The house was a wonderful retreat in the rolling hills of Costa Brava. The 250 year old home was charming and a character of our holiday. We all remarked how quiet the house was to sleep in and how we all slept so well. The pool and grounds were wonderful. Thank you to our host . And Rupia is so picturesque.

Beautiful location overlooking the sea, the photos match the reality. Super well-equipped modern kitchen. Very helpful, responsive, and efficient host: we called him for a national blackout and he showed up to help us after 10 minutes. Difficult entrance for large cars, but you can make two of them stay. The only drawback on the decor, in low season (April / May), when you may need to eat indoors, the indoor table is not enough for the capacity of the house.

What superlatives to describe our stay!! What a desire... to come back!!! The disconnection was complete!! The sun on the appointment only made our days even more embellished!!! Super nice house, bright, functional and so on! Stéphane and Emmanuelle adorable!! In short... only positive!! Thanks again 🙏🏼☺️

we had a wonderful time in this isolated little house. The house was clean and Cosy, we enjoyed long evenings on the terrasse. the road is manageable but needs to be taken slowly with a low clearance vehicle.

Wow, what an incredible place! Our group had a lovely few nights staying at Luna Llena. The property and views to the water are beautiful and the house was immaculate, well set out for large groups and equipped with everything we could need during our stay (a separate beach towel for each guest was much appreciated by the group). Koen and his family were very responsive and quick to help with any queries.

Contacted me ahead of time with check in and instructions, was very responsive when we arrived. Place was beautiful with an amazing view. We had 5 adults and 2 kids and the space worked! Easy drive into town, but also a nice area to walk around in the morning/evening

Quiet house in the heart of Collioure, everything is done on foot. The accommodation is very well equipped and very clean. The air conditioning and 2-car parking are a real plus. Joelle was responsive and welcoming, a very good stay!

We had a great week in Collioure. The house is somewhat up the mountainside from the city, and you have good opportunities to relax in and around the house. There are also good hiking opportunities up in the mountains. The house had many zones where you could relax and enjoy the sun and the view down towards the city. The air conditioning also helped keep the temperature in low even on hot days. Kitchen and bathroom were nice and practical. We often made dinner ourselves in the house. The host was also very helpful in making all the equipment, spices and other food available for us. The pool was often used for cooling on hot days. Otherwise it is just a short ride to the center of Collioure or Argeles-sur-Mer to enjoy the beach life and restaurants there. Uber and bolt were reluctant to drive up and one should be able to master some French language to connect with local taxi. Recommend having a car available. On the property there is a peacock, which can get something close. The hosts are very easy to deal with and help with everything.

Just arrived home from our 2 week stay in Villa Rosa. Bojana was the perfect host and the Villa was exactly as the photos suggested and as described. My family had wonderfully relaxing 2 weeks in a beautiful location. The views were worth the price alone. Bojana was always available for advice and helpful recommendations and I would not hesitate in staying again in the future. 5 stars all round

Great stay! Friendly and pleasant welcome!! kindness and responsiveness from Sophie and her mom. The house is really quiet, functional and really well placed to enjoy the beach , children's play areas, skate park. Kids also really enjoyed the heated pool!! A real plus . Thank you again and look forward to it. I recommend without hesitation!!

We stayed with Eugénie as a family for a week and we loved our stay thanks to Eugénie and her valuable advice in the region but also thanks to her simply perfect accommodation and in a dream setting. Beautiful house, perfect for families with kids. We were three families with three children each. Beautiful fenced pool. Lots of toys, football goal, slide, swing, etc. Large super furnished kitchen. Large living space and nice comfortable terrace. We felt very comfortable. Guillaume was very nice and easily accessible. Would definitely recommend it

Incredible home, with everything you need for a perfect stay. We enjoyed a relaxing stay as a group of friends, enjoying the pool, bbq, pool table, table tennis and the surrounding grounds are beautiful for walking.

Didier, Marion and Alex are very nice and helpful hosts. We were very well received and we received a lot of tips for restaurants and shopping. The very large cottage with space for up to 12 people is not far from the beach and harbor and numerous restaurants and a supermarket are within walking distance of 100-150 meters. There were four of us as a family of four dogs in this beautiful place. It was all very clean and there are lots of nice touches. Even for our dogs, treats were provided. For hot summer days there is also a pool with a total of six sun loungers. The kitchen is well equipped and there are BBQ facilities in the outside area and a large plancha that we used every day. We were able to have a wonderful time here and would like to thank our hosts again. And we would like to recommend this place.

Very good stay with friends spent in this house, very well arranged, comfortable, clean. Beautiful sea view. The South African barbecue is really great.! Also very good welcome from the host. We can only highly recommend.!

Modern, functional, a very well-appointed exterior (plants and pool) and quiet … everything you need for a good relaxing vacation! The location is ideal for visiting the area! Gregory is responsive and concerned about the well-being of the tenants! Thanks also to his sister who welcomed us very warmly! We highly recommend this listing and if the opportunity to return to the area arises we will happily go back!

A very pleasant house, in pristine condition! Four beautiful bedrooms with a queen bed, 2 bathrooms, it was perfect for our group of friends. Small detail well appreciated: thank you for providing the coffee capsules, dishwasher products, garbage bags, etc. This is not always the case!

This was a great house surrounded by beautiful scenery close to the centre of the village. The host was very friendly and welcomed us warmly. We had a great stay .

We had a great time at Frack's place. He was available, very responsive and gave good advice, especially to help me find a kite class — a real plus! The house is great: spacious, clean, well-equipped, with large bedrooms and everything you need for a family stay (bed and baby seat available). It is located on the edge of the scrubland, which gives a feeling of absolute calm, like lost in the middle of nature, while remaining close to the village. Leucate is a 10-15 minute walk away with good little restaurants and a great bakery. The wild part of the pond can be reached in 5 min by bike (or 10-15 walk) for beautiful waterfront walks. The sea is a 5-10 min drive, whether to Leucate Plage or La Franqui. I recommend 100% for a family holiday, in a beautiful environment! Thanks again Franck, we should be back!

Beautiful equipped house, great amenities. Large and spacious rooms, completely independent. Comfortable bedding, well-maintained exterior. Tasteful decor, new furniture. Nice host, responsive, flexible. (Only small downside for the sofa a little small for 4 people) I highly recommend this listing! We'll come back if the opportunity arises.

We had an extremely relaxing holiday while staying at the apartment. Bruno and Stephanie made sure we had everything we needed and the apartment was spotlessly clean. The sea view from the large terrace is spectacular and provides a sun trap for sun worshippers but enough shade throughout the day for those who have to take more care. It's a short walk to the shared pool, which was gloriously warm and most of the time we had this to ourselves. The location is so peaceful. The area is hilly though so not appropriate for those less mobile.
