Holiday rentals with beach access in Portimão

Angelo was a perfect host and extremely helpful when checking. The location was excellent and the apartment was extremely spacious, well equipped and spotless. We had everything that we required for 3 adults during our 6 day stay. The private parking made us rest easy. We would definitely book again for our next Praia de Rocha visit

The view was outstanding! The pictures match the apartment and we really enjoyed the view of the ocean during the stay. The apartment was right on the main beach boulevard with restaurants and a Spar grocery store right downstairs so all very convenient. There was only one heater unfortunately. There is one free secured lot with the flat but not the easiest to park.

We’ve just spent a week at the apartment in Praia de Rochas and found it a very comfortable, clean and tastefully furnished space. There are plenty of bars and good restaurants on the door step, plus a decent supermarket around the corner. If you turn left out of the block there is a vast beach with boardwalks to Portimão where you can take a boat trip to caves, which I would recommend. If you turn right out of the block there is a cliff top walk with various beautiful bays which can be accessed by steps. There’s a bustling nightlife at weekends but quieter during the week. Would recommend for a couple or friends. Etelvina was very responsive and she has furnished the apartment beautifully. Thanks.

Eva’s apartment was an oasis of calm and the perfect place for a relaxing break. We stayed 5 nights and were so happy we booked! It’s so thoughtfully decorated with everything you can need. The welcome gifts on arrival were such a lovely touch too. It’s in a great location at the Marina of Lagos. It’s quiet with restaurants and bars all within walking distance, as well as a big supermarket. Eva’s local tips and guidebook were spot on and very helpful. Cannot recommend more highly and hope to come back one day!

Wir hatten tolle Tage in dem appartement. Es war super für uns zu dritt. Es ist nah zum Strand und zu Restaurants. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Recent verbleef ik ter ere van een verjaardag een week in Mena's appartement en ik raad iedereen aan om dit appartement te boeken. Het uitzicht is geweldig om je dag mee te beginnen en de omgeving heeft genoeg te doen. Maak een boottocht, ga naar het strand of bezoek een heerlijk visrestaurant. Je kan ook makkelijk naar omliggende steden met je eigen auto of openbaar vervoer vanuit Fortaleza. Je ziet dan ook het fort met prachtig uitzicht. Onze vlucht arriveerde pas midden in de nacht en na de transfer was het nog later, maar Mena bleef op ons wachten, had al ontbijt gehaald voor de volgende dag en nam zelfs nog de moeite om ons uitleg te geven over de omgeving. Ik voelde mij bezwaard omdat het al zo laat was, maar Mena is een echte pro en nam haar tijd. Haar man was ook heel vriendelijk bij ontvangst. Je zit direct aan zee dus ondanks warme temperaturen is het goed te doen vanwege de zeewind die er vaak staat en het appartement heeft airco. Absoluut een plek om terug te komen!

Wir hatten schöne Tage in Portimao. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohnblock im 5. Stock und ist entsprechend der Bilder eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Bett war angenehm, genug Kissen vorhanden und die Bettwäsche, sowie Handtücher waren butterweich. Wir hatten einen tollen Meerblick. Unweit der Wohnung gibt es ein Hotel bei dem man als Gast frühstücken kann für kleines Geld. Im Eingang des Gebäudes gibt es dazu einen Aushang. Wir würden dieses Air BnB wieder buchen. Estive com a minha mulher e os nossos 3 filhos hospedados durante uma semana na casa da prainha do João e todos gostamos muito da experiência. A casa é fantástica, está numa localização incrível e o João é impecável. Obrigado por estas férias

nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa spacieuse et très propre. la cuisine est très bien équipée sans oublier terrasse et piscine. courses à faire en voiture et région magnifique à découvrir.

אנחנו משפחה עם חמישה ילדים , מטיילים חודש בפורטוגל וישנים בדירות Airbnb, וזה ללא ספק היה הבית הכי טוב מכל הבחינות: 1. הבעלים Tiago, מהרגע הראשון נותן יחס חם ואכפתי ועוזר בכל הבחינות כולל הפינוקים הטעימים בצ׳ק אין, המארחת Ester סופר נחמדה . 2. הבית עצמו מעוצב ממש ממש יפה ומאובזר באופן מלא כולל משחקים לילדים 3. המיקום מנצח- בהליכה ברגל יש חופים מדהימים, בריכה משגעת, ומסעדות טעימות בקיצור מושלם

Wir haben zwei Tage im Haus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war perfekt und wir konnten viel zu Fuß erledigen. Ferragudo und seine Umgebung ist eine Reise wert. Ricardo und Priscila waren sehr bemüht und sehr gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.

We were 12 people who came together (ranging from 3- 89 years old), from across the globe and we all had a wonderful stay. It was perfect. The areas (inside and out) were large enough for us to gather together as a group, and the house was spacious enough that people could retreat to their room or area should they want to break away for some alone time. We cooked big dinners, spent hours in the pool, and played games at night. The grounds were private, filled with beautiful bougainvillea, geraniums, and hibiscus plants. There is plenty of sun and shade (outside) and ACs in the bedrooms. I would say the pictures don't do the home justice. The rooms are larger in person. The hosts were readily available to help with finding things in the home or with recommendations for things to do in the area.

Fantastic location! Loved every minute of our stay in Ferragudo.

We weren’t disappointed when we walked through the door, stunning! The views of the river and marina are next to none, loved watching the little egret, storks, grey heron and even a blue heron! Miguel and Liv were attentive, making sure we had settled. The marina is full of fish and so clean. Very easy walking distance to fab restaurants and old town. We will definitely return. :)

this flat has stunning views of the sea and to catch sunsets as well as hang out during the day on the days you may not want to venture just a few hundred yards to the beach by foot. our group enjoyed the spacious floorplan and two bathrooms. it was very clean and well equipped as well.

Sehr herzlicher Empfang und eine sehr schöne Wohnung, in der wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist darüber hinaus sehr zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir bedanken uns ganz besonders bei Elaine und Stephen für einen gefüllten Kühlschrank, all die anderen Annehmlichkeiten sowie für die wunderbar herzliche Kommunikation. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ana’s place. The location is perfect! Beautiful beaches, excellent restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores are all just minutes away by foot. It’s also centrally located within the Algarve region, so if you have a rental car, you can plan on all kinds of amazing things to do and places to see. Her place also has some extras that made our stay perfect…a water cooler for refilling water bottles, a washing machine and a separate dryer, a soft-sided cooler with ice packs, beach towels, and a view of the ocean! Ana is an excellent host! She answered any and all questions quickly. We can’t wait to go back in the future!

Rafael is a wonderful host. He is very kind, friendly and cheerful. He greeted us personally showing us the parking space and then the apartment. He is very helpful and in any situation immediately ready to act. We spent 12 days in the apartment. The view from the balcony is amazing. The bathroom is brilliantly lit which makes makeup very easy. The washing machine has, among other things, a short 30 minute program that we used. We highly recommend Rafael and his apartment. The gentle sound of the ocean, freshly squeezed juice from Portuguese oranges and lemons drunk with ice cubes on the balcony will make you relax and unwind. Thank you very much Rafael 🙏🏻 Ania & Roland
