Holiday rentals with breakfast in Portici

This was truly one of the best homes we have ever stayed in. It was so beautiful and well maintained and couldn’t have had better views of Positano, both the sea and the hillsides. Anna Maria was the perfect hostess and supplied us with extra food for our first night, coffee, pastries, eggs, milk and snacks plus a cold bottle big prosecco. The patio was lovely in the evening for a glass of wine and the view. The bed was very comfortable with extra pillows. Thebathroom was well stocked with a great shower. Great to have a washing machine and a clothes line to hang things. Finally Anna Maria was great at setting up rides and reservations and had great recommendations for restaurants. For a great experience, this is where you should stay! We will be back!

If culture is what you are after then this place has bucket loads! place is well connected and all the best sights of Naples are within a short walk or train right away. we happened to stay on the weekend of the Italian league final that Napoli were in, so brilliant for atmosphere but the walls are thin even with the ear plugs and the constant fireworks and mopeds could be hear from the street below. worth noting that there is only a small window for free check in. Having said all the the Spanish quarter is certainly a sight to have experienced.

We loved staying at Villa Laura from 6/12/25-6/17/25. The hosts Renado and Antionette were wonderful. Renado came to greet us outside the street and helped bring our luggage to the villa. He gave a tour of his gorgeous home, perched up in the beautiful village of Montepertuso. The views were fabulous, the home was sparkling clean with very well equipped kitchen, linens, towels and nice, beautiful clean home. He gave us a bottle of their family run and owned wine which was such as sweet gesture. The fridge had four bottles of cold water that was thoughtfully kept. The hosts were both always available to answer any questions. The breakfast every morning was fresh and farm to table and was delicious. They made a custom Father’s Day cake to celebrate along with delicious breakfast on Father’s day sunday. Incidentally, the hosts also own the restaurant La Tagliata, which is well known in the area, and we were able to get reservations! Highly recommend this gorgeous place and people!

We had a very nice stay in the apartment. The area is very close to main attractions. It was also very quiet at night, honestly the quietest place that we've stayed at any AirBnb in any city in all of Europe. Our host was kind and very responsive to any questions. The apartment was clean and very large. The apartment also felt very secure.We would certainly stay at this apartment again when we return to Napoli.

Um lugar lindo, encantador e cheio de magia! Maria e o pai dela foram extremamente atenciosos e fizeram de tudo para tornar nossa estadia especial. A energia do lugar é única, e nos sentimos muito acolhidos. Como sugestão (e não como crítica!), seria bom avisar com antecedência sobre a quantidade de escadas — o trajeto pode ser bem cansativo. Outro ponto foi a internet, que infelizmente não funcionava bem durante nossa estadia. E um detalhe pequeno, mas que vale mencionar: o lençol do quarto poderia ser de melhor qualidade. No mais, uma experiência memorável! 💛

The place was absolutely gorgeous. Salvatore was extremely nice and responsive. Always willing to help us. They allowed us to check in a bit early since we arrived early. The only thing is we found everything being a bit far from the center with the house being way up in the mountains. You can either walk a hike up or down a trail of stairs or catch a bus to the center which goes out every two hrs and the last one runs at 7pm back to the house. The views were lovely from the house though. Due to that Salvatore was very nice in offering us a ride back home when we stayed out past 7 a couple of times.

Super séjour chez Antonio, l'appartement est idealement situé pour faire tous les sites intéressants de Naples. Le point fort est vraiment la clim qui permet de se rafraîchir avec les grosses chaleurs de juin ! On ne peut que recommander ce logement 😀

Beautiful traditional apartment with breathtaking views. 10 minute walk into town centre which is pretty standard for Positano. Lovely host who helped with everything that was needed. Comfy bed, hot shower and secure safe on premises. Note that Positano is full of inclines and steps so be prepared. Porters are on hand for a fee to help with luggage if required. Overall loved it!!!

Great host and great apartment! Piergiacomo and Antonella welcomed us and made us feel at home from the moment we stepped into Naples. Location is perfect, price is more than fair and I couldn’t have asked for a better few days in Napoli!!

Stayed with wife. Location of apartment was less than a minute from the busiest street in Napoli, but surprisingly very peaceful and quiet at night. Breakfast is served round the corner at Andrea and Luigi's upmarket and busy cafe. It consisted of coffee and large croissant each. Very nice. We had a minor hiccup with our taxi to the airport but Luigi sorted it for us and we were very grateful. He said "hey, it's my job". They care about their guests and its not just some grotty Airbnb appartment like i've stayed at before.

Elena es una excelente anfitriona, hizo todo lo posible para que pasemos unos hermosos días en Napoli. El departamento tiene todas las comodidades y además Elena nos dejó café, dulces, y demás cosas que hicieron que estemos como en casa. Volveríamos sin dudar !

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, insbesondere haben wir die Ruhe oben auf der schönen Terrasse nach dem Trubel von unten genossen, und gerne den Abend dort verbracht. Auch in der kleinen Küche hat es uns beim Frühstücken gut gefallen. Wer mit dem Alibus vom Flughafen anreist sollte wissen, dass der Weg innerhalb der Altstadt (gefühlt eigentlich überall wo wir umhergelaufen sind) mit Koffer recht beschwerlich ist. Bedingt durch die Pflastersteine (sehr uneben) kann man ihn nur ziehen (nicht nebenher rollen). Bei schweren Gepäck, über 30 Grad und vielen Touristen kann das sehr anstrengend werden. Wir haben für den Rückweg ein Uber gewählt. Dies hat uns 16,- € mehr gekostet, aber unendlich Zeit und Kraft gespart. Dies betrifft natürlich nicht Marcos Appartement im speziellen, sondern wohl die meisten Unterkünfte und soll nur ein Tipp für die Planung sein.

Jeanette was a lovely host! She was very easy to communicate with and provided us with helpful information. The location was perfect for exploring Centro storico. Highly recommend if you are looking for a low key space to stay with a responsive host :)

Abbiamo soggiornato qualche notte in questa bella casa con una pulizia impeccabile. Tutti gli spazi sono come in foto (anzi, più belli) e la descrizione rispecchia perfettamente quello che si trova nella casa (compresa la colazione). Nonostante la zona fosse trafficata, i letti comodi ci hanno permesso di riposare bene. Siamo stati accolti prima dell'orario previsto del check-in da Adriana che è stata estremamente gentile e premurosa ed è sempre stata molto reattiva per messaggio. Se avremo occasione di tornare a Napoli soggiorneremo sicuramente da lei, grazie ancora dell'accoglienza! Sara, Federico e Chiara

The stay at Villa Antica Macina was hands down the BEST and an absolute dream. We loved it so much that we chose to stay in 2 out of the 5 days we were here for. We were initially worried about being away from the action of Positano, but this quickly dissipated after experiencing the Villa and area. As if the place is not beautiful enough on its own (just look at the pictures!), Amalia really topped this off with her warmth. We felt welcome right from the very beginning and were well-fed and looked after throughout our stay. Already dreaming about our next visit back!

Our stay in Naples was an amazing experience because of Annamaria & her family! They were incredibly kind and made you feel so welcome in their home. Their home itself is beautiful and the view from the balcony is better than the photos can even show! The location is great, there are so many great shops and restaurants in walking distance and the subway is not far either making it easy to get to the more touristy areas in the center. If we come back to Naples again, we will definitely stay here!!

The place was great. Arriving was very easy from the L1 metro and then there is an elevator to get to the apartment although is a first floor by stairs it was convenient to have the lift for the luggage upon arrival and departure. Inside the room there was a cozy bed and a small table to sit and have breakfast. There is a coffee machine and a minibar fridge to leave water or any fresh good. The host leave for us a bottle of wine, fresh water, coffee, tea and some pastries to have breakfast. The bathroom is good and as described. The apartment is at walkable distance even from the station a couple of times we just walk there for example to get to Pompeii and also is at walkable distance from the harbor and all the old city center. The neighborhood is safe by night.

To start off, this is one of the nicest air bnb’s I have ever stayed in. The pictures do not give the view justice. Francesco was beyond amazing, so friendly and very very respectful. He collected us from the bus stop when we first arrived. Suggested this amazing restaurant called Lucas which was only a 3 minute walk down the steps from his house. Breakfast was probably the highlight to our day, the view you get while eating a delicious, nutritious meal was beyond. We will definitely be back to Francesco’s Airbnb next year, without a doubt the kindest air BnB host we have ever met. We went to the Amalfi coast on our second day, the bus journey was roughly 20/25 minutes and it stopped right outside Luca’s restaurant which again is very close by Francesco home. Francesco joined us for dinner on our last night and the conversation between us all just flowed, we learned so much about his nationality and family. Thank you Francesco, a great person, who is now our friend. ☺️

Excellent séjour dans la Villa Sofia. Petit havre de paix avec une vue à couper le souffle. Pas simple d’accès au départ mais cela en vaut la peine. Hôtes très accueillants ayant une magnifique maison ! Arrivée flexible. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

I had the best time staying at Valentina's place. As a solo traveler I felt safe and welcomed. The apartment was clean, situated in very close proximity to the metro station in a well-kept apartment building. The host was kind, open to help and to answer all the questions. I can't wait to go back to Napoli and hopefully secure a room in Valentina's beautiful apartment.

Super mooie villa in een rustig gebied, heb hier heerlijk kunnen relaxen na wat drukke dagen Napels. Makkelijk te bereiken met de trein vanuit Napels centraal en Ciro kwam mij heel aardig ophalen bij het station vlakbij de airbnb. Ciro was enorm vriendelijk en gastvrij, bedankt Ciro.

A estadia foi maravilhosa! Ótima localização, perto da praça, da estacão de trem e do supermercado. Marco foi muito atencioso e o café da manhã foi incrível, muita variedade, cafezinho feito na hora para cada quarto. Sem dúvidas, o melhor café da manhã que tivermos a oportunidade de tomar na Itália. O quarto era muito bom e tinha Netflix livre!!! Obrigada Marco e Antonella pela estadia incrível.
