A mountain villa built more than 100 years ago , implanted on an imposing rock with a unique surroundings and a breathtaking view over the sea the city , Cascais and the mountain where it is inserted . The house was recently refurbished and enlarged with a modern and design construction enjoying the view and surroundings . You can see it from the top of the Serra de Sintra, to Guincho to Cabo Espichel. A stone's throw from the pedestrian paths of the Serra de Sintra and its monuments and next to good restaurants , cafes with good atmosphere , the small village has a supermarket and pharmacy for your tranquility. Guests have at their disposal a house with 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen, totally private and access to a large garden with an infinite pool where they can enjoy the wonderful view. I live on the property and am available to share stories and information about the region. I love cycling and know the Serra like the back of my hand. I can share the secrets of the mountains and advise the best restaurants in the region. Malveira da Serra, picturesque village next to Cascais and Lisbon (20 min), with hiking trails in Serra de Sintra and its monuments. Guincho Beach and its wild dunes with their unique beauty are a paradise for surfing/kite-surfing/windsurfing. I advise you to use your own car.

Welcome to my home in Lisbon: a very spacious, sun-drenched, 2- bedroom, 2- bathroom, 2-balconies apartment close to the beach, in a quiet neighborhood with all the amenities nearby. A short train ride or drive to the center of the city. Unlike many short-term rentals in Lisbon, this apartment is an actual home for me part of the year; I hope that will make for a much more memorable and authentic stay for you, while this also means you should expect to find personal items throughout the space.

Although simple compared to other places I've stayed, the house is cozy and the room well equipped (strong fan, minibar, fast internet). Alice and her family were very kind, and for those who like pets, there is a friendly and playful puppy and a very beautiful kitten in the house. The neighborhood is quiet, and there is a bus stop a few meters from the building and a subway station (blue line, which goes directly to the historic center of Lisbon) about a 5-minute walk away.

Eula was a fantastic host—very responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond. The house and room were spotless, and the balcony with a sitting area was a great bonus. Just note the stairs could be tricky with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Otherwise, the location is super convenient—close to the subway, shops, and restaurants.

The stay was spectacular, the entire organization, cleanliness and care was impeccable. The location is super quiet and beautiful, with access to the expressways and had everything you needed nearby if you didn't want to drive a lot, in addition to having a place to park that was easy compared to the rest of the city. Now about our host, Francisca. She is sensational, she helped us a lot with important tips and information, she was able to understand well the moments we needed privacy and when we needed help. We had great conversations. My only regret is not staying longer. We are very grateful for the time we spent.

Feels like coming home to family. Pedro and Gustavo were incredibly sweet, kind and helpful. I was traveling alone, first time in Lisbon and they were really welcoming, made me feel safe, and taken care of. They helped me with all my questions, finding a good breakfast spot and places to go for the things I needed. The room and bathroom were very clean, with towels, robe, water. The room is private, the rest of the space is shared with them in their apartment. The parking lot is outside of the suite. Pedro and Gustavo are super sweet and kind and I felt really welcomed. Would recommend staying and would stay again. Thank you so much 💛
