It's a Fully Furnished 2 BHK Apartment next to Technopark Phase 3 at Kulathoor, Trivandrum. Well satisfied stay, for family/friends with max 5 members this place is a homely feeling. Any time contactable host. descent price for what they facilitate. Air conditioning is not installed now,but in Upcoming(we visited feb 2024) days host is planning to install many of things like TV, WiFi, Air Conditioner, etc. It seems the people near by home are very enthusiastic in nature, while checking out there were lots of eyes watching like what business is happening here. From town/Junction it is only two turns to drive to home, but the road is very poor condition.

The property and the views from there are beautiful and for us it was a lovely place to get wedding ready. The pool and beautiful surroundings make it a really wonderful place; the breakfast was amazing, too. But what stood out most was the extremely caring and lovely care taker, Vipin. Vipin answered to each and every request, be it a late night hair dryer or very early morning coffee. We could not be happier with his care and responsiveness he made sure my family and I felt right at home and could relax and enjoy the beautiful views. We couldn’t have asked for more, our biggest thanks to him!

We felt right at home at Mr. Benny's place. Mr. Ansaf and Mr. Taariq was really helpful throughout our stay. The villa is thoutfully decorated and nicely maintained. The surroundings are breathtaking, seating in the garden at night watching the waves crash on the shore will definitely be worthwhile experience for anyone staying here. The breakfast with local food items was nice and you can order food through Zomato and Swiggy from multiple restaurants and Cafes in Varkala. Mr. Benny was really helpful and arranged for a cab for our travel. Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable stay in Privasea Villa and highly recommend it to everyone.
