On the same level, there is a photography studio, rehearsal room, and painting studio. There are two rooms, a large kitchen, a toilet with a shower, a private terrace. The apartment is located in a very quiet location, right next to the bike path running along the Warta River, and at the same time very close to the Old Town. The perfect place for a weekend tour of Poznań, a business trip, sports competitions or a bicycle tour of the city. The block has only 29 apartments, so you can be sure that you will find peace and a cosy atmosphere. The price includes a parking space in the garage (except for cars with LPG😉)
