We were very well received. The house provides a wonderful view and contact with nature. Good internet for work, a few minutes' drive from the historic center. Great getaway

We loved the stay, super-equipped and cozy house; We didn't have much contact with the hosts, but in the little contact we did have, they were very cordial. We suffered a little on the first night, due to the smell of the rooms, I believe because they were closed and the weather was rainy, especially room 01, but nothing that a full day of airing out wouldn't solve, this didn't hinder our stay. Beautiful place!!! Great house!! We love it and recommend it!

The house is still great, we go to Penedo every year for my nephew's birthday and Geraldo's houses are always our option, they are beautiful, comfortable, have everything we need, accept the 4-legged family member and are close to the center, you can leave the car and do everything on foot.

Fernando's house is wonderful and very tasteful. It has all the necessary amenities and is very well equipped, even with a shelf full of great books. The gardens are very well maintained and pleasant. The house is very close to the beach, surrounded by lush nature. In the period we went, in early June, Itamambuca is a very quiet beach, ideal for a relaxing stay. Fernando was very attentive and gave us good tips.

Beautiful place. Stayed with my family and had a lot of fun. When the beach was getting too cold for us, we could always come back and enjoy the pool. We also hired Graça for cleaning and cooking. Totally recommend.

I would like to recommend the house as it has good structure, easy cleaning. The space holds well the number of people and the outside area is wide and with a beautiful view.a pis ina is excellent, with the area of the barbecue very close by.

The apartment in Itamambuca is simply fantastic and I can recommend it with all my heart. The garden is very nice and there are many birds and also other animals such as opposition, etc. The way to the beach is very close and the equipment of the apartment is brilliant. I'm sure I'll be back.

Júlia is super welcoming and responds very quickly when you need some help or referral. The place is amazing, the view, spectacular. The pool, sauna, gardens… all amazing! It's well worth a weekend or all week. Vale also hire the breakfast service she indicates and the cleaning service with Eliane, who is a sweetheart! We will soon go again :)

Izabel's house is cozy, welcoming and love in every detail! A beautiful house with everything we need for a perfect weekend! We get a rainy Saturday, but the feeling of seeing the rain falling outside by the windowpanes is one of peace and freedom... Everything is perfect, the garden is impeccable, the home of unparalleled taste, the thermal sheets make you feel warm even with a cold of 10 degrees rsss! The location of the house is great, right at the entrance of the Alcantilado with a very short road route of ground (which was in good condition).. It was days of peace, and happiness! Izabel is too kind and loving! We will definitely return more often!

Sensational. It met our expectations. Casa Linda, hot, comfortable. The rooms are close by, but are very isolated from the mess of the common area. A fully integrated house in every way. Marcelo is very helpful, responded to messages quickly.

All right. There was a small mishap that was resolved with agility and professionalism. Excellent location.

Chalé with new facilities, and a well-kept outdoor area. My scores are to leave the perfect stay, we really like the days we spend on the property, we intend to return and it will be more than excellent if the points below are considered. We missed microwaves because we had two babies, we resolved by heating in a water bath. We indicate more fans to Ricardo, as one of the available fans is very weak and if one part of the group is in one room and another in the dining area with the rooms occupied, someone is in the heat. It happened to us because the children took a nap and at this time the rooms were busy and we could not use the home office and other place without passing heat and dealing with the mosquitoes.

Great location, sauna is amazing after a little swim on the private beach. Both kitchen are fully equipped for anything you might need. We will gladly come back. (The barbecue is super cool and handy)

Carminha is a super nice, communicative person, she gave us all the necessary information. The house was clean and offered everything we needed: kitchen equipment, clean and warm bed linen, bath towels, TV, wifi and even gave us lemons from the yard. The house is close to the shops, but as it is on the upper part of the land and surrounded by trees, the noise of the street does not reach it, only the sound of the river and the birds singing. It was a good experience

It was all very incredible! The reception of Suellen and her husband Osias is surreal! All the support for EVERYTHING! It makes all the difference in the experience! apart from the place, the view, the sunset, the sunrise! there's nothing to complain about! and the noise they said in the comments, it didn't bother me at all! it was perfect and I will return more often

What an amazing place! I was simply enchanted by the cottage, super cozy, beautiful and full of details that make the difference. It was super clean, well cared for and the decoration is a delight, it makes you want to live there! The surrounding nature is a spectacle in itself, bringing surreal peace. The super considerate and sweet host. The vibe of the place is wonderful, perfect for relaxing, disconnecting from the world and enjoying every moment.

We had a wonderful stay at this magical place. It’s basic and an escape from modern life - don’t expect modern luxuries but it’s perfectly comfortable and we loved being there. We were lucky enough to see turtles, monkeys and a wide array of birds while there and the views of the ocean and surrounding islands are stunning. Claudia (the housekeeper) is helpful and a good cook, and we made the easy journey to Paraty one night for dinner with thanks to the boat service available. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with the information provided.

We had the pleasure of spending wonderful days at the São João da Colina Site, a simply magnificent place! The atmosphere is extremely clean, cozy and quiet, with a lush view that enchanted us every moment. The service of Isaias and Dani was exceptional, both are super attentive and hospitable, making our stay even more special. O Senhor João e Dona Gonçalina are people of good soul, who welcomed us with great affection. Wake up in this paradise, with the singing of birds and the mugging of the cow, it was like hearing a stunning symphony! The access road is easy to reach, which makes it even easier to visit. Without a doubt, it was one of the best experiences we have ever experienced. We recommend with your eyes closed to all who seek a haven of peace and natural beauty!
