Holiday rentals with a patio in Portimão

Our check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Joao was great—very responsive throughout our stay. The place is clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. It’s in a fantastic location, close to great restaurants and the views are absolutely amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 3 nights in May, and really enjoyed our time in Portimão. The town is very pleasant, with excellent restaurants, the riverfront area, and easy access to the coastline of the Algarve. The apartment is very cute, with plenty of character. It is simple and compact, but we had all that we need. Having the outdoor patio was lovely, and we could watch the storks nesting on the chimney next door! Communication with the hosts was very easy, and access was exactly as described. We did find it awkward driving into Portamao, and having to park a short distance away. It was clear from the listing that this was the case, but it is awkward having to pull luggage through the street. We would stay here again for sure.

Joao’s apartment and the pool are absolutely superb with all the amenities need it.The apartment was very clean and so as the pool .Joao is an outstanding host , he was very friendly , helpful and responsive .We will definitely book again Joao’s apartment if we go back to Portimao.Thank you Joao for the way you treat us while we were in Portimao!

good place close to the beach, parking, restaurants and on a side street so it's less noisy even if you get some of the late night noise. the place was spacious for 4 people and the balcony was great.

Tivemos uma experiência incrível! O apartamento é aconchegante, exatamente como nas fotos. A localização é perfeita, perto de tudo o que precisávamos: restaurantes, mercados, transporte público, praias entre outras atrações turísticas. A comunicação com o anfitrião foi excelente, sempre atencioso e disponível para tirar nossas dúvidas, além de nos dar ótimas dicas de lugares para visitar. O apartamento é bem equipado, com todos os itens necessários para uma estadia confortável. A cozinha também é bem equipada, o que tornou a nossa estadia de 2 meses ainda mais agradável. Com certeza voltaremos e recomendamos a todos que buscam um lugar prático e super bem localizado para se hospedar. Muito obrigado por tudo! :)

Wir waren 5 Nächte in Ritas Unterkunft und haben es wirklich geliebt. Super schönes Haus, perfekt ausgestattet, geniale Lage und ruhige Gegend. Die Dachterasse mit Blick auf den Atlantik war nach einem “anstrengenden” Tag am Strand ein toller Ort um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich jedem weiterempfehlen! Great spot for anyone looking for a peaceful, quiet respite close to all the sights in the Algarve! This place is great for those who want to self-cater and is just steps from neighbourhood parks, shops and cafes. The host is gracious, friendly and accommodating to families with young children. We enjoyed our week here and would recommend highly!

La vivienda es tal como se describe en las fotos. La zona es tranquila y apartada de la ciudad. Necesario vehículo, porque aunque no está lejos del pueblo, el camino hay que hacerlo por una carretera transitada y estrecha. Sin embargo, muy bien comunicada para acceder a la autovía y visitar Algarve. Magnífica atención de Francisco respondiendo rápido. Muy recomendable la vivienda.

Markus nous a accueilli de manière très chaleureuse et généreuse, le logement correspond parfaitement aux indications. l'endroit est calme et la terrasse équipée de chaises longues et d'une table permet de se reposer ou de prendre les repas. Le tout survolé par des cigognes et une symphonie de chants d'oiseaux de toutes sortes. A recommander 1000 fois.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. We were in the area for a wedding and it had everything we needed. Super close to the beach and really nice restaurants as well as walking distance to the local town Alvor. Highly recommend !

We had a great stay at Sylvie's house, which is very well equipped and comfortable. Sylvie is super friendly and responds quickly to queries. We had our dog with us and loved the fact that we could access a lovely walk straight from the property which leads to the lighthouse and coastal path from where there are spectacular views. The only downside for us was that the nearest beach does not allow dogs even out of the main season. It is a little way out of the main area of Ferragudo but this was not a problem as there were plenty of parking opportunities. Only an 8 minute drive to 2 main supermarkets so easy to stock up with supplies. We would definitely come back again next time we are in the area.

No review anyone could write could sum up why YOU needed to book this beautiful villa for your holiday. As we know, sometimes it’s also people that make the place. We can conclude that not only the villa was exactly what we needed but the welcome and nano second communication via text made us feel like we just knew this couple love making peoples experiences the best. We stayed at Casa Estabulo in Estombar for over a month. Beautiful townhome with a crows nest rooftop balcony in a typical Portuguese village. Centrally located to visit the Algarve. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

La localisation de l’unité, la tranquillité et la propreté des lieux étaient excellentes ! La configuration de l’unité permettait à tous les membres de notre famille d’avoir leur espace de tranquillité. La terrasse couverte était un gros plus et nous permettait de pouvoir manger à l’extérieur sans être constamment au soleil. Une très belle plage se situe à moins de 5 min en voiture et la route est très bien faite pour celles et ceux qui aimeraient s’y rendre à vélo. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir :)

Tivemos o prazer de ficar uma semana no apartamento Estelle do David, o apartamento corresponde exatamente ao descrito e ilustrado nas fotos, é espaçoso, limpo e fresco. A casa e a cozinha são bem equipados e a varanda permite refeições com vista para a piscina. Fica a 2 ou 3 minutos da praia, de minimercados, bares e restaurantes. Ficamos muito satisfeitos e o David é um anfitrião muito atencioso. Recomendo!

Paula nos recibió muy amablemente y la comunicación fue fluida. Todo coincidía con lo descripto en el anuncio y disfrutamos de la brisa de las terrazas por las noches. Recomendamos tranquilamente hospedarse con ella! muchas gracias por todo!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Ekaterina qui est une hôte très gentil et soucieuse de notre confort.

We had an amazing stay at Jorges apartment. It is just as the pictures show. Very clean and modern with everything we needed. We were travelling with our 3 kids and really felt at home. Access to outside pool downstairs and 5 min walk to beach. There is a pool cafe on-site owned by a lovely couple, which has tasty food and drinks at great prices. There is also a nice restaurant at the front of the building. Lovely walks along the cliffs to nearby beaches and restaurants. We rented a car and parking was easy at front and back of apartments. 5 min drive to Alvor or to supermarkets. Also Uber eats and Bolt for food delivery to the building. Jorge was very helpful and was so accommodating when we arrived later at night than we had planned. It’s a little slice of paradise and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Portugal.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in Lagos. The house was spotlessly clean, very spacious, and had beautiful views. Everything you could possibly need in a home was provided, making the stay super comfortable. The location was perfect — with easy access to the old town, marina, and lots of great places to eat, drink, and shop nearby. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again! The host was also very supportive with providing information.

Really loved our stay in the apartment! We felt really at home and loved all the space and furnishings and great green view of the plants and wonderful architecture. Great location to walk to the marina and old town and really close to the beach. We had a wonderful holiday!

Magnifique et à distance de marche du vieux Lagos. Bel appartement tout équipé. À 350 m de la marina et très près de la plage!! La terrasse est ensoleillée une majeure partie de la journée.
