Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a family of 4. The bedroom has a king bed and the living area has a full size futon. Families are welcome to enjoy the nice yard with gas fire pit, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

Come enjoy a quick or long stay at our travel themed basement studio apartment. We’re located in a safe quiet neighborhood close to Idaho State University, hospital, and with easy access to interstate. The studio has a separate entrance and is easy to come and go and has tons of natural light. There is a queen bed and also a twin sized pull-out sofa bed for an extra quest if needed. We have had fun completely renovating this unit into an inviting, beautifully decorated spacious studio. You will want to cozy up onto one of 2 super comfortable queen beds outfitted with alternative down comforters and 1500 count sheets. The kitchen is fully equipped. The high speed internet is connected to a smart TV that pulls out from the wall so you can angle it just right for your viewing. A walk in shower, and washer and dryer are just a few amenities offered for your stay.

Kick back and relax in this calm, rustic home. It’s romantic design is perfect for any special getaway. The land is on the top of a hill, and backed up against BLM land. You have the best view of the city, and trails for walking or biking right out the front door. There is an office space for remote work, and a theatre room in the basement. We are 3 minutes from the free way and 2 from the hospital. Lava Hot Springs: 25 min away, Skiing: 15 min away, Yellowstone: 2.5 hours away.

We had a great stay here! The apartment was lovely and beautifully decorated. We had everything that we needed! There is a paved walking trail very close to the apartment that my family and I walked nearly every day, which was so nice! I would absolutely stay here again.

Great location with easy access to the interstate. Perfect for someone on a road trip! Place is cute and functional. Bed was very comfortable. Especially loved having options for coffee in the morning and fridge/freezer to store the items out of my cooler. Didn't use the washer/dryer but I'm sure they'd come in handy for a lot of people. I'd definitely stay here again.

Surrounded by breathtaking forest by day and a sky full of stars by night! This place is perfect if you’re looking for somewhere to slow down and recharge for the weekend! Additional things we loved; dog friendly, comfortable bed, good shower pressure, clean grill, clean coffee maker, good selection of coffees and teas, easy to use heat/ac unit, friendly neighbors, and no dog hair on blankets/couch/floors from previous renters! Also, downtown Lava Hot Springs is about a 10 min drive so we enjoyed a lot of what Lava has to offer. Such as river tubing, hiking, the hot springs, shopping and decent places to eat. Thanks for the awesome stay! We will definitely stay here again!!
