Holiday rentals with beach access in Porticcio, Grosseto-Prugna

Begin the day with birdsong,☕️, and exquisite sea views! Our 10 day stay began with the much needed “take charge” actions of our generous hostess who picked us up at the airport, stopped for a brief grocery shop, & ice. We were suffering from jet lag and could just settle in for the day—so grateful 🙏. We have stayed in 100+ Airbnb all over the world 🌎, no one has offered this. The 6th floor apartment is well designed, impeccably clean with two balconies, a Mountain View from the shower window, well-stocked kitchen, easy to use modern appliances and fridge with starter water, juice, butter, a pantry with salt, sugar, jams, buscottes, honey, and many coffee choices for the Bosch/Tassimo machine. Enjoy the sea view balcony from the master bedroom as well as the living room— passing through top quality sliding doors. The exterior metal blackout screens assures darkness-quality sleep. Thanks to Sandra for a comfortable home. You have thought of everything to make it wonderful 🙏

We had a great time in Porticcio at Nathalie and Dominique's apartment. The apartment is in a great location, the Super U is right next door, the bakery, shops and beach are a 5-minute walk. It is super well equipped, the large quiet terrace is a real asset. Nathalie and Dominique were very welcoming and very flexible for our arrival and departure. Thank you again for the attention you gave us. We'll be back, obviously!

Beautiful spot in a green authentic quiet surrounding, free spacious sight. It's nice to bring your own (rented :)) car here, cause there a lot beautiful places to visit a small drive away, like quiet small beaches for a good swim, hikingplaces and a impressive archeologic site.

The accommodation is perfect for 4, the subdivision is quiet, the exteriors are very pleasant and not overlooked, a magnificent view of the bay with its sunsets to fall! Very convenient location to shine on the surrounding beaches. Easy parking. Relationships with the co-host were simple and helpful. I recommend it!

Thanks to Myriam for hosting us and for her kindness! The place is perfect. A truly peaceful place close to the activities of Porticcio. It is fully equipped, which allowed us to be totally autonomous. The bedding is also very good . A small mention for the coffee capsules that came in handy! Thanks again! ☺️

If you are looking for a little slice of paradise this is the ideal accommodation, the very comfortable bed, the private pool and no vis-à-vis to cool off, the equipped kitchen and the animals that visit us, what could be better? Sylvie and Claude were very welcoming and invaluable kindness, it was a great meeting. We'll be happy to go back.

The stay in this little corner of paradise was very pleasant. The accommodation is well-equipped, a 2-minute walk from the beach, close to shops and restaurants. The welcome and departure were very friendly and flexible. I highly recommend it if you want a quiet and relaxing place, while being able to enjoy all the activities near Ajaccio. Danièle welcomed us very warmly to his place. We were able to understand each other despite the language block. The house is as described, perfectly clean and tidy with everything you need. We travel with a small child and Danièle has provided us with everything we need (crib, high chair, tub). The area is very convenient for those who want to visit Ajaccio but staying in tranquility and for those who love, like us, trekking (the departure to Roches de Gozzi is below the house). The piazetta overlooking the house is very nice and the small village populated by affectionate kittens. Recommended!

I stayed at this appartment for 5 nights and it was amazing. There is a private garden to hang out and the beach is 1 minute away. The appartment was clean and cozy. The walls are a bit "thin", so you can hear the neighbors and they do hear you too. The phone-network is very weak in the area and even weaker in the appartment. There is no wifi-internet in the appartment but Céline proactively arranged to use the wifi of the neighbors, which was a game-changer. I am really thankful for this! If you want towels and things like this, you can get them from the concierge-service which charges EUR 24. The appartment is 10-15min walking distance away from Proticcio (center). Porticcio is beautiful with many restaurants, stores and everyhting you need. The beach is HUGE and beautiful. You can book boat tours which you will never forget. You can also get to Ajaccio by ship in 20 minutes. All in all it was awesome and I can only recommend this place. Thank you Celine and Laura!

Great apartment, everything is spotless. The accommodation is well located a small beach 5 min walk away which is really nice. A more than beautiful view from the terrace that we were able to enjoy unfortunately only one evening ( the weather was not nice with us during the stay😒) but no regrets about the rental. The rental is ideally located not too far from all shops and places to visit. Ideal rental for a couple's trip. If one day we return to Corsica we would not hesitate to return to this accommodation .

A very clean, quiet, spacious apartment with an excellent location (1 minute walk to the beach). Beautiful bay window of the living room overlooking the garden with the possibility of having plancha evenings outside in the shade of the trees and surrounded by pink laurels. Attentive and very friendly hosts. I definitely recommend this rental.

Nadi & Laurent are great hosts, very welcoming, caring and with very good advice. The apartment & terrace are very warm, tastefully decorated and ideally located for discovering the Ajaccio golf course. Recommended for a long or short stay. Wonderful stay – highly recommended! The four of us spent two weeks in the apartment and felt completely comfortable. The amenities were exactly as described – modern, high quality and with everything you need for a longer stay. Particularly noteworthy are the very well-equipped kitchen as well as washing machine and dryer in the bathroom, which was very convenient for us. The landlord was always available, very helpful and friendly – a pleasant and professional contact. An absolute highlight was the fantastic sea view from the balcony – we enjoyed the sunset every evening. Overall a really nice holiday in a great place. We would come back anytime!

The apartment offered by Fabienne is PERFECT… very clean, well-equipped but not cluttered, a large dressing room, and above all a nice well-arranged terrace with a view of the Gulf of Ajaccio and the Sanguinaires. The neighborhood is quiet, there are many places to park, the beach (heavenly) and small shops are within walking distance, there is even a bus to go to Ajaccio … A big thank you to Fabienne for her welcome and her attentions, we will be happy to come back Nadege & Romain
