Waterfront holiday rentals in Porticcio, Grosseto-Prugna

We would recommend this accommodation immediately and come back. The accommodation was really very nice, modern, new, well equipped (from freezer to parasol everything was there) and super located. The nearby supermarket and beach are a few minutes' walk away (clear water and little going on in the low season). Also to white flat sandy beaches it was not far by car, 15min) and also in the next town. The location was really great for us.

Very well located rental at the exit of Ajaccio on the road to the Iles Sanguinaires with a beautiful sea view. Well-equipped, clean and pleasant accommodation for a couple. Some functional "small refreshments" would be possibly to be carried out, without this affecting our stay. Very good hosting. We recommend this rental.

Very nice accommodation with a very nice sea view from the terrace where deckchairs await you and where you can have your meals. Everything is here for a relaxing stay. Indeed, it is very pleasant to find household products available and also grocery products. Not to mention the delicious croquets made by Philippe as a welcome gift. The bathroom is very comfortable and the bedding is good quality. The residence is quiet. A small beach is at the foot of the building and that of Trottel (and shops) is a 10-minute walk away It is possible to go to the center of Ajaccio on foot but it takes 40 min to reach the market and the citadel. Personally, we alternated between bikes rented next to the market and the city's scooters since we did not have a car. Finally, access to the airport is easy (30 min by taxi)

The apartment is ideally located, the amenities are perfect, the bed is extremely comfortable, the view is splendid. We had an ideal stay in this pretty town. Virginie is available, responsive, gives good advice and is very warm. We highly recommend it and will be happy to go back.

Top quality-price ratio, small studio for two people, ideal with a breathtaking view of the Ajaccio golf course. With incredible sunsets. The accommodation was clean and functional. Very well equipped. Frédéric is very kind and responsive. The only small downsides: the accommodation is exposed to the sun for a good part of the day, air conditioning would be appreciated, the cleanliness of the common areas (stairs, small entrance hall) deserves a little cleaning. Also the signage of the residence, for example to find the pool we had to ask the neighbors, other people in turn asked us since they could not find it. The pool bar is a little dirty and the employees smoke inside... Apart from these small details not very important for a quality stay, the accommodation is really ideal for a wonderful stay in Corsica. I would recommend it 100%.

Beautiful location. Ideally located villa with direct access to private beach. A magical view, calm and tranquility with the sound of waves. Very well-equipped, excellent decoration and comfort! The choice between the sea and the pool, the armchairs of the terraces or the deckchairs ... everything was perfect. A tastefully decorated house. A big thank you to Pierette and Muriel for their communication and welcome. We'll love coming back.

Sophie was a great host! She was flexible in terms of time, always friendly and always available. Since we arrived a day late, she also made our first purchase. When we damaged something shortly after we arrived, she was also very accommodating. The view is exceptional and breathtaking. Only for the driveway to the premises, you need some courage at the beginning. We enjoyed the time and were very satisfied with the house.

The view and the garden are wonderful, the accommodation is large and impeccable. Thank you Claudia for all your little touches (cakes and super Italian coffee maker) for us and for our dog (treats/cushion bed/towel). It was fun to feed your chickens with the kids and on the last day we even saw a turtle! Falling asleep to the sound of the waves and waking up to the birds singing was a joy. We'll be back with joy! The accommodation matches the description and photographs We enjoyed the security, the eco-friendly garden, the outdoor layout to relax while enjoying the beautiful sea view. The accommodation is well-equipped. We had a great vacation as a couple accompanied by our little dog (Maltese Bichon) We would highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful time in this tastefully furnished house. Everything was spotlessly clean and in the kitchen everything you need was really available. The location is perfect: quiet yet easily accessible, ideal for relaxing. We would like to highlight the warm and helpful hosts who made our stay even more enjoyable. late season stay (early November). for 4 adults. some shops (restaurant...) closed but we find our happiness there. big perks. you have the beach to yourself and swimming was still possible with great weather. i highly recommend , Fabienne is great even if we haven't seen each other. we'll be back.

The apartment is modern and equipped with everything you need. There is also a wide variety of furniture available on the terrace for dining or relaxing. We particularly enjoyed the breathtaking view of the bay. For those who, like us, arrive by vehicle and bicycles, the location is the ideal starting point for all kinds of activities. Céline’s home is a true oasis. It’s tucked away, yet walkable to everything you need. I will miss the fresh baguettes in the morning and the sunset swims in the evening. It was pretty hot during our stay, but if you keep everything closed up during the day, it stays pretty cool. My only suggestion would be to have a portable fan for the bedroom. We actually left a tiny, junky one in the drawer, haha. But I would absolutely come back to this rental without hesitation. Céline and Simone are amazing hosts and I appreciate them sharing their piece of paradise with us.

Myriam is a great host! The accommodation is at the top: super well furnished with beautiful decoration without forgetting everything that is available upon arrival. A real plus that doesn't clutter the suitcases (bedding, toilet linen, shower gels, plaid etc.. and even beach towels) everything is provided without forgetting the welcome pack It is always available and very good recommendations. Everything is great - only the address given on Airbnb does not match the actual address - it is best to have the GPS data sent. Otherwise, very nice accommodation, very well maintained and clean, the landlady is very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Emmanuelle's. Emmanuelle is very responsive when needed. A place where you can only feel good, the only thing that absolutely needs to be improved is the bedding because it is very uncomfortable. I recommend this accommodation, you will have a wonderful stay.

A haven of peace in an incredible environment, both the feeling of a part of the world on the feet, while being close to shops, restaurants, not far from airports (Ajaccio or Figari), and a very pleasant radius of discovery of various places. The accommodation is very well equipped, the bedding comfortable, the living room and the terrace are very pleasant too. Worry-free parking in front of the residence. Communication with Julien de Valinco Conciergerie went very well, for some adjustments to the start of the stay (small problem with the evacuation of the shower), Julien was very responsive and everything was very quickly back to normal, we had a great stay where we will return with great pleasure if the opportunity arises. Don't hesitate!!

The apartment offered by Fabienne is PERFECT… very clean, well-equipped but not cluttered, a large dressing room, and above all a nice well-arranged terrace with a view of the Gulf of Ajaccio and the Sanguinaires.
