We have just had a wonderful long weekend at Mulberry View and our hearts are full! This is a beautiful property right on the beach. We spent a lot of time outside and to be able to swim in the sea each morning was just wonderful. The house is pristine, we ate in as we were a largish group and the kitchen is extremely well equipped and a great social space. Comfy beds, and a luxe feel to everything. Philip is a great host, very responsive. The teenage girls in the party popped round to the local arcade on a couple of evenings which they found great fun. A great stay.

Feels like a proper holiday staying here with the beach right on the doorstep and the sun trap garden. Lovely little home, comfortable and with all the essentials as well as a fab location.

We stayed here 4 nights. Altho the temperatures outside we quite high it remained really nice and cool inside, which we liked a lot. The garden is really cozy and provides both sun and shadow which makes it a pleasant place to relax. Everything was as described and the flowers and milk provided were welcoming extras. The only criticism we have is that the countertop felt a bit sticky and that the cupboards are quite cluttered and we had to search sometimes to find what we needed. Overal we would definitely recommend staying here.

Would highly recommend this unit. Walking distance to all the main attractions and restaurants. Grocery stores are a few minutes away.

Really lovely little house right in the centre of Brighton. Very clean and had everything we needed to make our trip lovely. Host was super helpful and provided us with all details before we had to ask. Really great time.

We had a blissful time at the granary and would definitely recommend this place to others. It’s a beautiful building but the grounds of Coes Farm and the added bonus of having a pool (which if you are lucky is essentially a private pool all to yourself as it was always empty when we went in) make it an amazing place to unwind and rest. The property had everything we needed, including some little ducks who came to the back door to welcome us! We would also recommend a trip to Canterbury while you are here, it is a beautiful place to visit.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at your gorgeous cottage. It was the perfect venue and location for time away with friends. The cottage is beautifully furnished and has everything you need for a relaxing break. The extra touches, like milk in the fridge, tea, coffee and toiletries, are very thoughtful. We recommend this cottage for anyone looking to visit the area and we would be very happy to stay again.

The 'nest' was an idyllic getaway for us and our young dog, with plenty of walks from the doorstep and just a short drive to the seaside. Nestled in a beautifully quiet part of the world filled only with the sounds of nature. We loved our time there and would highly recommend a stay with C&C.

Had a lovely stay at Pine tree Woodland retreat. It is in a wonderful setting down a very quiet lane , we did miss the house when we arrived, as our sat nav told us the property was on the left but it was on the right, but with the very good instructions from Paul and Louise we soon found it. We were warmly greeted by Louise and her lovely dogs. It has been beautifully decorated and furnished, with everything you would need. The photos don't do it justice. We had a very peaceful sleep. The garden is amazing , my 8 year old granddaughter had a lovely time on the swing , trampoline , hammock and then we were fortunate enough to have a swim in the heated pool . Would highly recommend staying at this property, we only stayed one night, but wished we had stayed longer. Thank you very much Paul and Louise.

The barn was beautiful, we had such a lovely stay. The decor was stunning and there was lots of special touches that made our stay more comfortable. Michelle was very good at communicating with us and the main owner of the barn met us on out first day and gave us lots of useful information regarding the barn the sites and walks around the area. We would definitely love to come back in the future.

We loved the lodge and this was the 2nd time we had come back. The windows were filthy, and there was cobwebs inside and out and just wasn’t very clean. We came back as the first time we thought it was beautiful. The skirting boards and bathrooms were grubby. Apart from it being dirty, for the amount charged, would have thought it would have been as nice as the first time we came.

Safe to say was an amazing stay and couldnt have picked a better place to stay. Great cottage and to have a swimming pool as well topped it all off. Would highly recommend to anybody.

We had such a lovely stay at Shepherds View. Such a beautifully decorated cottage, spotlessly clean and tidy and with super comfy beds which allowed for a great nights sleep. Sarah is a fantastic host, always responded really quickly and gave accurate and great instructions. It’s close to Hailsham and Polegate and local shops, we had a lovely day out in Bexhill-On-Sea which would highly recommend but the jammy dodgers were the icing on the cake. Exceeded expectations. I was expecting a small place but it was not! Very comfortable and some nice treats on arrival that were most appreicated. Its a quiet suburban area, a good base for exploring Arundel etc.

We had a great time staying in Tracey’s Barn. The view from porch is wonderful, overlooking a large field with the river beyond. My daughter loved seeing the horses gracing and in the evenings and mornings the field is teeming with rabbits hopping about. The barn is cozy and comfortable and has everything you need to cook a simple meal. A great little place to just relax. We’ll definitely be staying again.

The apartment was cosy, comfortable and stylish. The location was perfect; easy walking distance to everything Brighton has to offer. Thankyou for letting us stay

We loved the views from the windows the nature reserve and the sea , we hardly watched any television in the evening and I always read a book or two in the evenings when away but not even half way in one . So easy to get to town and the other direction Brighton , plenty of places to eat in or take away .we spent a lot of time walking along wide water and on the beach. We hope to go again soon .

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom flat in Worthing! The location couldn’t have been better — just a 2-minute walk to the beach and surrounded by lovely restaurants, cafes, and plenty of things to do in the area. The flat itself was amazing: stylishly furnished, spotlessly clean, and incredibly well thought-out. Every room had its own charm, with tasteful decor and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that a lot of care and attention had gone into making this a welcoming and functional space — everything worked perfectly and felt just like home. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Worthing. We’d definitely come back!

Really nice place to stay and beautifully presented. No problems finding it with the clear instructions given. Asked for out of hours check in which was duly accepted without any problem. The contact was great. No issues with finding or getting in to the point my wife thought I stayed there previously as it was so easy to follow. Would definitely recommend.

lovely self contained studio apartment, with parking. Photos don't really do it justice - far more spacious than we were expecting. Very comfortable and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Leighann was very responsive and thoughtful and the extras- bread, butter, jam, milk, tea coffee and sugar we're very welcome. It was the perfect base for us whilst visiting family and we will definitely like to stay again. when we are next down.
