Villa holiday rentals in Poussan

Great house! The beach La Roquille is only a few meters through the dunes. We were there in mid-June with five people and had the beach almost to ourselves during the week. The house is tastefully decorated and very clean. The living room and bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The bedrooms are small - but we only used them for sleeping anyway. Otherwise, life takes place on the beach or the terrace. The marquise provides shade for the seating area on the terrace at any time. Cooking outdoors on the plancha is a pleasure. Contact and reception very straightforward. Caroline also asked from time to time if everything was okay. We'd love to come back.

We’ve just returned from a week‘s stay at this beautiful location. Everything is as described and even better than pictured. The house was perfect for us (2 adults and 2 kids) and the kitchen has everything one could need. There is also an electric bbq outside, which we used a couple of times as well. There is a lovely gazebo out by the pool where we ate all of our meals. And the pool itself was definitely the highlight for the kids. It is nice and big and clean and was the perfect temperature. The garden was my personal favorite as it is so big, absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. The location is very quiet and private and since we had a car we never attempted to walk to Pézenas so I’m not sure how long this would take but the drive was about 10 min to the grocery store. Driving to the beach (we went to Sète) took about 40 min. The hosts are lovely and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and quiet vacation in south France.

The stay was excellent, the accommodation is spotless, the neighborhood is very peaceful. Everything was exactly as described. Communication with Morgan was perfect, we were also able to benefit from good recommendations for visits to the surrounding area. It was a great pleasure to stay in this villa.

Clean villa in a peaceful setting! The 2 suites on the ground floor are spacious and comfortable, which is less qualitative on the bedroom and bathroom on the lower level. Note: with small children, be aware that the pool protection curtain is not functional. When one imagines securing a well appointed, safe, comfortable, accommodating and ideally located place to truly relax or explore the delights of the southern Occitanie region from, Marc & Isabelle’s offering should definitely be on their mind. From very effective host communication, solid directions :) & a flexible approach all the way through to supporting us getting settled in, finding places we need as part of getting comfortable etc, we felt supremely well taken care of. The property itself is very well appointed & looks exactly as depicted in the app; it’s an excellent AirBnB for those who want to relax in comfort & privacy with a superb array of mod-cons. Everyone in our group was very impressed. Thoughtful and clever touches abound across the entire modern property & we would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone (family or a group of friends) - it’s a gem are likely going to return to! A perfect stay in a beautiful villa! We were a group of 10 people and everything went very well. The house is spacious, clean, well-equipped and in line with the listing. The environment is quiet and pleasant, ideal for relaxing. Chloé was very responsive and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We recommend this villa with our eyes closed and will be back with pleasure! We will come back without hesitation!

Villa was perfect, with everything we needed. Local shop was unreliable and closed sometimes , so we had to drive to hyper market . Pool was great and hot tub. Bedrooms were comfortable and nicely laid out.

The place is perfect! It is located in the middle of nature with many beautiful walks around. It is perfect for children thanks to the toy boxes available. I would 100% recommend!

The house is supernice, the garden and pool is beautiful and Isabelle and her husband is a delight. The couple are very friendly and answers quickly any questions. It felt like meeting family 😊 We didn’t know that the downstairs of the house would be rented out to others until we got there. It is not very soundproof between the floors. Still it is quite private outside. We traveled two friends with our 6 kids and the house was spacious for all of us. Some felt the mattresses were too hard, but that is a matter of opinion. They even gave us two extra mattresses we could put on the floor to make room for 3 in two of the rooms. The pool area is very nice and was used extensively 😄 There where plenty of towels in the bathrooms to use in the house and by the pool. We were well taken care of. The small town is sweet and have some restaurants and a shop, but it’s good to have a car if you’re going somewhere else. Thank you both for a wonderful stay and we hope to see you again 🤩

We had a perfect stay at the villa in Marseillan. The location was beautifully close to the sea, the local market and bakery. The house itself was wonderful. It looked great and felt great. It was clean and it had all the utilities to have a perfect week together with our group of twelve friends. I highly recommend this accomodation as Laura, the host, was great in communication and supportive when we needed more information.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. It’s a stunning place, very useable and well kitted out and brilliant in the sun.

Great place, the villa is spacious, comfortable, it feels good. Nothing is missing, it is very well equipped, well arranged and with a beautiful decoration. It is possible to park in front of the house. The tram is close by. Communication with Ludovic was fluid! To be redone

I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. We were gathered for a wedding- 14 of us stayed there. It was very hot weather. But the pool was wonderful, excellent air conditioning, comfortable beds. We cooked lots of meals in the well stocked kitchen. We had several questions and the hosts responded very quickly and kindly. I highly recommend this air bnb. It is outstanding!!

For a residential setting it was peaceful day and night. The house was so well equipped for relaxing, reading, cooking, swimming, yoga - we slept so well and had a wonderful 10 days. In a great location to visit other cities from and so close to the beach - we had a car which is essential to get about to see everything from city centre to beach and night life.

This place is paradise. Christophe and Christine could not have been more helpful or kind. This place is definitely the best Airbnb I have stayed in and we were all so sad to leave. It is decorated and maintained to exceptional standards. We all loved it.

We really enjoyed our time in Sete. The house was very clean and well equipped and the location was very peaceful. We chose not to hire a car and managed fine. The house is on a hill, which is great for the views and quiet, but quite steep to walk up. The air con was welcome. We particularly enjoyed using the outside space: terrace, pool, cabana. We could walk to the local shop/restaurant (15 mins) and the beaches with sun loungers for hire were a 20 min walk. Worth knowing the local shop delivers via Ubereats. We took a bus to central Sete and a train to Montpellier for a day trip. We visited Mt Saint Clair and the Forest of the White Stones too. Our group was 3 adults, 3 teenagers and a child. The house was spacious and welcoming. One thing to be aware of is the mezzanine bedroom is only accessible by a tight spiral staircase. Which was ok for us. A truly wonderful and relaxing week. We loved it! Thank you for our stay.

Very good interaction with the owners. Friendly and relaxing hospitality. The rental is very well thought out. The setting is peaceful. Everything is perfect. The petanque court is a well-equipped place. The children really liked the little turtles. I highly recommend this easy-to-use accommodation. Several places to share meals. A 2.65m high motorhome passes just under the carport. And what about the pool. Relaxing place. The lights are solar so autonomous. Bike rides are to be considered because the village is on a small winding road in the woods. Congratulations to the owners for creating a great friendly B&B.

The house was perfect for hosting my sister's EVJF, it was spacious, well-equipped and above all the view with the pool was very pleasant. The host was also very accommodating with arrival and departure times.

We stayed for a week at this great villa for a week. Everything was perfect and even beyond our expectations. The villa, the setting, the amenities, the pool…. A big thank you to our host also who contacted us to organize everything before our arrival, responsive when we have questions or needs. We'll be back very soon, that's for sure.

We had a very nice time as a group! The accommodation is fantastically located - right on the beach, it doesn't get any better. Everything you need was available, and communication with the host was super friendly and uncomplicated. The apartment is a bit outdated, but everything was (relatively) clean and functional – absolutely sufficient for our stay. Perfect for those looking for a relaxing break in a prime location. Thank you – we will be happy to come back!

Accommodation is even better than in the photos! Beautiful ceiling height in the living room, the beds are comfortable (even the bunk beds). The pool is great and the garden furniture is very nice. There were 9 of us and we had a great stay. Only small downside: the fridge had been lowered by the previous guests which made us lose our small ice cream in the freezer😢!

A short but very nice stay at Agnès and her husband who were super available and very welcoming. The accommodation was impeccable and very quiet, perfect for a family vacation to enjoy the pool and the setting of the house. Recommended :)
