Holiday rentals with lake access in Posio

Juhas Villa is one of the best accommodations i‘ve been to during all my Journeys. It‘s located very beautiful and private near a huge lake. The Villa is spacious and equipped very well. It‘s 30 minutes from Ranua by car away. So it’s a good Place to visit for example the Ranua Wildlife Park. We also Went to Korouoma Canyon from Juhas Villa. It’s easy to get to the Villa by car, Even in Winter when the streets are a Little Snowy. We (5 people) have been there in March with a rentalcar. Juha is so friendly, Helpful and polite! He Went icefishing with us on the lake and offered us warm Drinks and Snacks. The best things of the Villa were the Sauna, the whirlpool and spotting the polarlights out of the livingroom. I can absolutely recommend Juhas Villa and I‘d love to come back, maybe in Summer next time! Everything was Perfect, thank you!

Great stay, close enough to ruka but far enough away to retreat to the peace of the lake.

Tout était parfait, un super accueil, Hannu nous a proposé de tester sa motoneige, il nous a fait une petite visite du lac qui se trouve à 2 min à pied. Très serviable, c’était vraiment agréable de venir ici ☺️ merci !

Woww – eines der wirklich seltenen Juwele hier auf Airbnb! Ein wirklich schickes Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber geputzt. Mit dem eigenem Seezugang, so ganz für sich alleine, das wahre Finnland, ein Traum! Man ist wirklich für sich alleine und hat ins kleine Dörfchen 7-8min zu fahren, aber die Ruhe ist herrlich. Geheizte Garage ist super, ein 4WD ist im Winter bei der relativ steilen Zufahrt sicher empfehlenswert sonst könnte es sein dass man nicht mehr weg kommt. Wir konnten über den gefrorenen See laufen, die Sauna geniessen und Nachts perfekt Nordlichter direkt über dem Haus beobachten. Gute Gründe um wieder zu kommen! Wir waren nur zu zweit, aber das Haus ist auch für 6 Personen wirklich gross genug – Top! Im Ort hats 2 Supermärkte wo man alles findet, ansonsten ist's da aber nicht viel los, war für uns aber genau richtig um zu entspannen. Wir waren schon in relativ vielen Airbnb's und Hotels, die Unterkunft ist bei uns mindestens in den Top 5!

A beautiful villa in a stunning setting. Would love to return one day.

Das Haus ist außergewöhnlich, wunderschön und direkt am See gelegen. Die Einrichtung ist natürlich, modern und mit viel Holz; wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu beachten ist die sehr abgeschiedene Lage; die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Supermarkt) ist ca. 15 Fahrminuten entfernt. Aber mit entsprechender Planung ist auch das kein Problem. Wir haben die ruhige idyllische Lage sehr genossen.

Hieno ja viihtyisä majoituskohde Kuusamossa vaativammallekin majoittujalle. Vuokranantaja oli myös ystävällinen ja huolehti koko majoittumiseen ajan että kaikki on hyvin. Lämmin suositus kaikille ☺️

Lämmin suositus jos kaipaat luonnonrauhaa ja tunnelmallista mökkiä järven rannalla!:) Vietimme kohteessa pidennetyn viikonlopun perheen kanssa ja viihdyimme todella hyvin. Kohteesta löytyi kaikki mitä tarvitsimme ja vaikka saapuessamme oli hieman haasteita juoksevan veden kanssa, Antin kanssa hoitui asiat sujuvasti ja saimme vesiongelma ratkesi hyvin nopeasti. Ehdottomasti tulemme tänne vielä uudestaan!

Je mets 5 étoiles parce que je ne peux pas mettre 6 mais ça les vaut largement ! Notre séjour chez Eija a été exceptionnel, elle est très accueillante et son logement est tout simplement fabuleux. La propreté est irréprochable, tout y est pensé et bien pensé. Eija a le soucis de chaque détail pour rendre le séjour de ses hôtes parfait et c’est réussi. Nous voyageons partout dans le monde et nous avons rarement trouvé un endroit comme celui ci. La vue et l’accès sur le lac sont un atout majeur. Nous aurions aimé rester encore et encore.

Kohde oli siisti ja sisälsi kaiken tarvittavan. Loistava sijainti, läheltä löytyi puuhaa jokaisen mieleen. 😊

Kohde on todella hyvä sijaintinsa puolesta. Jo kuvien ja kuvauksen perusteella viihtyisä ja hyvä asunto. Kun saavuin paikalle, se oli jopa parempi. Sisältää kaiken mitä voi kuvitella tarvitsevansa. Vuokraan ensi kerrallakin jos on vapaana. Kiitos Samulille, vastasit nopeasti ja selkeästi viesteihin. Loma tuntui todellakin lomalta tässä asunnossa.

We loved the place, near Ruka skiing place and near Kuusamo also. You can find everything you need for the stay. We come in low season so almost everywhere is closed, but thanks to the place we have so many spices to cook. Good value 👍🏻

A perfect stay for a few nights in Andrés apartment. Very cozy apartment with all the necessities, including sauna. André and Anna were very quick to reply and very polite hosts. Would recommend this place to anyone seeking a relaxed stay in the heart of Kuusamo.

Oikein mukavalla paikalla. Hiihtoladulle 20m ja rinteisiinkin pystyi hyvin kävelemään monot jalassa. Suosittelen viihtyisä mökki hyvillä varusteilla. Ramin kanssa tehokasta ja sujuvaa kommunikointia. Suosittelen.

Es war ein Traum! Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen. Ideal für Skifahrer, aber auch zum wandern und erkunden lädt es ein. Mit dem Kamin im Wohnzimmer bekommt man eine wundervolle Atmosphäre! Die Kommunikation lief perfekt und man kann Vorort schöne Touren buchen

Mökki vastasi täydellisesti tarpeitamme ja oli sijainniltaan todella hyvä. Teerenkieppi oli hyvä kotipesä perheemme loman aktiviteeteille. Iso kiitos majoittajalle!

The house is amazing and had everything we needed to feel at home. Very cozy and clean, beautiful location and very quite in the middle of nature, close to beautiful national parks and loads to do. We had such a nice stay and highly recommend the place. And Francine is a great host who helped a lot with many nice recommendations.

Majoitus oli juuri sitä mitä luvattiin. Todella rauhallinen ja kaunis paikka, hyvällä sijainnilla pois hälinästä mutta silti lähellä kylää. Teemu vastasi nopeaa viesteihin ja oli ystävällinen. Mökistä löyty kaikki tarpeellinen ja ulkosaunassa sai hyvät löylyt. Tullaan uudestaanki😊

Kaunis pieni mökki aivan järven rannalla. Hyvä sauna, josta pääsisi kesällä uimaan omaan rantaan, nyt järvi oli vielä jäässä. Lähellä Pienen Karhun kierroksen lähtöpaikka.

Mökki oli super mukava ja ihanalla paikalla omassa rauhassa. Majoittaja myös vastasi todella nopeasti tiedusteluihin. Suosittelen ja majoitun mielelläni uudelleen! :)

We had an amazing time in this cozy and well-equipped cabin. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. They were always available and helped us with every question we had, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. The cabin offers a great selection of sports equipment, including snowshoes and sleds—perfect for outdoor adventures. The breathtaking nature surrounding the cabin made our stay even more special. We especially loved the stunning view of the frozen lake and the beautiful snow-covered forests, which created a magical winter wonderland. The neighbors were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, adding to the warm atmosphere. This place is safe, family-friendly, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We truly felt comfortable and would love to come back!
