The view of the sea is beautiful. Anna was always attentive and Marino was also very attentive.

Luca is a great host, he is easy to reach and always helpful and approachable. The apartment is in a great location, clean and lovingly decorated. The highlight is of course the roof terrace 😊 We had a perfect week there.

Tomasso was very helpful before as well as during our stay. He gave us multiple recommendations of where to go as well as of some potential restaurants to try out. The apartment was located in a great area, with restaurants and historical sights all within walkable distance. The beach was easily accessible by bus which was only a few minutes away. The host always felt approachable and friendly, but never to the point where it would be overbearing. Our stay was overall amazing and if we're ever back in Cagliari, we'd choose this place again for our stay.

Fiorenza est une superbe hôte, gentille, réactive, de bon conseil pour aller voir les plus beaux endroits de Cagliari , elle nous a fortement aidé dans c'est recommandations pendant notre petit séjour, et à étais au petit soin avec moi et mes amis, je recommande vivement cette appartement qui est chaleureux et propre et où sa localisation est très pratique autant à pied que en voiture, merci Fiorenza pour tous nous reviendrons pour sûr , et dommage que nous ne puissions pas mettre 6 étoiles

Hôtes réactifs , courtois , aucun soucis de communication L appartement était d une propreté impeccable ! Il y avait tous les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires , de bonnes qualité ; ainsi que lave vaisselle , machine à laver , clim dans toutes les pièces , salle de bain spacieuse .. le nécessaire pour la plage ; l endroit est dans un complexe , très calme et sécurisé à quelques km des premières plages Par contre , l appartement étant en rez de jardin , il est sombre dans la chambre parental , sdb et cuisine ; la literie un peu dur mais ce n est que mon goût Le jardin avec barbecue , table et chaises est un plus que nous avons apprécié Nous recommandons cette adresse pour un séjour dans le sud près des plages.

Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni indimenticabile in questo splendido appartamento con vista mare! Fin dal primo momento siamo stati colpiti dalla luminosità e dalla pulizia degli ambienti. L’arredamento è curato nei dettagli e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi a casa anche in vacanza. Il punto forte è sicuramente la terrazza dove facevamo colazione,pranzo e cena con una vista mozzafiato. Un’esperienza davvero magica! I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili dall’inizio alla fine della nostra vacanza. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca una vacanza rigenerante. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare! The place is really cozy, with good taste and a few minutes by car to Assemini' s downtown, where I found supermarkets, pizzarias and basic amenities! From there, it's possible also to get fast connection by train to Gagliari. I felt that Paolo takes care of the place in all its details and was flexible to do the check in. I also felt that the neighborhood is a safe area.

Wir (Eltern und ein Jahr altes Baby) waren eine Woche zu Gast und fanden es einfach perfekt! Wir haben gegrillt und an den windigen Tagen mit dem Baby im Pool gebadet. Wir haben ein Auto gemietet und damit ist man bald an den wunderschönen Stränden der Umgebung und natürlich nahversorgern. Das Haus schaut so aus, wie auf den Bildern und Gabriele hat dazu liebevoll alles für unser Baby vorbereitet( Kinderstuhl mit Befestigungsmittel, Spielzeug, Babywasser, im Garten Luftmatratze,Schaukel und Rutsche)! Er hat sich jeden Tag erkundigt, ob wir was brauchen. Auch hat er uns gute Tipps für Restaurants und Unternehmungen gegeben. Check in und out waren flexibel ( vielen lieben Dank) und unkompliziert. Einfach perfekt !!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property—perfect for families! Francesco was incredibly helpful and responsive from start to finish, making everything smooth and stress-free. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and very family-friendly, with thoughtful touches throughout. But the true highlight was the pool—absolutely beautiful and the center of our experience. Our kids loved every moment spent there! The location was also ideal, with quick and easy access to the grocery store, the charming town of Pula, and the historic site of Nora. Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient Sardinian getaway!

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour ! La proximité avec la plage est un grand avantage avec deux enfants ! Pas besoin d’utiliser les toilettes publiques, nous pouvions retourner à la maison en 2 minutes ! L’emplacement est génial, la plage est littéralement l’autre côté de la rue! Gut ausgestattet Unterkunft wie im Inserat beschrieben. Gegessen haben wir draußen auf der sonnengeschützten Terasse. Zu den traumhaften Chia Stränden sind es mit dem Auto knappe 15 Minuten. Kleine Klapp Strandstühle und ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand stehen in der Unterkunft zur Verfügung. Die römischen Nora Ausgrabungen sind sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage der Ausgrabung auf der Halbinsel ist wunderschön. Die Unterkunft können wir ohne wenn und aber weiterempfehlen. Danke an Antonella und Francesco für eure gute und schnelle Reaktion auf unsere Fragen.

I was able to stay at Carla's apartment twice during a 6 week work trip. This place is perfect for a work trip! I was especially struck by how good the internet set up is here for working from home after a week trip out of town with very poor internet access. If you're coming to Cagliari for work or will need to work, this is a great space for that. In addition, the space is also very modern and has all that you would need for cooking and dining at home. The location is at the edge of a private residential area but within 1-2 minutes you're on the main shopping street with plenty to do! There is also the terrace, which is lovely. Carla is also very sweet, responsive, and communicative. She kept me updated about things in the apartment and always asked if/when she could stop by if there was an issue.

Appartamento spazioso, pulitissimo, a pochi passi dal centro ed esattamente come vedete nelle foto. Cucina abbastanza fornita, mancano forse alcune padelle e suggerirei di lasciare dei condimenti (olio e spezie) Fornito di molti asciugamani, anche per la spiaggia. Il letto a castello lo consiglierei più per due bambini, che adulti, soprattutto perchè c'è poco spazio dove mettere i piedi quando si scende dalle scalette. Ci ha accolti la signora Maria, gentilissima e super disponibile. Anche Stefania, seppur lontana durante il nostro soggiorno, è stata sempre presente e tempestiva nei messaggi. Data la settimana molto calda, abbiamo sofferto senza aria condizionata, ma è in programma di installarla per l'anno prossimo e quello sarà un grande plus. Riassumendo: molto consigliato.

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und die Ausstattung ist neu. Toller Aussengrill! Man braucht bei der Lage zwar ein Auto, hat dafür aber einen schönen Ausblick. Strände von Chia 10 min. mit dem Auto, Supermärkte in Pula ebenfalls ca. 10 min. Unten an der Hauptstraße geht es direkt gegenüber durch eine Ferienanlage zu einem schönen Strand ( kleiner Parkplatz nach ca. 400 m rechts). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Stefano ist der perfekte Gastgeber! Immer erreichbar, kompetent und sehr hilfsbereit. Ein späterer check-out war möglich, dafür nochmal unseren Dank!!

Fantastisk lägenhet med allt man behöver och bekvämt gångavstånd till buss och restauranger. Daniela är en otroligt bra värd som alltid svarade snabbt på alla meddelanden och gav väldigt tydliga svar på allt vi undrade. Rekommenderar denna lägenhet starkt och kan tänka mig att bo här igen om jag kommer tillbaka!

appartamento comodo e con ampi spazi sito in posizione tranquilla per quanto riguarda il paesino ma in posizione strategica per visitare spiagge e paesini, abbiamo molto apprezzato le indicazioni turistiche che prontamente Corrado ci ha fornito (spiagge ristoranti siti) bellissima vacanza posti stupendi . Vi hade några fina dagar i Poetto. Boendet var rent och fint och nära stranden. Silvia är en fantastisk värd. Hon var mycket hjälpsam. Hon svarade snabbt på frågor. Hon gav tydliga instruktioner för lägenheten och bra information om området. Rekommenderar detta boende.

Wir waren vier Tage bei Anto&Gio zu Gast und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und bekamen Empfehlungen für Ausflugsziele, Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch sonst waren die Gastgeber immer erreichbar für uns. Frisches Obst, Wasser, Wein, Bier und Eiswürfel standen für uns bereit. Die Wohnung ist sauber, groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sogar mit Blumen aus dem eigenen Garten wurde dekoriert. Die Terrasse mit dem Panoramablick ist sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts super schön. Wir hatten ein Auto (Privatparkplatz vorhanden) und Fahrräder dabei und konnten so die Umgebung erkunden. Vielen Dank für alles!
