

It is like being at home, a very nice and quiet place to rest as a family, it has amenities that make your stay very easy, my son was very happy with the games for children, hot water, beach and pool towels, washing machine, very well equipped kitchen, the pool is relaxing and also serves for those who want to do some exercise since it is of considerable size, we had a lot of fun on the way to the beach since the sector is quiet and the guards and service staff of the building were always very friendly. We just loved it

Nicolas and his wife were amazing host! They always were available is we had any questions. They also were really accommodating when our flight arrived early and let us check in early. They had great recommendations too. The place was so clean and looked exactly like the pictures! So glad we got to stay here!

Spectacular apartment that felt like home from the beginning. Perfect for kids, exploring outside of the bubble of the resort or just laying around the more than comfortable apartment. Exceptional facilities like the Infinity pool, the maintained and guarded beach and even access to the main irotama resort grounds. Would recommend to anybody thinking about going. We will definitely plan to come back!, Katy was nice and very responsive to our requests, very quiet and peaceful (even the shared areas) which is exactly what we were looking for, the personal were extremely nice, the jacuzzi was great and the instructions easy to follow and clear, the kitchen had everything that you could need and more.. there’s the Zazue mall very close which has all the restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores coffee shops hair salon and more..

The apartment's layout is great, it has everything you need to have a pleasant family stay, the finishes are nice and it is well equipped. Every detail is designed to make you feel at home. The location of the condominium is perfect if you are looking for tranquility and to be away from the noise, the pools are excellent and the access to the beach is a plus. On the first floor there are mini markets and about 10 minutes walk there is an Ara and a D1. If you want to go to another area, taxis are available at the condominium exit. Thanks to Cesar and Ligia for being attentive and ensuring that the stay was the best.

I traveled with my family (my husband and 3 children) and we loved it. The apartment is duplex, nice and very comfortable. Excellent location, you can leave the apartment elevator and a few meters away you have the shopping center with absolutely everything you need during your stay: supermarket, pharmacies, variety of restaurants, coffee, hairdresser and spa, boutiques... in short everything at your fingertips. Zazué Square is very beautiful and safe. Andrea responds very quickly and is always willing to collaborate in everything. We would definitely like to come to this beautiful place when we return to Santa Marta

What a great location for the sunset. It was also really nice to have access to the hotel pool. The dryer is hot, so be careful using it. It reduces a lot depending on the material, so be careful. Everything else was good.

The place is very cute. Jorge is a great host. The beaches and the Tayrona park are beautiful. Thanks Jorge for all the advice, it was very useful. We will return to the Colombian Caribbean, without a doubt.

The place was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Loved having the private beach and it always felt safe. The only thing I was disappointed about is the fact that when I asked about early check in I was told there would be an additional fee for that which I thought was very odd, in my experience as a long time Airbnb user I have never been asked to pay more for early check in it’s always done as a courtesy if the unit is available. I still gave the rental a high mark because it deserved it but was very disappointed with this request. Hope host rethinks this in the future.

It's comfortable, clean, the beach is nearby, the pools are great, if you want a beach plan it's perfect, it's a bit far from areas like El Rodadero and the historic center, which makes it a very quiet place.

Laura’s place was just as described. Everything was very clean and well maintained. All the amenities within the complex are easy to book on their website. Pools were great and perfect temperature. Kids areas were really nice. We loved the kiosks by the beach and the convenience of ordering food yo be delivered there. The restaurant Cambiante was amazing, great fresh food and very reasonable prices. We ordered breakfast from them as well (traditional arepas de huevo) which were great. Edinson, the person that manages the property for Laura is very attentive and even brought us the best arepas de huevo on our first day. He was always available to answer questions we had. We’ll definitely return to Laura’s place whenever we decide to come back to Santa Marta.
