A soli 20 minuti da Palermo e 45 minuti da Cefalù; a piedi si raggiunge facilmente Bagheria, la città delle ville. Incantevole casa di pescatori dei primi ‘900. Interamente ristrutturata , seguendo un restauro conservativo anche nel recupero di arredi ed elementi di barche dismesse, utilizzati in maniera funzionale all’interno della casa. Si affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia alla quale si accede dal vecchio portone che veniva aperto per tirare a secco le piccole imbarcazioni.Si compone di una camera matrimoniale, un living con divano letto , cucina, bagno e spazio esterno.

New Casa Lo Re second floor

A very pretty, recently renovated Art Nouveau building in which one can admire the 1900 majolica tiles. This is one of the three flats in the building, located on the second floor. The building is in the historical centre of Porticello, a seaside village a few kilometres from Palermo, Monreale and Cefalù. A few metres away are the beaches of Olivella, the Bay of S.Nicolicchia and Sant'Elia where you can enjoy a good aperitif.
