Beautiful apartment. We appreciate the clean and convenient accommodations. A lot to offer for the area and very trendy and up to date as far as food and drink. Great decor and soooooo clean! The courtyard is a nice touch especially if you like to dine al fresco at home rather than a restaurant. This did not affect my star rating but the area is sketchy if walking in the wrong direction. For out of town people, this can be a little surprising. The water pressure in the shower was not great. Beautiful shower regardless and we’re clean :) but such an amenity should/could function better. Also, there isn’t much privacy in this place. It’s smaller. Definitely think downtown apartment.

This was such a lovely place to stay, very convenient to lots to do but also very quiet and peaceful. Melissa was so nice. A great stay!!!

The apartment was beautifully decorated and clean. The parking was convenient. We liked how walkable the area was. We were staying for a volleyball tournament at the convention center and the apartment was an easy walk. We would stay again!

I stayed here for a weekend trip with my dog. The location was convenient to the places I went to in the city and it was a nice residential neighborhood to walk the dog in. The storefront style of the place was a little odd but overall, it served our needs! The hosts were clear in their instructions and good with communication.

Diana was very helpful and responsive during the time leading up to our stay. Check-in was extremely easy, our code was provided before arrival and we were able to check in early if necessary! Once we checked in, we were greeted with a very warm, homey and well appointed space!! Welcoming touches like a basket with a variety of snacks, a candy dish, coffee bar, morning treats and filtered water in the fridge, very much appreciated! All accommodations were as described and immaculate!!! There is even a back porch to sit, appreciate quiet moments, morning doves, squirrels and enjoy coffee!! Diana’s home is located in a lovely historic area, with access to almost anything the RVA has to offer within minutes, but nestled in a quiet nook! When you visit, you are staying in close proximity to Diana, but unless you needed assistance of some sort, you wouldn’t know anyone else was there!! Highly recommend!!! Thank you again for all your hospitality!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the James! It had so much character and charm. The property is beautiful. The horses were friendly! Everything was as described and Ellen was responsive. We would definitely stay there again!

Gus and Susie are no longer "just" mine and my daughter's AirBnB hosts...they are lifelong friends. They are super fun, warm and welcoming - Susie and I bonded even before we ever actually met in person!!! Their home is incredibly comfortable and absolutely beautiful. My daughter and I both experienced the best sleep we've had in years!! I could NOT believe how deeply and how long I could sleep here. The beds were 💎💎💎💎 (4-Diamond level) comfortable and the peaceful surroundings somehow just came together to enable incredible sleep. I cannot recommend them and their place enough!!!

My large family had a great stay at the Washington House. The house is on a huge property that’s so peaceful and a short walk to the river. We had plenty of room for all us and the kitchen was perfect even though it looked small on the photos, we cooked all our meals here for 9 people. Would definitely stay again when coming up to visit family.

We booked this Airbnb for a hub whilst 6 of us stayed in Richmond for a wedding. The house is nice and secluded, away from any main roads and had a lovely peaceful atmosphere. Everything was clean, tidy and neat, and all the amenities were great! Fantastic fire pit to relax around, loads of space to park cars and a couple of very friendly cats as well! Highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit Richmond!

Great hostess, very nice home, terrific room with incredible private bath! Lovely area, not far to any kind of shopping and lots of restaurants and entertainment spots....but very quiet room location. Excellent.

Very convenient to the Richmond Convention Center. A good home base for being out and about. The parking add on was a plus. The chat messages were good. You can tell they are automated, but they provided relevant info when needed.

Reagan's place is a great centrally located base of operations if you're visiting downtown Richmond. It's clean quiet and secure. Access to the building and parking are a little tricky but she's provided very detailed instructions that make it easy. Although our stay was brief, Reagan was a lovely host, a pleasure to meet, and very responsive. Highly recommended for RVA visits!

Great place to stay because you're just a few short blocks away from Cary Street, where there are lots of great stores and restaurants. We walked over several times to get coffee and go to a restaurant, and then shopping the next morning. The apartment is not "new" -- it's in one of the many old houses that line the street. But it was fun and had some character. The bed might be a little soft for some people, but I was comfortable.

We had another nice stay at Mark’s place while attending our daughter’s graduation at VCU.

Thank you for a great stay! Beautiful spot downtown convenient to everything. Condo was everything I needed for my weekend.

I had a great long weekend visit being back in Richmond for a reunion. I arrived shortly after a city water crisis ended and she immediately reached out letting me know it had ended and what the city recommended before using the water in the apartment
