House holiday rentals in Porto Judeu

Warm welcome and great host. For our son's birthday, we even got a homemade birthday cake. The complex is very nicely laid out, at the foot of the "rainforest" similar forest overlooking the sea. The pool captivates with its red design, something we've never seen before. We liked the house "Maison du Pomar" very much. We didn't miss anything. Guillaume is always available to answer any questions. Due to Covid, the facility was not full and the delicious breakfast was brought to the house every morning, as you could not have breakfast in the small common room (distance rules). The highlight of the children was the fishing net, which is stretched above the living room and invites you to chill out.

We have stayed in many places in the Acores and this place did not disappoint. Maria and her husband were kind and gracious. The home is in walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, café shop, and an atm. Very convenient. The home is fully equip and the beds were very comfortable. We highly recommend this place and will stay there again. Thank you for all your help Maria.

Oh my goodness this was the most magical stay. From the second we arrived we immediately felt at home. He provided so many great recommendations. I just hope someone I know visits Terceira soon so we can make them stay here! The place had everything we needed, was clean & so so much more!!! Would give this 100000 stars! Please stay here!

This place was absolutely amazing and Henrique and Theresa were fabulous hosts. We took them up on their offer to make us a traditional dinner and would highly recommend it if you can. It was one of the best experiences of our entire vacation just hanging out with them chatting over wine, wonderful food and an amazing dessert made by Theresa! Henrique had tons of great restaurants recommendations all over the island and we even shared a drink at the local Vista Terrace/Grill one night with them (would highly recommend that place also) The space is beautiful! We enjoyed breakfast on the deck every morning and looked forward to coming back and having wine and looking at the stars each night. It was a relaxing and perfect space for a getaway from the world! I couldn't recommend this spot highly enough and can't wait to go back.

Amazing garden with an ocean view! This is very comfortable, fully equipped apartment, we felt like at home here. There was a nice welcome basket with local food waiting for us, which was nice after our journey from the south of the island. Fully recommended 😎

Hugo's apartment was truly exceptional – one of the best I've ever stayed in! The place was beautifully furnished, fully equipped, and offered everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The sauna and pool were spotless and made for a truly relaxing experience. What made this stay even more special was the warmth and kindness of Hugo's parents. They were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. Their hospitality truly elevated the experience. If you're looking for a perfect getaway with top-notch amenities and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to be. I would highly recommend it to anyone and would love to return in the future!

We booked the house from Walter for a week for 10 persons, 6 adults and 4 children. Unfortunately me and my wife could’t go, but our daughters with their families went. They had a lovely time in the house. They said that Walter was a great host and the house was big en really nice. The kids loved the swimming pool, the football field and the play area.

Silvia is very friendly and attentive, always quick to respond and helped us with everything we needed, I highly recommend it. The house is small but very nice, with everything you need for a vacation, and everything is new!

Sabrina was an amazing host! She was very responsive and so kind. I had an amazing stay. The house is so cute and very clean. It’s near the airport so if you arrive on a late flight the perfect location, it’s also in the middle of the village. Cannot wait to be back :)

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect location on the island. A nice walk to the Porto Judeu shore path. Antonio was helpful in answering questions and responsive to the couple of things that came up (when we ran out of gas). The porch is lovely to watch the water and sunset hitting the Ilhéus das Cabras. Note on finding it: GPS will take you to wrong place - follow the hosts written instructions. Or use GPS to get to Porto Judeu and THEN enter the address otherwise it takes you to the neighboring town that has the same street.

Check in was super easy, he even left some snacks for me since I arrived late! The Airbnb was in a great base location for me to explore the island and I loved waking up to the view. This was perfect for a solo traveler!

The hosts were the sweetest and kindest couple you could ever hope to be welcomed by. They were incredibly understanding, patient, and flexible when my arrival was delayed, and they made sure I had everything I needed, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The house is a beautiful, quintessentially Portuguese home, which I truly appreciated. Although I was the only guest, the space could easily accommodate a family. The house was clean, organized, well-equipped, and easy to find. One small note: take extra care with the driveway — it’s a bit steep and requires full attention when exiting onto the road. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this listing for your time on Terçeira.

What a spot! The best views of the islets and the Atlantic, plus cows! This little cottage has everything you need to pull together a dinner “at home,” and a good grocery store maybe 10 minutes away. Off-street parking. Easy access to all of the island and Angra do Heroismo. We especially appreciated that Idalina took to heart a pre-check-in concern of mine (a lighting issue) and took steps to address it. If you book this cottage, and you should, take a look at the storage area just off the kitchen. It’s was once a wood fired oven, and the long-handled wooden tools we now call baker’s peels, are marked by long use and still hanging on the wall. Thanks, Idalina, for offering a truly Terceiran experience!

This is an adorable cottage in Biscoitos. You will get an authentic feel for the culture of the area. You can drive 1-2 miles to the port for great food and ocean swimming. Also, close by is an awesome bakery, wine museum and grocery store. Hugo and his family are wonderful. We had the time of our lives!

I loved the space. Very beautiful, spacious, very well decorated which makes the environment extremely pleasant. Plenty of outdoor space with grass and space to park cars. A quiet and very beautiful area near Lages. I highly recommend it and will certainly return if I return to the island.

Charming house in a beautiful setting! The natural pools are within walking distance, it's very pleasant!

The accommodation is modest but well equipped, the location is perfect on the island, swimming point nearby and nice view.

José Lucio's place is perfect, everything is spotless and as described. The bedding is impeccable and the house is very clean in a very quiet environment, all in a private and green garden with private parking. Adorable home with a great location right across from the ocean and a very short walk to swimming/bathing area. Quiet neighborhood, felt very private even with neighbors close by. It was a great fit for our family of 5. Short drive to coffee/pastry shop that has the most delicious breakfast pastries! Highly recommend this home!

My family had the pleasure of staying at Maria's home in July for 3 nights. Maria was very responsive with all the questions I had before arriving and made excellent recommendations of places to eat and things to do. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. There was 10 of us and we all fit around the island. There are plenty of bathrooms and lots of room to spread out. A full size washer and dryer was also a bonus. There is no a/c but there was a fan in every bedroom which was much appreciated. The house was beautiful and the views were amazing. It is a little off the beaten path. I would highly recommend renting a car. We rented one when we arrived. It's about a 5-10 minute drive to the beach and grocery store. Maria was kind enough to leave us some fresh fruit and a bottle of wine upon arrival. I would highly recommend staying here if you're planning a relaxing trip to Terceira.

We really enjoyed our stay in this accomodation, The house was close to the city, but still in a quiet neigborhood. The house itself was really beautiful and the driveway + gate were great to have with our rental car. André was really communicative and proactive in giving tips about what we could see and do on Terceira. If we come back to this Island, we would definitely look for André's accomodation again!
